Very easy to shop on the website and excellent presentation

This site is a scam beware! Order promised in 4 days if you pay excessive £25 postage, which I did, but has still not arrived weeks later. Tried to cancel order several times before the order was even processed when it became clear it was not going to be delivered in the timeframe I needed and indeed paid £25 extra for. However, they refused to even acknowledge cancellation. The customer service response to several emails is automated "your order will be processed soon, sorry for the wait" Even worse, is they refused to even offer a refund on the "fast track" delivery charge! I have contacted Citizens advice regarding how to get a refund and to report the company to trading standards as it seems the customer service department is an automated email message..

Didn't like that I never got an email with tracking info, but the product that came is fantastic.

Would've had better experience if it had mentioned how long it would take to make vs just shipping time. Other than that, the engraved necklace was perfect.

Worth the wait even if it took a little longer than expected when it got here she was excited

I've received compliments on the bracelet. It arrived within the estimated time frame, packaged well, and is as shown online. This is a good company to deal with.

Order process was simple. Item looks lovely. It looks like a decent item that will last.

The bracelet is not as shown in the picture. The engraving is very small and crooked. The band is different from the one pictured. Will not be using this company again.

At first I thought I got scammed. Reached out to the site and they replied immediately and sent my ring.

My Granddaughter loves her ring. Says it is so artsy. Only problem is it was delivered after her Birthday. I placed it Feb 9 and her Birthday was Feb 24. She didn't receive it until days after

Took almost 3 weeks to get the order & we paid for expedited service...$25.00 that I feel should be credited back to my card!

I didn't receive a tracking email until I asked for one when it hadn't received any update in 2 weeks, but I was sent one immediately after the request and my package got to me the next day with no issues outside of that. Good overall work and experience but needs work to become great.
