My daughter ordered gift for her mum, she was very happy with it but delivery did take a while

I like the piece I received, but for the price I pain I expected better quality. The wood feels cheap and the colors aren't really what was portrayed online. I will keep this order, but probably won't order additional products in the future.

I ordered this about 12 weeks before my dad's 70th birthday and it showed up within two weeks at his house. Very happy with the website and the delivery. And the product was beautiful upon delivery just like the pictures!

It took 3 months for my gift to come in and when I finally got it the initials were completely wrong and the chain was plastic. I paid $60 for my gift to be messed up.

Shopping was very easy and pleasant! I'll be back once my item comes with another review

Before I ordered I didn't read reviews and wish I had. These people and this website are scammers, they don't send your item, they ignore your emails, and they feed you lies to shut you up.

Absolutely amazing experience with ordering the custom gift...

I'm very unhappy with this place. They won't give you there phone number and they lie as to when your order will be at your house. Gave me 2 different tracking numbers as which neither one is correct. My lawyer and police are now investigating this matter

Two of the items weren't what I ordered. I double checked the order I placed and sure enough, it wasn't what I ordered. It took much longer to get here than the 10 days as told.

Just what I have been looking for! I gave a necklace and bracelet but couldn't find a ring I liked. Love this ring!

I do not advise buying on this site, because the goods are sent not the one indicated on their site. They also don't want to return the money later, they conduct a long correspondence so that the client gets tired of them and stops corresponding with them himself. I also want to note that this Chinese product deteriorated after two weeks, as the metal oxidized and turned black! Return of goods is offered to be done by the client himself to China!
Look at what they wrote to me in an explanatory letter, when I wrote to them that I received a product that was not the same as on their website:
"Hello,
There are different ways to engrave different words.
We are so sorry to hear that the item didn't meet your expectations.
To express our apology, we can offer you a coupon code for your next order.
Would you accept it?"
And when I wrote to them that their fake item had deteriorated, they were able to write me this:
"Hi.
Sorry that the item didn't meet your expectations.
In order to express our apologies, we can refund 30% as compensation.
Can you accept that?"
Please note that the bracelet does not match at all what is listed on their website!

No complaints about the product. Just order at least 2 weeks before you need.

Great so far no issues. Husband loves it... will recommend.

Easy order process for a personalized gift. My sisters & I went in on this for a Mother's Day gift. It's a well made & touching family tree, big enough to include lots of names (parents, kids, grandkids). Mom will love it!
