A month ago ago I ordered a dress and two shirts from romwe.com. The delivery was really fast, and the items are exactly as was described on their website. I just tried everything on and it fits perfectly. The stitching and fabric all seem to be of very good quality. I'll definitely order from here again.
I discovered this shopping site on twitter and noticed that they had several clothing items that I liked. So, I ordered. I, now, have at least 6 pairs of their jeans! Jeans that actually FIT me. I am a curvy girl and the jeans really accentuate my body. The shipping is fast and can be easily tracked with their USPS tracking numbers. I did have to return 2 items because of a mistake that I made when ordering and within short days after them receiving the items back, they sent a store credit via email to order something else. As a matter of fact, I have an order that's coming today. Also, their clothes look just like what's being advertised. Will be ordering more. I can't wait to see what cute things they will have for the next!

I purchased several items through ROMWE and I have a great experience. The clothes look great and make me feel as if I have just walked off of the runway. I have used their products several times while filming my short films. I will definitely use this company again. Love them!
I ordered 3 items from this site. When they arrived they were of such poor quality and had a terrible chemical smell that I returned them. It's been five weeks since the return and I still haven't gotten my money back. I emailed them three days ago to see what happened and no response. I'm going to report them to my bank if I don't get a resolution soon!
I absolutely love Romwe.com! They have amazing styles for absolutely amazing prices. I'm a student so I'm always on a budget and on the look out for cute affordable fashion. Romwe is exactly that! Love so much stuff they have. Great thing about them that even with their good prices, they constantly have sales and special making it even more affordable. I like that I can buy many different things and not have to wear same things over and over again. I placed the order with no problem and received my item quickly which I loved! Will be ordering more from them soon because summer is coming and they have super cute stuff!
AWEFUL customer service... if that's what you even want to call it. Took over a month to receive my order. Clothes were horrible material. Returned my order immediately on 3/10/2015 and still have NOT received my refund or even a response to my concern about my refund. I followed their rules regarding returns; email *******@romwe.com and fill out return slip for package and send them MY tracking number to the return which is extremely odd! I have proof that my return was delivered and signed for on 3/16/2015 to the Romwe return address and I am still waiting for my refund that's over $50. SUPER ANNOYED WITH THIS $#*!TY COMPANY AND THEIR AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT REPSPOND TO EMAILS! ***WARNING***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I absolutely love this site! I bought all my winter sweaters from romwe. Everything was exactly as described. Their unique selection is huge and perfect for my style! Having ordered a black t shirt in the sale (at a great price!) it arrived exactly when I was told it would do and was well packaged. Easy to use web site, very efficient service. I particularly liked texts to tell me when it would be delivered with date and time. Excellent!
I searched reviews of this site before making my purchase. The number one complaint I saw was about the shipping. I placed my order on the 17th of March and received it today on the 30th. Definitely faster than I was expecting. I ordered 2 skirts, a blouse, a necklace and a dress. The dress was more sheer than I was expecting. The site didn't provide pictures of the back of the dress which is why It was more sheer than I anticipated. I typically wear around a size 4 and a medium in dresses. I ordered a medium. It fit well. I also ordered the skirts in mediums. They fit pretty close to true to size. They were both pleated and the pleats sit well. The color on the floral is a little different from how it looks online. The black skirt was shiny. It didn't seem to have any shine in the picture on the website. The blouse I ordered in a medium as well. When I opened the package, it looked more like an XS. Needless to say, it definitely didn't fit. The necklace was cute and what I was expecting. The overall quality of the clothes, were what you would expect for the price. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. I would order from them againI hope the review was helpful.
My last purchase with Romwe was a Lace Tassel Chiffon White Blouse. What I love about their company is latest fashion trends, unique clothing, but at inexpensive price points. Is it Neiman Marcus quality? No, but for keeping mine and my daughter's closet stocked with fresh fashion pieces that are only in style for one season... this is great. This blouse is a great example, a nice chiffon hi-lo shirt in white. With hand washing it has actually survived several cleanings already.
Shipping was right on time. Item was well packaged inside a sealed plastic bag inside a bubble envelope.
I do not recommend this website.
I ordered 7 items and the delivery took over 4 weeks; one item never arrived although I have still been charged for this. I returned the package the following day due to incredibly poor quality using UK standard air mail (guaranteed delivery within 4 working days), and it now 5 weeks on and all email responses have claimed they still haven't received my package.
This is incredibly frustrating and I am out of pocket over £80. The poor communication (especially grammar/customer service), awful clothing quality, unacceptable delivery time and lack of refund have made comfortably made this the worst shopping experience I had ever had.

