I was a bit hesistant ordering from Romwe and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and product received. I ordered a beautiful V Neck Sleeveless Ruffle dress for my wife who had to attend a special event. The dress arrived on time, well packaged and as described. We are very pleased with the quality and style of the dress and it fits my wife perfectly. Their customer service person provided a speedy and efficient service in answering all of my questions before I placed my order. For the price and quality of the dress, I'm very satisfied!

I got that i want

My best friend and I ordered at the same exact time, I ordered a shipment that totaled over 100 dollars, which included my mothers day present, and it came with free express shipping, which sounded great! 10 days later it's still processing, and I keep having to explain to my mother that her present still hasn't even shipped yet. If you don't have a time limit for when you want your clothes, sure, but the fact that my high paying, express shipping, order hasn't even shipped 10 days later? Thats ridiculous. 3-7 business days my $#*!. I even submitted a ticket for a question on whats going on, they haven't even responded. I do want to mention, however, that my friend had gotten hers within 7 days, but got standard shipping. So whatever, its not like its a scam, its just going to take you months to receive whatever you ordered.

I wrote a pretty scathing review the other day about two orders that seemed to have been lost forever. Both were delivered today and I wanted to leave a more favorable review of Romwe in light of this development. My issues came from the fact that the shipping process is pretty unclear. I was provided tracking numbers for items that didn't ship for 8-9 days after those numbers were received. To me, those seemed like "dummy" numbers that were created with no shipments ever to follow. What I imagine happened is the labels were created while goods were in transit from China (or elsewhere) and don't become active until they reach the US. If only Romwe had customer service that could accurately explain their process I think they'd have fewer unhappy customers. The items were more or less as described. I would order from Romwe again but I would certainly know now to expect 3-4 weeks delivery time, regardless of tracking numbers, etc.

Bad service

I did receive the requested items after about 3 weeks, which was not a big deal to me since it was such a good deal and I didn't need them immediately. The most frustrating part is I sent some articles back for a refund and I still haven't gotten a refund after TWO MONTHS! I have gotten emails over a month ago that they received my items and a refund would be issued in 48 hours but no refund was ever issued!

Awful

The clothes took ages to arrive and were TINY, and smelt awful. I ordered them in JANUARY and had to pay £15 for return P+P and then NEVER GOT REFUNDED (it is now MAY). I am still owed, this website is a joke. DONT BUY FROM HERE. Order number RWLBK*******.

I ordered a fairly large order for around $115, and I was so psyched to receive them. It has been 10 days and they are still in processing, and I have emailed them three times. Honestly just flush your money down the toilet, it'll do the same thing and save you time.

Quality product

I have recently purchased a dress for my wife from ROMWE. The transaction was so fast and there were no problems with the order. The package arrived within days promised. The dress looks just as good in person as it does on the website. The dress is just fit well to mt wife.Not a single thing had to be altered. I received the dress in perfect condition with no damage and great quality. I am very glad because I purchased this dress with a very adorable price. I'm absolutely in love with ROMWE now because my wife is very happy with my gift. Highly recommended!

I checked out the website and saw items I had seen on boutique sites for a much lower price so I decided to give it a try. It has been 2 weeks since I placed my order and it is still "processing" as indicated on my account page with the website. The website contains false advertising promising shipment within 24 hours, but if it were more accurate, it would say 24 days. Submitted a ticket to customer service and I kept getting the run-around. I was told multiple times that they are trying to send it as soon as possible but cannot provide an estimated shipping or arrival date. I hope you have a better experience than I did.

I placed an order with Romwe on the 28th April and my order qualified for free shipping which i was told would take between 5-10 days. 17 days later my order HASNT EVEN been processed yet! I have contacted the customer service twice and with poor english they tell me that they are 'sorry' and that they will process it soon. WHEN IS SOON? My order has taken DOUBLE the amount of time it should have and it hasn't even left their company yet! I am absolutely disgusted in the customer service and I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

They have great prices, customer service and cheap shipping. They also have an affiliate program and a nice blog for users to read and interactive with other buyers and clients. You can also pay in any currency and you should subscribe to there news letter to receive more savings and exclusive deals. There is also an place to take photos of your clothes and post it on the site. Overall, romwe is a great site for hot deals.

