Not what I paid for. The quality is poor the lettering is peeling off

Ordered a personalized sign for my mom for Mother's Day with the grandkids' names on it. The photos show that the flowers look very bright and are easily seen on the sign.
What I received was a very thin piece of wood and I can hardly even see the white flowers on it at all and the lillies of the valley are not visible at all, the flower looks like a stem, like the printer ran out of ink or something. The site said guaranteed to arrive by mothers day and it arrived a month after I ordered it, and only because I was emailing to inquire about the order status.

Came broken. They blamed it on shipping and only offered me 20% money back. What a joke. Couldn't get the gift in time for Mother's Day and then I paid 80% for a piece of sh*t.

They're in China and don't have good customer service. Don't buy from them.

This product took a while to arrive. I had no idea that it was being shipped directly from China. Tracking was also vague. For a moment, I thought I was being scammed.

I waited 18 days before I contacted, heard nothing back, then after another 2 weeks I put in a dispute via my bank. At that point they reached out to me in which I stated I was already disputing it.

This was such a cute idea for Mother's Day, but it never arrived. I checked in twice and did not get updates. Very frustrated.

Shipping was delayed over 2 weeks. I paid for expedited shipping and once the items shipped it took another week. Will not be shopping with you again

After 2 months of waiting, I have yet to receive my order.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. It's been over a month still no product. They are thieves do not use them.

Never receive my items. Will never use this site again. AVOID this site.

Shipping took much longer than what order said it would. When i finally received it I was disappointed in the quality of plaque. It is made very cheaply and the glue is not holding the front piece to the back piece.

I have been waiting for the item for almost 2 months and still haven't received it. They lied about how long it would take to receive the item. Never again

Paid for 2 day shipping, came over weeks later. Item was as pictured but the picture was cuter. Just disappointed in the entire shopping and purchase process.

I purchased a personalized plate for my mother for Mother's Day and I couldn't be more please. The writing is beautiful and the flowers looked amazing as well. Needless to say mom loved her gift. Thank you RoseFeels for making a beautiful gift for my mother. Will order again in the future!

The shipping took almost a month longer than expected

I loved the idea and the design. I just wish my mom didn't receive it broken. Of course she was grateful but I paid money for something just for the item to be broken when she opened it.

Haven't received my Mother's Day gift. Was promised I would receive it for Mother's Day weekend. It's still in China as far as I know.

This site does not deliver your stuff on time and does not get back your emails but stays posting on TIK tok

It said it would take 4-8 business days to deliver. It took over 20 days and they delivered the wrong color
