Took some time to come in but came out great just wish it was a little bigger

I had issues with getting an answer to where my package was and I paid $25 for an order that delivered 2 weeks late. I'm so upset with the charge

Shipping label created on 5/9/22. Item was given to shipping partner on 5/13/2022. Arrived at USPS origin facility on 5/16/22. I received the item on 5/18/22.9 days after the label was created. I paid extra for 3 day shipping and was not refunded due to the late delivery 9 days later.

The way the picture show ls is that it has gold plated names. This was not the case. It was smaller for what i thought i was buying for 100$..

My sisters and I got a piece for my mom for Mother's Day. My mom loved it. It had all the kids, in-laws, grand kids and dogs on it.

Received it a week late with no tracking number, had to email to get it shipped even though I place for 3 day shipping. But I eventually got shipped so it is what it is.

The product is visually attractive. However, I don't think that putting the pet's name first (from left to right) is appropriate. The parents and children should probably be listed ahead. Also, 4 weeks production/shipping is a bit long for an item this small and simple.

Came out just like i wanted it to. Love it my mom loves it and it's perfect to have at work to remind you of how much your kids love you

The end product was not as pictured. There were burn marks all over it and the the over all quality was extremely lacking for the price I paid. Never buying anything from this sight again and will not recommend it.

Product was amazing. However, the time to complete is not readily apparent. You have to search to find average completion times. Expedited shipping is advertised for quicker delivery. However, following my purchase I received no due date, no delivery date. To their credit, once I reached out they quickly refunded my expedited shipping purchase as the product delivery time is only an estimate AFTER it's finished being made. Once I finally got the product my wife was super happy. I would buy from them again in the future.

The product is fine, just be prepared to wait for it. I may have misread the estimated 4-8 business days. My item was a Mother's Day gift. I ordered it on the 1st, and while I expected it would not be ready on the day, I thought it would be close. She didn't get her item until the 26th.

I would give them 0 star if the settings allow me. We ordered a product from them for Mother's Day in April, and paid $25 for expedited shipping. We haven't received anything in May. They finally agreed to a refund on May 19, but till now, we got no refund, no proof of them trying to refund, they don't even reply to our messages. What a fraud!

The company promise to deliver before Mother's Day. The item was delievered two weeks after Mother's Day. I was ver disappointed with the delievery and quality of the item. The item was colorless.
