Ordered an Anniversary gift on October 2nd and was told 9-12 business days. I ordered the gift weeks before my Anniversary to ensure it would arrive in time. It arrived on November 2nd. When I reached out (already 13 business days had passed), I got sorry it's taking so long and they forwarded me the tracking link. The package was still in China the day of my Anniversary. Even if it arrived in time my Anniversary was the 17th business day. No rush to get the package to me as promised, zero accountability for being late and it may as well have been a robot communicating with me, no customer service. Best part, still paid full price for my package to be delivered 22 business days later. Horrible experience.

The names are so tiny they are almost unreadable. Very disappointed.

I ordered this item as a birthday gift over a month before recipient's birthday. I've yet to receive it and their birthday has come and gone. So now we are going on 8 weeks since I place my order. Never again.

Very unhappy with the quality of the picture for the price i paid. The Heading was unreadable. Have been trying to get a refund. Which only approved for about a third of what i paid. I have been waiting about a month for them to issue the discounted refund. Disappointed they wont stand behind their products satisfaction. I even agreed to the refund verses returning the item at my exspense.

Very dissatisfied. Placed an order for my anniversary on Sept. 19tb and today is October 31st and I still don't have my order. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never order anything here again and will be sure to tell others to never order anything from here.

Made the perfect gift! Didn't realize the product was coming from overseas, but website did say 8-10 days for receipt which was accurate. Tracking tool was helpful. Good price. I'd order from RoseFeels again :)

The product I received is not what Rosefeels portrays on their website. Terrible product.

I paid for expedited manufacturing and shipping and the product arrived weeks after expected. I requested a refund on the expedited shipping and no one responded after multiple attempts to contact them.

I did not get what I ordered. The picture was supposed to be made with pebbles. It had no pebbles and the frame was crucid.

Brutal. Awful. Robbery. My order never even showed up. No notification. Delivery was months late.

This company/website is a scam.
