Received my dress in wrong colour. Trying to get it refunded, but the customer service insisted not to refund me my shipping fee. Been negotiating with them and suddenly unable to reply to their email anymore! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. BAD QUALITY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I ordered my stuff in the middle of March and had to receive them in 5-7 days. Oh well... I think that it is needless to say that they did not even ship my items out in this time frame. Then, I had to wait for over a month for my items to arrive because it was stuck in one or another point for weeks. I wrote to customer service several times asking for information as their tracking code did not work and practically all they had to say was "Don´t worry! Be happy!"
And. I am still waiting for this one poor shirt which was shipped bit later than other items because it was not available. And 1,5 months has passed since I ordered it. Good job Romwe with your 5-7 days EXPRESS SHIPPING. I would suggest to not make promises you cannot keep.
So unless you find something truly amazing, do not order. Quality is pretty okay if you do not take into account all those 20 loose threads per simple t-shirt (but you can be also more lucky) but shipping & customer service are both awful! If you have so much time on your hands, then better order straight from China and you will get cheaper and maybe even faster.

I ordered a skirt and waited the whole 15 days of shipping for the US. Finally, when the day came I had found that it had been delivered to the wrong address. I checked my order on the site and it was all correct, but still was not at my house! I don't understand why it's not here when it's super close? I quickly contacted Romwe about the missing order and have not had a reply. Why does this happen to so many people with this site? I am super disappointed.

I spent over 50 dollars and bought 3 items on the Romwe website. NONE of the items were as described, all of them were about 2 sizes small and they did not match the images in the description. I am a small girl and don't usually have problems finding a good fit, however, this clothing is made so poorly, the fit makes no sense! I was extremely disappointed and emailed the customer service. 4 days later I received a response that they will except my return, no shipping label was provided. I live in Canada and sending my purchase back would cost me around $25 dollars. Therefore, I am stuck with this pile of garbage. My advice: don't bother and go to Forever 21 if you want to save money, you'll get much better quality and service.

I must say this site is one of the best I have ever ordered from. I have never had such a easy and stress free experience with an online deal. The best thing by far was their customer support, which was available to answer all my questions in regards to the item itself and the shipping methods they had available to me. If at all you have doubts regarding quality products, throw them away and feel free to order here. There was a very simple process from the time I paid for the item, to the time I received it. Overall I got exactly what I was looking for at a great deal and received customer support above and beyond which I honestly believe is hard to come by in this day and age.

Be super careful when shopping on this site! I recently purchased ~$80 worth of items. 2 of my items have arrived within about a week of ordering but the rest of my order is still "processing". So, like others have commented, the shipping is very slow and items do NOT ship within the advertised 24 hours.
Additionally, I had a fraudulent credit card charge on the card I used to make my purchase. The fraudulent charge was for ~$260 and my credit card company reported that my information was keyed in for an online shopping order. Please note that I did use Paypal to pay for my order as I felt this would be more secure, but it turned out not to matter. Thankfully my credit card company offer 100% fraud protection and will do an investigation to find out more about this and remove the charge from my account. However, it might be worth shopping somewhere else to avoid the hassle of having your credit card information stolen from you! This is unacceptable... they should have some form of secure online payment.

Ive asked them who the courier company is that they are using, so I can contact them directly... but no response...

First time using this site, so I made a little "test order" & purchased their Striped Lace Embellished T-Shirt. Goods were packaged nicely and I'm pretty happy with my purchase! I think its a steal at only $8! (on sale at the time) All their products are incredibly cheap, with some great discounts added daily and I could spend hours just browsing their massive selection of clothes & fashion accessories. To be honest I wasn't really expecting much for $8 but I was blown away by the quality of the shirt. Good, strong fabric and seems like it will last a good long while. Have worn & washed it several times and still looks brand new!
The website is responsive & user friendly, easy to navigate and checkout process is straightforward. Customer support were polite, friendly & quick to answer any questions I had, definitely a plus. Haven t had the need to deal with their returns department as I'm satisfied with my purchase and doubt I'll be sending it back ever, but if they're customer support is anything to go by I'm sure it will be an easy, straightforward process. Whole experience in general was easy & smooth, hardest part is making my mind up!

