I bought a Off-shoulder Midriff Bodycon Dress and some really nice tops after searching through the pages of gorgeous items, it was extremely easy to navigate through the pages to what I wanted and I soon found a lot of items I just had to have, theres a lot of variety of clothing and pieces to choose from, for any occasion/event you can think off.
It was easy to order and I was shocked by the low shipping price, it made me very pleased and I will order more just for that reason.
Unlike other website that I used to buy stuff, Romwe is quite easy to deal with, and they give superb services and the responses are fairly quick.
When I got the dress and tops and tried them on they are just perfect, just as shown and described very good quality and extremely comfy, thank you so much I will defiantly be shopping with you again and highly recommended!

Hello everyone viewing this review. I just wanted to take this time and acknowledge this company for being very high quality and friendly! I had ordered multiple items from this website before. I initially bought a couple T-shirts along with a handbag and heels, and I was very satisfied upon receiving my order. They answered my questions with the most respect and friendliness. I am really getting into these less known companies because they always seem to provide higher quality and cheaper items than the designers and retailers do. I recently purchased the V Neck Split Sleeve Chiffon Dress from ROMWE. I purchased the dress because I was looking for something colorful that I could wear for a date without being too fancy. I was very happy to be able to get the dress for a sale price of $11 when the dress is normally listed at $21. The item came on time without any problems. The dress is a lovely shade of blue that complements my skin and it fits perfectly. After my experience at ROMWE I would definitely purchase more items from them. I already have my eye on the ROMWE Rainforest Print Self-tied Crepe Maxi Dress.
My sister's birthday was slowly approaching and I wanted to get her a pair of earring. I was very skeptical in purchasing earrings on this website due to my bad experiences with other websites. YOU RESPONDED TO MY REVIEW OF ROMWE LITTLE xl DRESS THAT YOU WANTED A PICTURE OF ME OR WANTED ME TO SEND YOU MY MEASUREMENTS
There is nothing wrong with my perception of what size I am. The dress I was sent was not just a centimeter or 2 smaller. I am not ashamed of my size and know how to order clothes in my size (been doing it for 45 years, I'm 62) and know how to use a size conversion chart. The dress I was sent was nowhere near an XL but that is not MY PROBLEM. My problem is that I paid for shipping both ways and I expected to have a full refund that I HAVE NOT RECEIVED! You want to respond to my complaint about the dress not being XL (which is what size I wear), that you want a picture of me or want to know what my measurements are, IS THAT YOUR POLICY!. Now on top of non-existing Customer Service you are insulting me to insinuate that I don't know my own size and you want me to send you a picture and my measurements to justify that the dress didn't fit or that that I'm a big fat $#*! trying to buy a useless little dress that I damn well know wouldn't fit me. As said I just want my money back in full or credit to buy accessories since I now know that your XL is not everybody elses XL.
I don't care that the dress didn't fit me, what I do care about is you falsely advertise that you have live chat, you lie that you will give a refund, you also lie about free shipping. And you have a fake phone number. YOU HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am upset that I did not get my money back. That is the problem. Me Again Veronica

From the reviews, hauls and checking out other sites it seemed like the way to go. My packaging didnt come as I expected. To me it seemed like another company sent this to me. The stitching wasn't good, it was crooked and thread coming out from everywhere as if someone had rushed to sew it. Not to mention that none of the clothing except one had a tag and didn't even say Romwe. I guess that's the price you pay. The clothes looked really nice but I will honestly have to think twice about ordering from here again =\

Romwe is a great site to shop online. I bought a Contrast PU Leather Cat Pattern Sweater and it's a brilliant sweater. The cotton quality, which I noticed was really really great. You don't simply see something like that these days. It is wonderfully woven and the fitting is perfect for any teenager. It clearly shows that a lot of time has been spent on weaving it. The service Romwe provided me was really good and the website has a simple yet a beautiful and user-friendly layout. It was a great experience buying that sweater from them. Will buy again!
I never write reviews but this company made me so angry!
I paid over $100.00 for items. They were supposed to be shipped express 3-7 days but after 3 weeks they were no where to be seen.
I contacted the company and they said that they had been sent to australia, I live in New Zealand.
They said this was because I had input the wrong address. I checked my details and my address was correct. They then told me they couldnt help and that I would have to organise and pay for my items to be shipped to New Zealand. They refused to admit that they got the address wrong, which was bizarre because I can see on the website it is correct.
The lady was very unhelpful this was her reply

Once we ship out your order, we can't get it back from the toll facility and we also bear the loss, so we couldn't refund you.
And it's your fault to leave the wrong address, so you'd better contact the toll facility and ask them to arrange another delivery for you and you should pay for the delivery.
If you don't, your parcel will be destroyed by toll after some time."
I was pretty shocked with their manner and lack of help. I will never shop there again.
I understand things happen but I was just appalled by their lack of help and rudeness.
DON"T buy from them because if something goes wrong they won't own up.

