I recently purchased an order online, and it says the order has shipped but my card hasn't been charged.
Most people would be glad about this, but its worrying me because I'm not sure which card I used, and I only have so much money on one card.
I've emailed numerous times and still haven't heard back.
Highly recommended …! Because I ordered a dress from romwe.com and already recived a dress from romwe.com. They are very first. Specially lots of thank for the on time delivery. And my dress colour, style and size is awesome. They are delivered me perfect quality dress. As a result I'm so happy. I'll more purchase my little sister dress of next weak, because I like there service and there clothes quality. Really there service is awesome. So I just suggest you everybody you will try this services.
They simply best at clothing. They get design from China. They are here with new design everyday. You may thing about costing. I can assure that it will be reasonable.the best thing is they honest with their business.
I've always liked Romwe but when I received two faulty items and tried to return them the response was terrible. They initially said there was nothing wrong with the items even though the shirt had one seam sewn inside out and the other was falling apart the second I opened the package. Then they offered to refund me $6 when the items cost $17! They don't want to pay the return shipping cost so they told me to just wear the stuff or give it to a friend but I strangely I don't know anyone who wants to wear faulty clothes that are falling apart.

The first time I ordered clothes, I spent $75. The shipping was exceptionally late, and I almost didn't get it. The clothes were ill-fitted and extremely poor quality.
I decided to shop again during a sale, so that the clothing price was not nearly as much and would make up for poor quality if it happened again. Exiting my basket before check out, I received at 55% off coupon to use "right now" to get 55% off my order. Obviously, I used it.
I did not get 55% off, and I contacted customer support. I got around 2% off. They said that because of the sale items, the coupon would not work (after I had already paid). Offering this coupon for use "RIGHT NOW" was false advertising and there was not asterisk explaining that this could happen or that sales don't count for coupons depending on sale price. I was denied my request to get the refund of 50% off of my order, even though that is exactly what should happen since it was false advertisement and they are the ones would messed up.
Do not order from this website. They are $#*!ty and unhelpful.

The "appropriate" response romwe is discussing in their reply is a $10 coupon off my next purchase, which I will *never* use since I will never be returning to their store.
I told the customer representative that and they told me to make sure the delivery person knows so they can get a refund on the coupon. So with that, I will absolutely accept the coupon so they do not get a refund.
Also: romwe's reply somehow is missing a sentence where they asked me to edit my response and give a more positive review. How professional! I'll attach a picture of the email I received when this reply was posted to show.

As of today (July 21 2015), I have recieved at least four emails from ROMWE asking me to take this review down. I will not be doing so. They messed up and deserved an awful review. I will keep updated on how many I receive until they stop sending me emails.

I came across Romwe when I was googling for a nice warm winter jumper (being winter here in Oz).
In no time at all I found the perfect 'Red Dipped Hem Ribbed Loose Sweater'
I added this to the cart and checked out probably all within 10 minutes of reaching the online store. The payment process was super straightforward and very quick and before long, my jumper was on the way.
When delivered I took it out straight away and examined it to see if it was as everyone describes the clothing from Romwe, to my surprise it was nothing like the other reviews had described. There were no stray bits of string/cotton, and the jumper felt heavy for its size which is always a big plus when it comes to the quality of a product.
I can say that I will definitely be back for more, I will write another review for my next order too!
Don't shop at Romwe after writing my last review I got a response and they said I ordered two of the same jackets myself mmm yeah ok and also they said the zip on the dress couldn't have been broken funny that I havnt worn or even tried the dress on what a joke. Then in the email they said this as well

I ordered a dress I saw on Modern Family and was very excited about it. I got it in two weeks, and tried it on and the dress didn't even cover half of my butt, it was so short. I am normally a size 14 and can fit into a large with no problem, but this was shorter than some of the shirts I have. I ended up giving it to my friend because I had to pay for return shipping (which in this day in age is ridiculous), and the shipping will cost more than the dress. So if you're petite, this would be a great place to buy cute, cheap clothes, but unfortunately for the rest of us, we can't.

Reading other reviews i've noticed that a lot of people said customer service didn't get back to them, however I used the 24 hour live chat with them and they answered me within seconds, also all of my clothes arrived in very good shape. The time when my package arrived was around 2 and a half weeks which I didn't have much of a problem with. Overall, i recommend buying from them, great clothes for low prices!
I've ordered from Romwe about 5 times now. Each time I've probably spent at least $100. To be honest, I was really nervous about my first purchase but I loved everything I got. The quality isn't amazing but, that's expected with the price. My only complaint is shipping. It can take a very long time, not to mention sometimes they split your order so you can get one part really quickly and the other part can take forever. But I am a return customer and I really do like the things I get from them! I think it's totally worth it and WOULD recommend this site to everyone!
I placed an order over three weeks ago with Romwe. The next day my order was listed as 'shipped' on their website. They pointlessly supply you with a so-called tracking code which doesn't work, nor does the tracking site, so I was unable to track the progress of my delivery. A few days ago I messaged Romwe through their ticket service on their site asking for an update on my order, eg, when I should expect it to arrive. I received a message back which made very little sense: Dear Customer, Thank you for your message. This is customer service from romwe.com. We feel sorry that your parcel has been returned on the way. We can resend the parcel to you once our Service providers receive it. Now could you please confirm the full address with us? Recipient: contact number: address details: city: states: zip code: country: Your early reply will be highly appreciated! Sincerely, Customer service romwe.com From what I can gather, they seem to be saying my delivery is NOT en route but appears to have met with some catastrophe along the way. I highly doubt that it ever left their warehouse after reading this. Asking for my name, address and contact number three weeks later also seems highly suspicious and totally unprofessional to me as I messaged them through the ticket service attached to my account, which holds all my delivery/billing details. Since I placed my order I have been astounded by the negative reviews I have read online in relation to Romwe, not only in regard to their poor quality garments but their appalling delivery/customer service. The fact that this is my first experience of them has confirmed my belief that the majority reviews are totally accurate. Professional companies do not: List orders as 'shipped' when they are not! Provide bogus tracking codes which do not work! Fail to contact you if there is an issue with your order! Ask for your delivery details and contact number when you contact them, weeks later, through your account! Romwe's facebook page allows minimal interaction by the public, which I suspect is for damage limitation in regard to negative reviews. Their customer services feedback amounts to utter nonsense messages that simply make very little sense. Buyers Beware! If I could give zero grade I would and I haven't even seen the clothes yet. I dread to think what is in store for me, IF I EVER RECEIVE THEM!

Romwe shipped completely the wrong articles to me. I provided sufficient evidence (labels from them to me, packing slips w/ descriptions, photos of the incorrect items, etc), and willingness to return the incorrect items. This has gone nowhere. They are obsessed with receiving photos of the order number. Not only does it not appear on any of theirs slips, I have no idea why it matters given they know it already and I've shown all other corroborating documentation. Like others posting reviews below, I'm sure they will respond with some kind of apologetic jibberish. I have no idea why they have someone responding to these sitejabber reviews instead of directing that energy toward correcting all their mis-fires. I am out the money and have a pile of 6 dresses I did not order and do not want.
