Disappointed

I ordered 5 pieces of clothing, 4 of them were ridiculously too tight and short (I wear size S).
I had to pay $23 CA of duties when the package arrived even though I was promised free shipping with my order. I contacted them and they accepted to refund the duties. But they won't refund the clothes because I do not want to return them (it would cost me more money and trouble).

I removed a star because they won't stop sending me emails to change my review.

I ordered about $60 worth of clothes from romwe.com and they came in two different packages. They came in about 10 days and I was very surprised with the quality of these clothes. However, some articles of clothes were flimsy. For example I bought some shorts that looked amazing in the photos but when I got it, they were see through and you could see my behind. The return policies are very straightforward, and I easily returned it later that day. I think that I will be ordering from this website again in the near future.

My order came in today, which I was pretty surprised about, considering all the terrible reviews I've read. It took about a week and a half only! I bought two simple crop tees, and they came in decent shape... except for the sleeves and neckline. One tee has a crooked neckline. Both tees have one sleeve that's longer than the other. On one of them, there's a difference of about 1-2 cm and the other one is not that noticable. I just have to remember to roll up one sleeve more than the other I guess, lol. It's not that big of a deal, since the one that has a 1-2 cm difference is black, so it's not noticeable that I only rolled up one side. Still, that was a little disappointing.

But the shirts fit well on me! Perfect length, good quality and all-- I highly recommend checking the measurements chart, though.

I actually bought my shirts on impulse and didn't read any reviews until after I bought them! Honestly I don't regret my decision because if I hadn't bought it, it would have bothered me. Who knows, I might buy something from them again?

Overall, I think ROMWE is okay. If you're looking to purchase anything from ROMWE, what I can say is think about it. Do you really want that shirt, is it worth it, should I give my money to this site with a relatively bad rep? If you do, don't SPLURGE on your first purchase because if the package doesn't even come to you, that's a lot of money down the drain! Most people have bad experiences with this website, but that's not always the case. I think it also depends on what you're buying.

My purchase was quick, the shipping was done in 3-5 days, and I was able to track my order. Try the site if you want to. But almost every review I've read, there's always one thing wrong. Yeah, I'm pretty neutral so this might not be the best review.

From what I've read though, their customer service is down right $#*!TY. If you try to contact them, GOOD LUCK!

The delivery was very quick, I already received two of my three pieces order in 3 days. However, the quality of the dresses is so poor I do not think I can wear them out. Well, you get what you pay for. $ 50 for three dresses, I did not expect high quality, but not like this. The 3rd one won't be any better :(

My order consisted of 2 tops and it arrived perfectly on time: 4 days were needed for processing and 10 days for shipping to the Netherlands. The tracking service worked well and was a nice extra feature. I paid $22 for this order, including shipping. My items were of decent quality, so I was happy with the tops and their pricing. One appeared to be brown instead of yellow shown on the photo, but I didn't mind so much (it was my own mistake: I didn't carefully read the description, which said it was brown). The sizes were slightly smaller than listed, but having read lots of reviews I had taken this into account and it wasn't an issue for me.

I had a great overall experience and I would recommend this shop to all of you!

I love this site for the light summer dresses. She has been really into light colors and floral patterns lately. Two weeks ago I ordered her this floral White Spaghetti Strap dress that I saw on here. The dress came quickly. I am always impressed with the shipping and handling speed of Romwe. She really like the dress and the material and wore it to Vegas last weekend.

I ordered the halter backless lace pleated dress and the spaghetti strap backless maxi dress from ROMWE.com, took advantage of the free shipping. Their website was super easy to use, checkout was a breeze and I received my package exactly when I was supposed to!

I was concerned at first by some of the reviews but fell in love with this skirt so I jumped in. SOOOO glad I did. The purchase went along without a hitch and now I have this gorgeous fun skirt. The quality is good and the fit is perfect on me. I wore it today and I got a few compliments and I was so happy I just had to let the world know about my purchase. I'll be coming back to ROMWE for the other items that caught my eye!

