I spent $245 for 9 dresses, 10 shirts, 4 skirts.

All items are of disgusting quality and I will be returning to sender. I LITERALLY measured myself and NONE of the clothes fit. This is not a 2-3 cm difference this is inches too big or too small. The measurements are all over the place. The worst is the dresses.
Plus everything is incredibly thin and see through. NOT LIKE THE PICTURE AT ALL.

WORST PURCHASE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE.

I order 4 lace shirts and all the lace is poor quality and literally falling apart. There are several detached areas of the lace on multiple shirts.

As for the dresses I ordered, ALL thin material and 2 out of the 9 dresses I ordered have slits so high and mis-measured that my lady bits show.

DISGRACEFUL.

ROMWE=CROOKS

THIS WEBSITE IS A FAILURE OF ANY BUSINESS YOU WOULD WANT TO SHOP WITH AND HERE'S WHY.
1. The details of their products are ALL wrong. Size, color, material, you name it, it's wrong. What you see online is fake.
2. Have a question about a product? There's a live chat option online! BUT WAIT it's not a live chat it's a box where you put your question and they never email you back- VERY HELPFUL!
3. The stitching of the clothes is disgusting. If by a stroke of luck your garment fits you it will most likely fall apart. Don't wear in confidence.
4. Not to be rude but these clothes are meant for little pre pubescent chinese girls who don't have boobs, a butt, or a waist bigger than an inch. Perfect for flat stanley though.
5. Good luck receiving your order. It'll take forever. Need a dress for an upcoming event? Order 3 months ahead of time- and then you'll have perfect timing!
6. Need to make a return? No problem! Submit a ticket online and they'll get back to you withing 24 hours! OH BUT WAIT they'll actually never respond to you until the clock runs out for your 30 day deadline. My favorite part about shopping IS the deceit, after all!
7. I bet you saw people blogging and making videos and leaving reviews about Romwe that were almost too good to believe? You guessed it they are! They PAY people to talk highly of them. Every great store has BRIBERY, doesn't it?
8. Their emails come in as spam. I could only wonder why...
9. What a coincidence the HOUR after I place an order with ROMWE my card get's fraud on it!
10. My last way to try to contact them has been thru disputing a claim thru paypal. I never thought I'd have to try so damn hard to get my money back. ROMWE=CROOKS

I ordered "Short Sleeve Cartoon Print A-Line Dress" which is super cute and I like it very much. Decided to go a bit more 'girlie' than usual and I'm glad I did. Very good price, website very easy to register and use, item came quickly in excellent packaging etc. Not much more to say expect I will deffo be using them again!

Bought the Black Short Sleeve Straight Dress and it's one of the most comfortable dresses I've ever wore. Bought it in a medium and it fitted me perfectly. Had a slight issue with ordering but as soon as I got that resolved, the dress was with me in just a few days and if I did have any issues, the support was always on hand to help me out. Really good website when it comes to clothing, would buy from here again!

Never Again!

Ordered almost $200 worth of clothes off here. Everything was too small even though I checked measurements. I was able to keep a few items - All of which I have not even worn yet. I have contacted Romwe several times asking how to return the items that are too small and have not received a response yet. Now it is past the 30 days to return. What a waste of money. Will not order from here again.

I bought 4 items from romwe and paid around $45 total including my shipping, which is very cheap. My package did not get delivered the first time, which was my fault because I had newly moved into my home and my mailbox was registered as vacant. When I explained to romwe they resent my clothes to me, which I really appreciated.
When I got my clothes (which was about 1.5 weeks after they processed my second order), the order was correct, but a couple things were a little off. I always wear a medium in everything and it always fits. 2 of the tops I got I was satisfied with and 1 co-ord set was cute but a cheaper material than I expected. My biggest anger was with a romper I got. It looked perfect size and like it would fit however THERE WAS A HUGE DESIGN FLAW. While the romper looks like it would fit on my body, there was no way of getting it ON. The material gave no stretch so the small waist area that would fit your waist normally needed to go over my butt/thigh area to get on my body. Obviously my butt/thigh area is bigger than my waist, so there was NO WAY of even getting this romper on. This was irritating as it was cute and should've fit if there was a way to put it on... Will be returning this piece, so let's hope that goes smoothly. OVERALL: Hit and miss in terms of pieces, but you get what you pay for.

Romwe has a stunning choice of apparel! I as of late requested a Spaghetti Strap Lace dress that was bewildering. Client administration was greatly useful all through the whole process from helping figure out what size to get to illuminating me of current advancements offered on the site. I got my dress in less than 2 business weeks and my buy was in mint condition upon entry. I am infatuated with this dress and would without a doubt request from Romwe once more

I have ordered clothes from this website a few times now, and each time has been a great experience. This time round, I purchased the White Sleeveless Cut Out Floral Print Dress. As always, ordering the products was incredibly easy and I received the dress quicker then I expected. The dress looked carefully packaged and was great quality. I highly recommend this place!

I saw ads for Romwe all the time on facebook as well as YouTube videos gushing about their love for Romwe. Clearly the people making these videos were getting paid to do so. When I received my items, one of the items had a clear and visible dark stain on the bottom of the dress. I contacted customer service about this and they offered me a 60% off coupon for my next order. HAH as if I will be ordering again from this site. They expect me to pay for the return shipping to exchange this item, which is completely RIDICULOUS. As for the three other items I ordered, they're the cheapest quality I've ever seen and run so small it's a joke. I ordered an XL in everything and some I didn't even bother trying on because they looked like they could fit a child. My cousin who is a XS/S could not even fit in them and she is a stick! Needless to say I will never order from or recommend this site to anyone ever. Extremely disappointed in this company and my experiences.

