Ordered a personalized sign for my mom for Mother's Day with the grandkids' names on it. The photos show that the flowers look very bright and are easily seen on the sign.
What I received was a very thin piece of wood and I can hardly even see the white flowers on it at all and the lillies of the valley are not visible at all, the flower looks like a stem, like the printer ran out of ink or something. The site said guaranteed to arrive by mothers day and it arrived a month after I ordered it, and only because I was emailing to inquire about the order status.

Came late and broken

Came broken. They blamed it on shipping and only offered me 20% money back. What a joke. Couldn't get the gift in time for Mother's Day and then I paid 80% for a piece of sh*t.

They're in China and don't have good customer service. Don't buy from them.

I waited 18 days before I contacted, heard nothing back, then after another 2 weeks I put in a dispute via my bank. At that point they reached out to me in which I stated I was already disputing it.

Shipping took much longer than what order said it would. When i finally received it I was disappointed in the quality of plaque. It is made very cheaply and the glue is not holding the front piece to the back piece.

Beautiful Personalized Plate

I purchased a personalized plate for my mother for Mother's Day and I couldn't be more please. The writing is beautiful and the flowers looked amazing as well. Needless to say mom loved her gift. Thank you RoseFeels for making a beautiful gift for my mother. Will order again in the future!