I ordered the Birds Print Slim Tshirt from romwe.com because I absolutely loved the print for Spring. I felt comfortable purchasing it online because they provide you with specific measurements of the shirt, so you have a good idea as to whether it will fit correctly or not. I expected shipping to take a while, but it was here within two weeks! The shirt is polyester and flows casually on me. I love the fit of the crew neck and length. I will definitely be ordering more from this site, especially since they offer free shipping with bulk orders!
I never knew before that shopping online would be this great. I really love romwe, this is my order number RWBXC*******. I bought some blouse and the material really good also stylish. Most importantly they sell that blouse really cheap from other online website that i knew. I bought a blouse that discount for about 50% off and they give me plus one blouse again. What a great deal, isn’t it?. It’s really great when my friend admired my new blouse. I truly want to return as costumer, i want to buy denim pants this time since i check they give 40% off. I've ordered from this place once & I dont think I will ever go back for another purchase. My order # is RWLHY*******, which had about $100 worth of items. Initially when I ordered, the Contrast Plaid Hem Loose Khaki Sweater that I wanted was out of stock, and so they told me to contact *******@Romwe.com to make an exchange, which I did, 3 times, which FAILED 3 times because its a nonexistent email. Then, I clicked on the Contact Us tab and I submitted my request form twice, both of which have not received answers within 24 hours which they said they would. The item that went out of stock, I can see is now in stock again and they have made no effort to notify me to say if they will send me that item or if they will refund me. Then, 1 of the 2 items that came in today was the Wine High Neck Vintage Cable Sweater, which had loose threads and a horrible fit (too much fabric at the shoulders) so I went to look on the return policy and sent them an email about the return, which I'm sure won't receive a reply either. Because this item was faulty, I do not think I should have to pay the return shipping out of pocket since it was not my fault that the quality was bad from the very start. They have sent me on a wild goose chase with all of these random and inconsistent emails (*******@Romwe.com, *******@romwe.com, *******@romwe.com) Do not buy from this site! If there is no improvement nor reply from this site in another week, I will be making a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau as well as my bank to get my money back.

So beside some issues I must say that they have done their best to help and solved things out. It is a lovely company.

Usually I investigate review on romwe. Com in addition to found some optimistic and negative responses. So, I was perplexed what would happen with me at night! The Leather Jacket was so good that no critiques can stopped me personally ordering it…
The product information was good and the sizing guide was really helpful. Even better, it had a 50% reduction in the sale!
If you ask me if i will order from them again? My answer is YES.
I placed an order for ROMWE and contrary to what I have read in some of the other reviews, my products arrived on time and were in great shape. The dress fit me perfectly and the pants were nice as well. I knew I was ordering outside of the US, so I expected a long delivery time. My package came just when I needed it to arrive.

I am extremely angry and annoyed. I placed my order on the 8th of March 2015, and my order number was RWLKA*******. It said that it would be shipped out in 5-7 business days, but it still has not been shipped out yet! I spoke to customer service twice- the first time they told me that one of my items was out of stock and advised me to cancel it. They then assured me that my order would be shipped out in 2-4 days. A week later-- still nothing! I spoke to them again yesterday and they told me that it would be shipped out either yesterday or today. Still nothing, and the 'chat live!' times seem to be very erratic. Customer service is the worst that I have ever seen. Stay away!
