We love the sweatshirt however it was shipped with the wrong color of embroidery. Due to the long shipping time, we chose to just keep it instead of ask for the correct color.

Not a quality product

I ordered a country style vase with the names of my kids on it with their birth flowers. The print was small and illegible. It was also printed on the vase crookedly, and smaller than was advertised. When I asked for a refund they offered 25%. The vase was $60. Not even worth the money paid. I am deeply disappointed, will not use them again and will warn others against purchasing from RoseFeels.

Will never order from here again

I placed an order for 107.00 worth of merchandise on 12/2/24. My credit card has been charged, I still do not have the goods as if 1/9/25 with no way to track the shipment other than it has landed in the USA. Total disregard for customer service. I'm hoping to get refunded.

Poor quality

I placed an order after seeing this product online. The photos showed what looked like metallic lettering and quality frame. What received was in short, disappointing. The quality of the frame is low and the print is a cheaply done. I am extremely disappointed in this product and will never purchase from your organization again. False advertising for terrible quality outcome. Very disappointing.

Expedited service sucks

Paid extra for quick delivery, didn't happen goods rurned up last week. Had ro go and buy a different christmas present. When the goods came not of a good standard. Will not be buying from them again.