To be honest, I have never had an easier or more comfortable setting to my online cloth shopping! I was very impressed with the discounts provided by the website, such as 60% off my first purchase and free delivery for orders over $50. I bought the Black Slingbacks Flat Shoes, and they look identical to the picture as advertised on the website. The material is legitimate and I am overly impressed with the service as I received my product. After reading countless reviews, I recommend on everyone taking my word for the experience I've had. ROMWE refuses to exchange or refund wrong orders. They are very unprofessional & difficult to deal with. Do NOT order from ROMWE. They are NOT legit. Their garments are cheap copies of those pictured on their web site.

I have answered ROMWE's response with pictures & measurement as they requested. Yet they still refuse to refund my money or make an exchange for the correct garment ordered. ROMWE continues to play games & responds with insincere apologies & promises to make things right. It's been a month of emails back-n-forth & they are still asking for more measurements & making excuses for their inferior quality.

Do not shop here

I placed an order April 30, four (4) items totaling close to $50. It is now May 13th still no merchandise even on the items labeled "Ships in 24 hours." They tacked on "preparing time" which is 3-7 days, which is fine. I've been in constant communication with their customer service and they have been pleasant yet they've lied and continue to lie to me regarding my purchase. They claim my "items were shipped 2015-05-07" which is a lie, and provided me with a tracking number. I checked and a label was created but the items were not shipped according to FedEx. Romwe claims they shipped it and FedEx hasn't updated the info (LIE) but I called personally and they told me otherwise. Apparently what they like to do is create shipping labels for shipments which provide a tracking number but they delay actually handing it over and shipping it. They have up to 10 days from the creation of a shipping label to actually ship it. When I asked for a refund they told me it was too late because it was already shipped, LIE. Luckily I payed thru paypal and they are refunding my money. Don't shop here, it takes forever to get to you and they falsely advertise quick shipping. The next thing is that they'll tell me it's "stuck in customs" LIES or that some items are ready and are waiting for the others so it can all be shipped together, another LIE. I believe they make each item to order meaning that they probably have a lot of back orders and that nothing is in their inventory/stock. Good luck, it's really the luck of the draw apparently to some of these other reviews were pleasant. (if they aren't the company themselves).

My dresses are simply awesome. It took me just getting out my credit card and placing my order and now I get compliments everytime I wear any of the dresses out. I looked through their dress collection and I was blown away. I bought the v neck lace insert with belt gree dress and the gree half sleeve ruched wrap front dress. I could track my shipment at anytime then and it arrived on time as I expected. For such superb quality the dresses I bought on romwe are a true give away. Go romwe!

I submitted an order a week ago. I'm pretty sure they advertise on every item I clicked that it ships in 24 hours....yet my order still hasn't been shipped. Entered a ticket to see if i could change to express shipping because that says 3-5 days and after i pay for the express the customer service tells me they can't estimate when it'll get here but they'll try to have it shipped out soon. I find that to be unreal. Like is this some kind of joke? After I pay for everything this is the service I get? So I cancelled my order. I think that's ridiculous. I expect a full refund and I'll be posting reviews and telling everyone not to order from here. This is crazy. I should've read all the reviews first. I bet a lot of the good reviews on here aren't even real.

This place is a joke! Took them 4 weeks to send out my one dress. That I don't even need anymore. The chat system said it was sent back to them? Wtf for what? I cancel my order and it said 15-25 days for the bank. That is bull$#*! you still have my item and there's no way the bank take that long. It's only maximum of 3 days to be put back into my card. I expect my money this week it there will be a lawsuit. You still have my item I orders back in mid April! Supposedly shipped back to you for no reason
