I ordered over a month ago and the parcel is not showing up. I contacted the seller, they sent me to the delivery service who can not recognise my ref number and when I called them, they sent me back to the sender. Neither of the company are able or professional in any ways. The delivering services were supposably going to call me to confirm my address because they cannot find me. I think it is bull*t. Now, I asked for a refund and they tell me they can only refund me half because the delivery service is going to destroy the parcel is not delivered! What a joke. Smells like a scam. I am going to report those guys.

ROMWE is a business that will not right their mistakes. Nor will they answer you back after numerous messages to them.If they send you a wrong item, they make you take numerous pictures of the item, the labels, the shipping numbers and anything else they can think of to make your life miserable. Then expect to not hear from them again even after numerous emails to them. They will not take responsibility for their mistake, will not offer you a refund, discount, or even offer to ship you the item you wanted in the first place. So if you want a cute outfit, I would suggest shopping on ebay instead. You have buyers protection.
Im sure they will have some sort of sorry apology to this message but im sure they will still not right their mistake. All I want is for them to send me the right item I ordered but nothing.

I found this site surfing online one night and loved their clothing line. I picked out the multicolor hollow floral crop jacket for my girlfriend and she loves it! Ordering the jacket was easy and no hassle. The item shipped on time and arrived as promised on time and brand new. I was quite pleased with this company's website functionality. I have been on other sites before that make it difficult for the customer to complete orders. Romwe is very affordable with high end look fashion and I highly recommend it to anyone who has a wife, girlfriend, sister and to any woman who loves clothes. This place has second had prices for brand new clothes!

When I first came along this site, I, as many others apparently did, went and looked at reviews before buying. Seeing the mixed reviews of both awful and ecstatic, I decided I would give them the benefit of the doubt and just go ahead and order a sweater. It came in a week, but was definitely not what the picture looked like or was as advertised. The design looks just like the picture, but the material is a weird sort of polyester material, with no cotton lining at all, or really anything to make it like a sweater other than long sleeves. The picture made it appear as if it was going to be a crewneck sweatshirt, but really it reminds me of my brother's Liverpool jersey, but long sleeve edition. It only cost be about $15 with shipping, so I'm not really all that angry about it, I just want to warn others to proceed with caution, or, better yet, stay on the safe side and don't shop from this website at all.

I decided to give ROMWE a try. Before, I felt that the cheap prices will decrease the quality of the clothes. But I was wrong. Since it's the summer, I ordered the V neck contrast lace print dress and it came quickly, for the price and I had no problems with it. It's not too short and not too long. The material is pretty nice. It doesn't fade or shrink in the washer. The dress came exactly like the picture, which is a huge plus. I definitely recommend people to shop here for clothes more often. It's better for your wallet.

I just got my order. I ordered from Brazil, took the express shipping. Dindnt had to pay any extra taxes. The quality of the clothes are very good, does not even look like "china made". Order your regular size, dont order a "bigger size for safety", because all the clothes are normal sizing and you will what you order! :) Took less than 20 days to arrive, the packcage was good. I ordered 16 clothes (dresses, skirts and shirts). I do recommend!

I love this site! I went there to purchase a few things for the summer and found that I couldn't even stay under my budget because they have so many cute things.The website is really easy to use so ordering was a breeze. I'd have to note the best experience about ordering with Romwe is the ordering process and shipping. The products are obviously outstanding quality however ordering was an absolute breeze. Definitely user friendly! The shipping was also within the estimated delivery and came in the mail well packaged.

