Bracelet came as ordered and arrived within two weeks of ordering. The only downside is the knots came undone but nothing I couldn't retire and use some clear nail polish to keep them tied
I am completely unsatisfied with the misleading shipping options. I selected expedited shipping (3days) and paid more just to have my order arrive nearly 3 weeks later. Furthermore, the quality of the product is questionable. I would not recommend this company.
Product arrived over a week late even with expedited shipping. Also the top layer became unglued the day after receiving it. I will have to get some wood glue to but it back together. Other than that it's nice!

It was okay. The products are customized so it takes a long time for it to be shipped which does cause irritation and anxiousness. I ordered a bracelet for my mother and put the order in april 30th and didn't receive it until mid may.
Very easy to place order, it took a little longer than expected to receive the item and when I got it one of the branches wiggles. I added a little glue and it's fine now.
I ordered my product and selected and paid for the 2 day shipping so I could get it in time for a holiday coming up. The product shipped 10 days later and was received 17 days after ordering. The product it self was great but because of the experience and lack of care or support from the provider I would not recommend this company nor would I purchase again.
Products are unique and make great gifts but getting them is a hassle.
