I recently ordered a sleeveless dress for my wife. Wow! What amazingly fast service from romwe.com! The dress came on time, was just what I expected, and my wife loved the look. I bought a beautiful dress, but I got something totally different. They are very deceiving. Save yourself a headache. Attached is a photo of the dress so you can have an idea. They accept returns but shipping will cost me the same I paid for the dress, not worth it! I just toss it in the trash.

I heard about ROMWE recently from my friend. I recently bought the 'Apricot Long Sleeve Split Dress'. This was my first order on this site, and I will definitely be coming back. Not only is the quality great (and the price very reasonable!), but the ordering and shipping process was very smooth and trouble-free. I did have one question about the shipping though, so I started an online chat under the 'online help' menu, and they were very quick to respond. The customer service answered my question and helped me with the whole ordering process, very friendly too.
When i was about to do my first purchase i received a code for 60% off for special discount first purchase. No details given or specification that it can not be mix with previous discounts. Costumer service did not help at all, the answer was we are sorry. And they offer a $10 discount in my next order... ( the difference in my order was about $100) So finally i decide to not deal with this website to avoid headaches!

I purchased the Blue Spaghetti Strap Backless Maxi Dress in a size large from this site, and I have to admit I didn't expect it to fit me when I ordered it, but the price was reasonable enough that I figured I might as well take a chance. It's hard to find clothes that fit, let alone look good on a fuller figure.
Not only did I receive the dress in great time, but it fits wonderfully! I think I've found my new favorite online store!

Extremely Poor Quality Clothing from China, very thin jackets feel like they are made out of felt. Do NOT shop here or you WILL be ripped off. Not fun. Poor Service, wasted my money.

Worse fabric I've ever seen/felt in my life, poor construction of the models, and it doesn't look at all as the pics online.

Spent $120AUD on about 6 items, all of which were TERRIBLY made, and not made of the material stated on the website. They looked COMPLETELY different to what the website pictures advertised them as - colours, cuts, linings etc. One jumper was even just cut material at every edge - jagged and fraying - which it definitely wasn't in the pictures! I was so angry i just put it all straight in the op shop!
This website is actually very easy to navigate and change your order etc. But i will never use it again!

I was so excited to get my items for back to school (I ordered 3 shorts, 1 denim skirt, and 4 shirts) I measured myself and checked the sizing 4 times, so i thought I'd get a perfect fit. When it came i tried on the shorts and I was sad to see myself in the mirror. I felt like a 10 pound bag of crap in a 2 pound bag. It was 2 or 3 sizes too small. The worst part was before i even put one on, the zipper broke. It sucked since they were so cute! The denim skit is a size too big, but i can work with that. Half of the shirts were very fragile and need major adjustments. The other two were alright. But all the clothes had a very chemical smell to them, so I hope it comes out in the wash.

A big thing that I base my experience off of is the convenience of the website and cleanliness. This site certainly meets my expectations. The modern look to the site shows that the company took the time and effort to launch this site, not just throw up some basic boring site like all the others. The links work, the site makes sense, there are not obvious spelling errors, and the checkout was simple and fast. I do not see a reason I would return this tote so I have not dealt with the return side of things with Romwe, but I imagine they are organized and professional.
I wanted to update my initial review to inform other customers that after a lot of backwards and forwards emails with ROMWE logistics, ROMWE customer service, and ROMWE wesbmaster teams, I was offered an 85% refund on my initial payment today. I have been told this will come through in 5 days to my paypal account, which I will confirm as well. ROMWE stated they would not give me a full refund, because they cannot retrieve the lost package and so they have incurred a loss. However, customers do not select the courier or postal service, ROMWE does. I suggest ROMWE looks into a different delivery postal service to avoid such nightmares and financial losses for their customers.
