Since I've already had an amazing experience with Romwe before, I quickly scanned the site for my newest mission. I wanted a jacket that matched the style of the popular show "The Vampire Diaries". I plan on doing some Katherine Pierce cosplay and the first jacket I found, the Black Long Sleeve Zipper PU Leather Jacket, ended up being perfect! It looks exactly as pictured and fits like a glove. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. The quality is superb and I couldn't have found a better jacket for a better price. Very affordable! I couldn't recommend them more!
I never really do online shopping but the prices and cool styles drew me in, I ordered on the 8th of May £70 worth of stuff for an up and coming festival and holiday on the 2nd of JUNE! Its the 27th of May and I have had nothing, no email, no shipping confirmation. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. I emailed asking where my order is and if they can ship it today for me but they have said no we can't ship for 2-3 days which is poor customer service and a JOKE. I do not even trust that they will ship in 2-3 days. Therefore I have asked for a FULL refund so I can go buy some holiday bits in a local shop. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE. (Also at the end of the email is says ' Wish you happy' so they are obviously not english. DONT ORDER FROM ROMWE save yourself the hassle.
I can't stop smiling because I love my Backless Hollow Lace Green Dress so much which I ordered from ROMWE.COM and received it before the date I required. It's actually more beautiful than I thought. I love this site because they never send me the wrong item, shipping is fast and good, customer service is good, the designs are fantastic I love them all. I'll hopefully order a new dress to my sister's prom and I'll recommend ROMWE.COM to my friends.

If you are contemplating about buying from this website. Don't do it. I wish I had never ordered because I ended up throwing all the clothes away. Such a waste of money. Products are cheap but they are not even worth the amount they are selling for. Save your money and time! I got 6 items and none of them fit me. Dresses were tiny! And I usually wear medium/ size 6 and I couldn't even fit them over my head. The skirts were barely covering my $#*!! All their positive and 5 star reviews are fake. If you read them they are all written in the same way and a lot of them are grammatically incorrect just like their responses on the bad review. I never write reviews but I had to for Romwe because I dont want people wasting their money on this crap!

I really enjoy Romwe's selection and their great style. In my experience this has always been an awesome shop to rely on for gifts that women love. They're fast, friendly, fashionable, and reliable. Very fun and cool brand. 5 stars!
The way this company operates seems very illegal and dishonest. Its a shame so many big fashion bloggers support this scam. I purchased some close toed creeper style shoes from this company and received some very cheap looking open toed sandals. When I contacted the company to let them know about their mistake I was asked to keep the item and accept $8 credited to my next purchase, but they would not send the correct item to me because, as the rep. Put it "shipping costs to the US are too high". I originally paid $30 +shipping for my order. I was not even given the option for a refund. I have filed a dispute through Paypal's resolution center but they continue to only message me through their own site, which I find very suspicious. I will escalate this to a claim as soon as I get the option from Paypal. Don't waste your money or time on this site and remember that what you see fashion bloggers wearing is what ROMWE sent them for free and will probably be nothing like what you will receive. Oh and they are owned by She inside... so i'd steer clear of that company too.

I bought t-shirt from http://www.romwe.com for my husband and he likes them. They are a lot cheaper than at local sporting goods store chains where he previously purchased them. Being a big & tall man he'd like them to be a little longer but they are decent in that regard. He has a strong sensitivity to fabrics that are not 100% cotton. We've bought three shirts so far and waiting on two more.
I love this scarf. It has a classic pattern that can match with almost any garment in my wardrobe.The design is also unisex that's why I think this is also a perfect gift. The length is also good enough to allow 2- 3 loops. The quality is great. I will order again from this store.

I was kind of skeptical about ordering from this site, because it had quite a few bad reviews.
However, there were some great reviews too, so i thought "i'll give it a try".
I wanted to order a White Eyes Print Backpack and a few nice necklaces, all for my girlfriend.
First I send them an email to ask if they ship to the Netherlands and I received a very quick, friendly and kind response saying that it was possible. After placing my order, I instantly received another email that my order was being processed. A while later, I received my order and amazed by great quality, so was my girlfriend!:-)
This site is definite winner! It has such fast and friendly customer service and the quality… I just don't have any words for it. I rarely see such a great price / quality ratio.

An edit to what i posted before, Romwe is helping me so I can receive my package And I will not have to pay a fee that I dont really have to pay. I havent received it yet but when I do I will review on the quality of the products. However I am satisfied on how fast they reach out to their customers to better the experience. Just give them a chance and be patient. They are willing to help.
I have always been a customer at Romwe but at the 3rd purchase they apparently put the wrong address therefore can't ship it, i contacted customer service via chat, and agent said "how about you pay $3.99" so they can get it from FedEx and send it to the right address. Wow! Talk about bad customer service. The agent seems to be blaming me for providing them with the wrong address when in fact this has been my 3rd order and i did put the right address or else i wouldn't receive my first order nor the second. I also contacted both shipping companies both FedEx and USPS and they both told me that apartment number is not listed on the shipping label. I told this and the agent kept pushing me to pay $3.99 because she said I won't receive my order unless I do so. Another thing is that in this one order of mine, they choose to put it in two separate shipping and every time i check the shipping status of the second one, it just says shipping label created and it has been like this for four days now. Never again romwe. Never again. And I thought they are a good company. After 2 purchases and tons of recommendations to my friends this is what I got. Hays.

So I left a negative review due to the appalling quality of product I received about 2 months ago and yesterday I was emailed a request from ROMWE to take it down in exchange for a discount coupon. NO F##KING CHANCE. This also means that there are probably heaps of negative reviews taken down so buyer can get discounts.
I will never shop at ROMWE again so there is no point offering me 50% off your substandard clothes as I have no interest in supporting you business or clogging up my rubbish bin again with crappy clothing.

Yesterday I order Evening Dress from www.romwe.com.
Fast Shipping. This dress came to me yesterday.it's gorgeous, Will be getting more items from this www.romwe.com.
It's comfortable, it fits well, it's made well, I love this dress so much. I guess I should have looked at the back because all the detail is in the front; the back is solid black. But still looks good coming or going!
This is the WORST experience I've ever had with a company I ordered my stuff in april its now may I havent't gotten a refund and since I asked for one they stopped contacting me I plan on filing a claim with the federal trade commission. I just want my money back

I love Romwe! This is my third time buying from them and I just had to finally write a review. I live in a rural area and the few stores nearby have nothing I'd be caught dead in! Because of that I do all my clothes shopping online and Romwe is by far my favorite site!
They have the best shoes at the best prices! They have every style and many different heel heights. I also love their dresses because they have such a modern look! I'd have to travel 100 miles to find fashionable clothes and with three kids I just don't have the time!
Shipping is always fast and things are packaged well. Great clothes, great prices and fast shipping. What more can I say?
I ordered a dress for an event 3 weeks in advance. The site says I should recieve in 7-10 business days... after 3 weeks I get an email stating my dress is taken by customs. I request a refund and that since it would arrive too late and I did not want it anymore to cancel the order. They responded that since they had already shipped it that they could not give me a refund. So I waited another week. Then they emailed me saying that since my package was being held by customs that they would reship my dress. I still have not received that dress... And its almost been 2 months...