Amazing! I bought the black spaghetti strap backless Hollow dress and I love it! I bought a size small, and its true to size and fits me very well. The material is stretchy, yet not too tight and has an extremely flattering neckline and clinches you in at the waist. The pattern around the bottom and neckline is lovely and adds atouch of glamour. I don't want to take it off!

I keep seeing that everyone had received quick delivery but i'm starting to get scared because i haven't received mine yet and its coming around 2 weeks now. I was trying to place an order earlier today but my card was apparently getting declined. The status of my order is waiting for payment. But to my surprise, I checked my bank account and you actually charged me three times! Please reverse these charges immediately! I already opened a ticket. I'll be waiting for a response within 24 hrs as promised.

UPDATE:
I opened a ticket linked to the order number explaining the situation in detail but their customer service rep keeps on insisting that they cannot find my order number? How can it be when you can clearly see my order number in the ticket? Also they keep insisting that they cannot find any record of payment coming from me. Because I'm getting desperate, I started chatting with a representative via their live chat. At first she cannot understand the situation and kept telling me to just use a different card. I told her I don't want to purchase anymore, I just want my money back! My original order was worth $51.33. My card got declined for some reason so I just stopped ordering. When I checked my bank account later that night, I was mortified to see that they charged me three times, all were made at exactly 15:58. My bank said the charges were made within seconds apart! How were they able to do that when I only tried to place an order once?! So the girl I was chatting with somewhat got the situation after sending her screenshots of my online banking and the order itself. I just gave her my whole card number, date and time of the charges so that it would be easier to look up. I worked for the Fraud and Payments Department of a major Fashion Website in Manila so I have an idea of how it works. She said she will have her colleague check it and they will e-mail me within the day. Based on what I have already experienced, I'm losing hope that I can resolve this without involving the bank so I am now disputing these 3 charges with visa all amounting to $153.99. What a nightmare! I do not recommend this website, they will just cause a whole lot of inconvenience to you.

Wow, I failed to pay but I have clear evidence that you charged me not once but three times? And you have the audacity to accuse me of lying? And yes, I DON'T TRUST your company. I have been patient and understanding that there is a language barrier and your English is limited that is why you may come off as rude, but this is just gross! There is no point arguing with your incompetent customer service rep. To anybody who might be lured to this website because of the cheap prices, you won't even get what you paid for, you get nothing but inconvenience.

To start off I purchased the "White Off The Shoulder Crochet Lace Blouse" for my spouse as a birthday gift. I had a superb experience, they are a very honest and dedicated company that cares about their customers. First of all, Romwe prices are appealing. Very appealing. I purchased 2 dresses for just under $50. I purchased express shipping for an additional $13, so I could have the items to be in time for a brdial shower. To my surprise the package actually came. But also to my surprise... I had to pay an additional duty fee at my door for another $23! So my order had gone to $50+$13 express shipping+SURPRISE $23 charge. =$86... Fine. Not only am I not home when the package comes but wasn't prepared NOR warned about the extra duty at the door. He leaves and comes back the next day. Now, they don't accept cash at the door. So for the 2nd time, the gentlemen left with my package, and my never returned. I frantically looked for where my package might be. I pay the duty online, and have the order at my door THANKFULLY. In time by 1 day for this Bridal Shower. I'm excited I finally have the package, open it to try on the clothes. Only to discover the cheapest quality, copy cat, horrible pieces of clothing I've ever seen in my life. They do NOT resemble the photo's at all... and fit so stupidly and no where near what they appeared to look like in the photo. What it seems to me, is that Romwe finds popular clothing items online from much better quality stores, and "duplicates" the design in a much poorer quality. So incredibly poor. I am so disappointed that I have been practically robbed of my $85 dollars for a website that I had been so excited to be my "go to" for a great wardrobe. I now have nothing to wear to this shower, and I have an extremely bad taste in my mouth after this entire experience. What a nightmare. I would NEVER recommend Romwe to anyone EVER.

Romwe has an amazing selection of clothing! I recently ordered a White Spaghetti Strap Lace dress that was astonishing. Customer service was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from helping determine what size to get to informing me of current promotions offered on the site. I received my dress in under 2 business weeks and my purchase was in mint condition upon arrival. I am in love with this dress and would definitely order from Romwe again.

It was my first time shopping there and found 50% off on shorts ordered two i thought as they giving it on low price, quality of the product will not going to be that good but no i was totally wrong they even delivered the product 1 day earlier and my wife is so happy with the shorts thanks to ROMWE will use there service again.

My shipment came in two separate orders. The firsr order came in the week after I had purchased my items online. 1 out of 3 of the items were not what I paid for. After contacting the customer care for what seems to be 2 weeks now- they've let me know that they will NOT send me the item I ACTUALLY PAID FOR WITH MY MONEY. And that they were willing to compensate with a $5 coupon for my next order. You're in over your head if you think I'm actually about to buy from Romwe again. Do not waste your time with this store unless you prefer: slow customer service, cheap clothes which appears different from the photos displayed online, $5 compensation for your $15 order that you are never going to get. After my experience with Romwe, it's going to be a while before I ever resume online shopping again.