I ordered from Romwe on the the 9th. I got my dress today, the 29th of April. It is comfortable, I will give them that, BUT I wore the dress for ONE day and it's already falling apart. I don't recommend spending what they want you to spend on their crap material.

I was introduced to this site by one of my college friends. She mentioned that the clothes on this site were really cute and at an affordable price, so I decided to check it out. I was searching for a few dresses to wear this summer and settled on 4 dresses. When they arrived they fit beautifully and were true to size. Their site is easy to use and very user friendly. ROMWE made finding the perfect homecoming dress easy and hassle free. I was able to order a dress on this site for less than half price I would have paid anywhere else. The shipping was super fast, so I had plenty of time to try on the dress before the dance. The dress fit perfectly and I loved the material. I was so impressed with the dress, I ended up ordering shoes for the dance from ROMWE as well. The shoes looked fantastic with my homecoming dress. They too were shipped fast, which was great. Despite the fact I'd procrastinated in purchasing the homecoming outfit, I was able to see how I looked in the outfit a week in advance of the dance. I wouldn't of been able to make that deadline had I used another online shopping site.
I recently posted a horrible review about Romwe yesterday. I felt I needed to delete my review and start all over again. I now have to give their customer service an A+, they have quickly since... Cancelled my order and the refund is being processed.
I understand that they are over seas and their response may not be as quick to our likely but, they need to fix that problem and get a customer service line. This is where good customer service has become almost obsolete.

All things considered I didn't have a TERRIBLE experience, probably wouldn't order again though. The cheap prices and 60% off your first order is enticing, the quality of the clothes is cheap but you kind of have to expect that. 2 out of the 6 items I ordered just straight up aren't what was pictured on the site, but I really like the rest of them and don't feel like dealing with customer service so whatever I guess. I assume they're using stock photos of items and then just manufacturing something similar. Also half of the order was being 'processed' for like 2 weeks but it's also coming from China, idk the standard shipping time from China to where I live. So yeah the whole thing was sort of a gamble, since I got 6 clothing items for cheap and didn't get my credit card number stolen I'm pretty okay with it, but I'll probably go elsewhere for online shopping next time.

I bought Strapless Florals Ruffle Jumpsuit, which is offered at great price. The ordering process is very simple and I did not have a hard time placing my order. The shipping is also fast. Actually, it is faster than I expected. I was also satisfied when I got the item I purchased because of its quality. All these "good reviews" have to be a scam! Sorry to offend anyone but I've had nothing but constant problems! Not only did the order come late, the clothing was poorly made, things where missing, items DID not look like the picture on the website! Patterns where obviously poorly made! Honestly its like throwing your money out.

Im sure Romwe will comment on this post to make ammends but they don't understand. Along with the poor communication system you just give up in trying to get anywhere with this company.
I received an email off Romwe the other day offering a 55% "coupon" if i remove my review and write a "better" version. I responded with i will take it down if i get my money back. They replied with we will give you a $10 coupon? RIGHT?

Really loved my experience at Romwe. I'm usually a little sceptical with the things I buy online, especially when they take such long times to ship, but Romwe has a very large range of items available for sale, including jewellery, accessories and a huge huge selection of clothing. I could spend years just browsing through their huge collection of apparel. My experience with them was quite good, the staff members always replied quickly, within 24 hours due to time differences, and were very polite in meeting my questions and requests. The clothing quality are pretty decent for the price you pay, it is really cheap afterall, so I never expected super high quality material in the first place. Shipping took a while, but considering it's international shipping, it was pretty decent, nothing got lost in the mail and communication was pretty good. Overall, I think the clothing is worth it, but I'd recommend ordering in bulk to save up on shipping costs.