My experience with Romwe is a joke. As you can see from previous reviews, I'm not the only person who was left with nothing but cheap clothes and no options. I had made a recent purchase on the Romwe website about 2 weeks ago. I'm usually careful with what I order online when it comes to clothing. The problem was not the fact that the clothes took so long to arrive, I expectesld it to be about 10 business days. My complaint is that the clothes unfortunately were cheap and ehat do you expect for such a great deal. I also recieved an incorrect size of a pair of jeans I purchased. I ordered a Medium and carefully measured myself so that I ordered the right size and it's obvious they didn't send me a Medium. There is also no tag inside the jeans to prove it, just the bag I recieved it in. I am usually a understanding person, in which I contacted customer service and requested a exchange, knowing in which I may have to pay shipping or who knows. All they could do for me is say "Sorry our clothes don't fit you, but here is a coupon for 50% off a new pair of jeans." How unresponsible is that? And why in my right mind would I trust Romwe again to spend my good money and hope I get the right size this time. Very disappointed. I guess I could just give them to some 10 year old girl because that's who they would fit.

I recently bought a dress form romwe.com, i have never bought anything online before but a friend of mine recommended romwe. My biggest concern with buying online is not being able to try clothes on, but I was so happy to find that they supplied the exact measurement for each size dress, so i was able to see which one would fit me perfectly. I ordered a dress for my sister's wedding from romwe.com. Really I was surprised with the quick shipping and service. I think romwe.com is a perfect site where you can see varieties of dress materials and elegant designs. The product quality is also up to the mark.
It also looked very well on my sister and no size issues. She got lots of good comments about her dress and one of my friends asked me from where she purchased the dress. I bought two dress for my younger sister from this site. Http :// www.romwe. Com is the best site of online shopping I ever used. Purchase is very fast and products are cheaper than other site. It is better than the average online delivery time period. Therefore you don't have to wait for ages to receive your desired items that you ordered from this store. You will for sure get what you are looking for and even much more. Recommend this site.

After paying for 'express shipping ' the clothes still took around 2-3 weeks at the very least... was it worth the wait? Mmm, not really. After receiving my package, I definitely regretted buying from Romwe. The quality was incredibly poor and quite tacky. The blouses literally felt like plastic on my skin - along with loose threads here and there. The coat which I ordered, although warm was made out of a very Cheap material and gave me a rash after trying it on for the first time (If you have sensitive skin like me). The sweaters were tolerable but were super thin and do not make you feel warm unless you layer up...

I placed a decently large order with Romwe for about 11 different items and i was SO excited because they are super cute. But the package never showed up and the post office/fedex smartpost say the the shipper aka Romwe has to file a claim for a refund, but after going back and forth multiple times with the customer service on the website they say since they are in China they cannot file the claim. I've talked to USPS and Fedex and the shipper has to file the claim to get a refund. So now I am stuck out of a lot of money and Romwe won't help me out... I would've even be satisfied If they had resent they order, but they are very unhelpful.

I have ordered from here before so I was trusting that this time would be like all the other times but they really disappointed this time ordering. I ordered my items in the beginning of May 2015 and was very patient for a MONTH of waiting for the package to be sent and a confirmation to be received. I had chose the express shipping and am well aware of the processing time of 3-7 days. I've kept in contact to see what my order status is and every time they keep saying it'll be shipped out asap or within a couple days. It's been a month, now in June with no package still and the same message being sent to me every time I check. I am a patient and hopeful person so I am really hoping that they will send me my stuff as it has already been paid for. I'm not going to say they scam people but just be cautious and aware that this will happen to you. This has been such a painfully long process of me contacting customer service to urge them for my shipment. Be cautious shopping here.

Upon reading mixed reviews i was on the fence about ordering but i decided to anyway, boy was that a terrible decision. If you're wise, unlike me, you'll listen to the negative reviews.

I ordered a super sexy backless dress and received a pair of pant legs which were sewn shut (yep, no hole for a head/body/anything) with 2 spaghetti straps sewn on the sides... Upon bringing this up with them, they said it was "the design"... so basically the design was a pair of pants to be worn as a cape, as it certainly can't be worn as a dress or even a pair of pants.

EDIT: They have since offered me a partial refund and have apologised. Just be aware quality won't be as expected