I'm so disappointed I fell for buying products off this site. The shipping was no problem for me, I was prepared to wait however when my items did come, they were of the WORST QUALITY. I bought one pair of pants, 2 work shirts and 2 jumpers. The two jumpers i have NEVER felt anything more thin and 'plastic' feeling in my life, just absolutely horrible. The two shirts had stringy bits/thread from the hem of the shirts just coming apart all over the place. Everything was just of such bad qaulity, although cheap, I wouldn't even buy these products for $1! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I can't even return these items because I know it will cost more for postage to send them back to them than the products and there isn't even a return form slip or anything grrrrrr

First to mention I was satisfied with their customer service - I emailed them once about a product and received two replies almost immediately after. They were informative and polite! There was also a discount going on (which is great, who doesn't like a discount?)! It was my first experience at buying and I couldn't be gladder with the results.
The assistants are really helpful to help the customers to buy, the items are beautiful and great and the shipping time is great too. Handling was very professional and shipping was better than good. I appreciate your kind services to customers.
After having this website shown to me by my sister, I spent just over £200 on clothes, hoping to get my spring wardrobe sorted. I received an email from *******@romwe.com saying that they could not send me my paid for clothes unless I sent CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENTS via email.
I politely replied saying that my card was a secure visa card, transactions are approved at point of sale, I didn't want to send pictures of my card and personal id (Because its shady to ask for them in the first place). I told them that if this wasn't good enough for them then they need to issue a refund, they have ignored this and keep asking me for confidential documents. They are refusing to ship my order and I have now had to cancel it. Such a shame, I am extremely disappointed. If I had spent an extreme amount of money I would maybe understand the need to verify my order, but when buying a new wardrobe, £200 isn't that much.
My biggest regret was recommending them to my friends.

I bought a floral shirt on romwe.com. I was looking for that kind of shirt for a long time and i finally found it on the site! It is perfect and exactly what i wanted. The shirt will be the perfect addition to my summer wardrobe and will certainly be an eye-catcher! :) The sizing was perfect. It fits just right and was true to size! The fabric that was used is very soft and feels luxurious! It has a nice and unique cut and was made of a high quality considering the awesome price! Romwe has awesome customer service!
I ordered on March 23rd and my items didn't ship until the 28th, which is when I received my tracking number, and that was all good. 5 days for processing was fine by me, the tracking number worked and all of that was good. I received my items today, the 7th of April, so it was about 10 days since the package was shipped, and because of Easter, I didn't receive any mail over the weekend. So, 10 days, including weekends, for my items to be shipped from China to Canada. Shipping was painless, and that's where the good stops.
When I opened up the package, right away I could tell that the "one-size fits all" 'sweaters' we're very not one size fits all. One of the 'sweaters' depicted as a crew neck style sweater was not even a sweater at all. The material was listed as polyester which I thought would be okay but what I received was not anything like the picture.The material is very shiny and not a sweater at all but a thin, almost shirt like material, nowhere near what a crew neck sweater should be and certainly not like the picture. Way too small and badly made. The second sweater I ordered was also very thin and way too small as well. The material was better but not the quality that I was expecting. The title of the item stated it as being "loose" the only way that could see it as being lose is if it was on a very small child or my dog. I measured myself to make sure the item would be okay, since I am wary about one-size items and based on those measurements, they would have fit comfortably.
I will not be buying from Romwe again. I was so excited for this order and I am disappointed to say the least. The only saving grace was that I had a 60% off code for my first order and this will be the last order I ever make on Romwe.
I don't care to read an automated response and go through the hassle of returning my items, I will simply not be ordering from this company ever again. And tell others to stay away.

I really enjoyed the service and would use this site again. I’ve recommended it to friends and had no problems using it! The ordering process is easy and the delivery time does not take forever. I had no problems when my order was out for delivery, and I got exactly what I had ordered. The site itself offers a variety of different clothes and I will be coming back to it for future events! I like that they are not super expensive, and any budget could use this site! The products offered could be worn for a casual day, or a formal event!
I ordered several clothing items which I returned due to poor quality and the awful smell emitting from the clothes. The package did not include an order summary which is standard any time you receive a shipment from a vendor. I had to contact them several times via email for instructions on returning the items because there isn't a phone number where you can speak to anyone. I finally received return instructions; that was in January. I have provided them with the tracking number and contacted them several times. The only thing I've received were emails where I get the run around. They have their merchandise and my money. I am still waiting for my refund. I'm not sure what has happened to this retailer, new ownership... I'm not sure. I used to like their clothing. The clothes are so cheaply made now and customer service is nonexistent. Do not waste your time and money. Dealing with them if you have a return is a major headache.

I've profited by spring sales (up to 70% off) and I've bought a lot of items, such as dresses for spring and summer, swimwear, shoes and accessories. I like romwe.com because the clothes are really trendy and smart, and I'm lucky because they fit me like a glove!
Furthermore prices are very affordable so every time I buy ten or twelve items with a little purchase, especially when shipping is free, it's a big deal!

It took ages until my package arrived and when i got it, only a few items were fitting me. Which was okay, so naturally i wanted to return them. And my experience with online shop says that its SUPER simple to return things, but not here. I am not getting a response, although i tried to contact several email adresses. I would not recommend them and i will most certainly not order there again. I hope i will get my money back (over €30) and leave this behind me.
After reading a few of the ROMWE customer reviews, I wasn't sure if I wanted to order from them. However, I decided to give them a try after I noticed a few cute tops at a good price. I must say they have done an absolutely wonderful job with my order. Not only did I receive my package quick, but the tops were really good quality.