I loved the clothing and the timely service. I got everything i ordered and everything fit according to their sizing guide BUT as i was taking one of the tops i ordered out of it's package i noticed the giant hole in the seam between the left sleeve. I had the top fixed because i didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it.

Since i've already had the top fixed there's nothing i can do to send it back or anything but i am truly amazed by the quick response and appreciate the notion to fix the mistake. It's hard to find good customer service like this nowadays!

Custom service

Hello everyone, I have recently left my review about romwe custom service and was unsatisfied in that time.
There was a problem with my tracking number. I would like to point out that the custom service respond me next day after I wrote to them. They were very polite and attentive. The problem was in logistics company, not in ROMWE. So, I got from them my tracking number very fast, almost in the day of their respond. I won't write much for now, because I am still waiting for my parcel. It will be delivered this week. Soon, when I get it, I'll share my overall opinion about ROMWE.

I purchased the Multi-flower Embellished Black Dress. When I got it, I thought that it was going to be something that would tear easily, because it did look delicate with such a beautiful lace pattern, However, they dress is not one that looks awesome, fits great, and can be worn anytime. Another thing that I love about this Romwe dress was that the dress was not nearly as expensive as I would have expected. They offer great prices for great quality clothing.

When I first visited the website I was very impressed with the layout. However, what I didn't like was that they advertise online support, but no one is ever online. You basically have to email them, or start a ticket to get any type of response. It typically takes two days to hear back from them. I ordered twelve items and the items had to be split up into two parcels. The first one came very quickly, but I am still currently waiting on my second parcel to arrive. My problem with this is that all the items I ordered were "guaranteed to ship out in 24 hours". That was a lie, the first parcel shipped out more 2-3 days later. However, the first parcel came within a week because I choose the express shipping option. In the first parcel five of my twelve items came, and I was pleased with 4 items out of the 5. The four items I liked were made very well, but this one romper I ordered looked like the typical "made in China" apparel. So overall the cons are poor communication, slow shipping, and faulty quality at times. I would say the pros are the price is affordable and most of the clothes you get are of a good quality. Another pro is that they're always having some sort of sale, which offers promo codes that help discount your order. However, the way they discount the prices is weird and unspecific. The clothes are definitely worth the price, but not everyone would agree that they're worth the wait. However, I've gotten compliments on all of the items I ordered. I will most likely shop here again, but I will only order a few items this time. I would recommend this site, but to be cautious.

I recently bought a white and black sleeveless striped dress from romwe.com and the entire process from the purchase up until I got my product delivered, was flawless and amazingly simple.

I had no issues with customer service, they were always eager to help me out when I need them. The delivery time was decent and didn't take long at all. Just as they had said. Furthermore, I had no other issues whatsoever which made me really happy overall.

What I also found good, is that they delivered the perfect dress in the perfect size, so I didn't have to worry about not receiving what I had ordered/asked for.

I ordered the Blue Sleeveless Floral Print Dress from ROMWE and was very impressed with the item once it arrived. I love the colours and design! The material is high quality and the dress is well made, you can tell a lot of are has gone into the product and that it will last as a result of this. Brought is because I wanted something lightweight and stylish for the hot summer months, and it has delivered on both counts, I have already received several compliments on the dress and I feel great every time I wear it!

I previously wrote an unfavourable review of ROMWE after placing an order with them I stumbled across this website and read all the appalling reviews and got very worried.
I ordered 5 items for about $100 and after reading these reviews I was convinced it was a waste of money and I was either going to receive nothing at all or receive utter rubbish.

BUT, I received my order today and I am so far pleasantly surprised that all items are there and all seem to be pretty good quality. I am yet to try the stuff on but just by looking they seem to be the right size and if they aren't I would be partly to blame because I am too lazy to measure myself so I just order and hope for the best and rarely do I get it wrong.

The order did take a while to arrive, a few weeks and I did contact ROMWE to ask them were it was as they didn't provide enough tracking information on the site. They responded quickly and gave me an Australia Post tracking number so I am happy with the service on that side of things.

Overall I would say that shopping with ROMWE is a bit of hit and miss in regards to wether you get a good experience with them. I probably would order with them again but would be worried that I wouldn't be so lucky next time.
