The actual site navigation and purchase of the product was easy. The way the site guided me through the product selections, designs and name additions was excellent.

What I do not feel was clear was the projected delivery date.
I was buying two Mother's day gifts. The only timeframe given to me was a shipping range of 9-15 days. Mother's day was still 2 and half weeks away, I thought I had plenty of time. However, I did not account for manufacturing time or location. Of course it was leading up to Mother's day so I'm sure they were busy, and I later found out they were shipping from China.

I bought two items. The first was shipped 5 days after purchase, the second was shipped 11 days after purchase. Neither made it before Mother's day.

I would like to have seen a projected delivery date, or range of delivery dates. As it is, I don't feel like I was an informed shopper.

As for the products:
The family wood sign was a little underwhelming, and one of my kids names was printed on it twice. I checked the receipt, his name was only entered once. As of this writing, I haven't gotten around to requesting a fix. I feel like I over paid for this, because it looks printed and assembled. Almost like they could have just sent me the pieces and let me put it together.

The keychain looked good, I was happy with the way it turned out.

Shipping is horrible.

Gift would've been nice if it arrived on time. The shipping takes forever. Ordered in April and it arrived way after Mother's Day. Along with that, the special box that I ordered came damaged. Jewelry is nice, however the shipping is horrible.

Looks can be deceiving!

Ordered three frames for Mother's Day - received it late even with paying express shipping. Only received one out of three frames. The one we received was broken. Requested a refund & got that… at least. Customer Service only email & they barely ever respond. Out of the 4 times I emailed I got responded to twice. Once regarding status of order the second time regarding refund.

SCAM! Do not order

I ordered a mother's day gift 1 month prior to mother's day and not only did I not receive the item, I have yet to receive it.

I asked for a refund multiple times and received emails asking me to hold a week or so as they are "backed" up on production.

Item was assembled incorrectly and arrived a week late. The frame was about as cheap as it gets. It fell apart the MOMENT it was opened. Only a glue gun would repair something this bad but I would like a new one. The seller has not replied just yet but it has only been a day.

Pictures made it seem like it would be a glass plate but it was a plastic plate and for the price I was really underwhelmed. My mom was happy but I wasn't sure if it was pity vs actually being happy with it. But I paid for vip and expedited shipping it still took over two weeks to get and was late for Mother's Day even though I bought it a week and a half before. So was the mom happy? Yes. Customer service was very communicative though and for that I am appreciative.

I might know once if item is received. Oreder was placed May1st and still has not been shipped. I did email and was told it is in the works, but it was a mother's day/birthday gift for my mother-in-law so at this point it is a huge let down. I could have ordered the same item from several places. I will be emailing again for another update and if not shipping will have to cancel and re-order from somewhere that might get the gift done.

Slow and terrible communication

Zero communication or response until I disputed the charge with PayPal. Then all they did was ask for more time. Finally after 20 business days in production with no shipping eta they agreed to cancel the order.
