My husband loved it! Satisfied the the product. I bought a black leather bracelet with a thin silver engraved charm for my husband. It came in time. Size fits as expected. Con: Don't expect the engraving to look all silver, the letters will look copperish.

I ordered a personalised name necklace to surprise a person the production of the necklace and the duration of the time taken is awful unlike other companies that can do the making of the necklace in half that amount of time. Customer service a key skill required in retail and e-commerce sites they have none of that the best form of contact method is email and a typical email takes 24 hours to respond. A limited source of being able to contact they should explore and browse expanding contact methods through live chats, phone numbers etc. Finally, when you want an item re-delivered because of an exceptional circumstance through one courier it is seen as acceptable in using that to say a delivery is not possible unless I wait 2-3 weeks again if I had to wait that long it would have been past 2 months waiting for production of a necklace and it would have just been 3 months for it to be delivered. Production and estimation needs working on. If other companies can make personalised items in days why wait for weeks.

I ordered a product from their website, the processed payment, but never sent the product. I have emailed their Customer Service department several time, and have never received a reply. Im waiting for more than a month, i wanted the neckless for Mothers Day

Ordered 3 necklaces on April 27,2021 and have not received anything. Paid $190.00 for the necklaces and for 3-4 day shipping. When contacting the service dept they give me mothers day for being behind. I am contacting the Attorney General office for help.

I ordered a necklace for my mom's birthday on April 29th and paid for 3-day expedited shipping but what they don't tell you is how long they take to prepare the item for shipping it's now May 24th and I still haven't received an email letting me know that my item is ready for shipping and they can't tell me when it will be ready so glad I paid that extra $30 but not to worry 3 weeks ago they put a rush on it

Got this for my mom's for for Mother's Day and it came so quickly. I'm so happy with its birthstone necklace, it works so well with her other jewelry and she loves it.

I am so pleased with this purchase! The key chain has some weight to it, which is nice, and the engraving is perfect. The engraving, especially on the back, is so clear and deep. It's beautiful!
