For over a week 8days) I have been going back and forth with customer service regarding shipping charges for a dress they sent that was NOT made in the likeness of the dress I ordered. Not only is the dress not what is pictured, it is much shorter and does not have a tank on the top like the one on their site. I've order many things from this website without returning or complaining about a thing. But this 1 item is either defective or just not made like what they are selling on the site. They want me to unpack the dress after I had it ready to ship back and told me to take photos proving what I am saying in order to pay for shipping. WHAT? It is NOT in their policy that customers have to go above and beyond to prove their error when the proof can be mailed back. AND furthermore, why would I lie about a 1 dress out of the many I've ordered before? They are going back and forth with me on email over shipping that would probably cost them less than $5.00 since I am located in the same state where the returns go. I can not believe they would rather lose a customer than pay for shipping for an item that is NOT right. If it did not fit, I would understand. But fitting is not the issue. The dress is either defective or just not the same as on the site and their photos should reflect that or they should send me what I ordered. If that is not possible, then give me shipping money so I can send this dress back. Arguing with a customer about shipping charges is not how you retain them.
My Girl friend just love it. This dress Quality of a material is frivolous, feel is smooth, wearing comfortable, crisp, good moisture absorption, air permeability is good. Loose light wool fabric: easy soft, loose structure, light weight, feel soft, elastic, good permeability characteristics, wear comfortable.
I will definitely reorder some more awesome products from ROMWE and will definitely recommend this to friends and other online searchers.
I ordered around 7 items from ROMWE on the 19th August. I didn't read any reviews before ordering so you will understand how I felt when I came to this site and the majority of people were saying they will never order from the website again.
I became even more worried when I could not see any tracking information on the website so I sent them a ticket asking for more information. In a number of hours the customer service team contacted me with a website to track my order from and I could see that my order had arrived in Perth (Australia). The next day my package arrived with all my items.
As far as quality, no its not the quality you would expect if you are paying $80 for a jacket. But you are paying $20 for a jacket so I am quite content with the quality of material. In addition everything fits. I was concerned as even though I wear a size S, I sometimes have issues with the sizing around the hips. Everything fits fine and I am quite happy.
I don't know whether they have had an upgrade of their customer service in recent months or I just simply got lucky, but I definitely wouldn't write this website off completely.
I absolutely love ROMWE! The quality of the dress that I ordered was absolutely amazing and it looks exactly as it is shown in the pictures. The small dress was an absolutely perfect fit and the quality of the material was absolutely stunning! Completely recommend and I can't wait to order from here again!
So much cute stuff, so many items on sale. I order here at least once every few months. Shipping is quick and I've never had a problem with an order. It's always accurate.
I will never in my right mind order from this site again. I should've known from the start when I went on their website and they didnt have anyone writing reviews about there clothing, that it must have been some sort of fraud. The clothes that are advertised on the model are far less appealing in person. I purchased 4 items and let me tell you they were all ugly. Not to mention that the pants that I bought, the hole to put the button through is way too small, how ridiculous is that? I'm so disappointed and I will not encourage anyone to order from here again. I also do believe that the good ratings on this website are coming from the employees who does customer service, I refuse to believe that a regular customer like myself who have purchased from this site would give them anything greater than a 3 star review

I stupidly even looked on Site Jabber before purchasing, but with a foolish attitude I decided to try Romwe anyway! Let me be the guinea pig and save yourself time, effort and money!
I found their website through a Facebook advertisement and decided to try it out. All the images of their clothing looked pretty and professional on the website, but somewhere in my head the voice of reason was whispering rather than shouting. Its too cheap a price to be of good quality. With 60%-80% off being offered the prices are very low plus free delivery!
On arrival, which to be honest was within the 11-14 days they said it would take to be delivered, I was VERY disappointed when my order arrived. Such poor quality clothing.
As well as terrible quality, their customer service is so clunky! Slow to receive a response from submitting a ticket and also I do not think they are even English. Poor grammar and even spelling words right!
When i finally received a *ticket* to be allowed to return my order, they luckily gave me a European return address, instead of an American one, so lucky as to have to pay for tracking and signature on arrival for the parcel, would have been even more expensive! This is a very expensive lesson on my behalf, please don't be caught out too!
Like the similar comment below, just as she said. I will NEVER use this website and will continue to advertise against it.
Don't be fooled by the marketing adverts on Facebook, whilst browsing at work on a dull day!

Ordered many items from here, took several weeks to arrive, and I only got 1 item that I liked out of the 7 items I ordered. The quality of the items was just awful - bad material quality, broke easily, confusing, ill-fitting... DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
Update: they have a relative sense of customer service, but even that can't cause me to change my review to a positive one, just because they asked... Sorry, but it is what it is.

I ordered a gorgeous dress from ROMWE and when it arrived it was just like the picture. The colors were accurate and it fit perfectly. The material and texture were decent and placing the order was easy. The dress arrived on time and it was in perfect condition. I will definitely order more dresses now that I know how it works and that the dresses are of high quality.

I was skeptical at first because of the mixed feedbacks here, but I decided to try it out on my own and I do not regret it, as I got a really fancy and sexy short for my girlfriend for a relatively low price. I also bought jogger pants and the material was very uncomfortable and too small. On top of the terrible quality, their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. They didn't read a word I said and never apologized for sending me such terrible products. It was a hassle to even get a response because you have to do the whole "submit a ticket" nonsense for returns as well. After all of that you would think they would let me return the products and get the full amount back. But I never did. I will NEVER use this website and will continue to advertise against it.
