I loved the clothing and the timely service. I have recently purchased a dress for my prom from ROMWE and I could not have gotten a better deal. The ordering went fast and was really easy. After receiving it I was pleasantly surprised! It even arrived faster than I expected. The website is really easy to use so ordering was a breeze. Product was nicely packed and the quality of the cloth i ordered was good. I will definitely continue to shop there!
This online shopping website is such a scam. I ordered a big shipment of clothing and after having issues with submitting my credit card information, I should have cancelled the order right then and there. Only 1/3 of the clothes I ordered shipped and I've been now waiting over a week for the rest to come through. In addition to that, they emailed me two days ago letting me know that the skirt I PAID FOR AND ORDERED is not "out of stock". When I try to contact a rep about these issues, no one gets back to me and there is no phone number to call. I am furious that they took my money and are playing games with correctly sending the rest of my clothing. Never ordering from here again.
I oredered quite alot of stuff but after seeing negative reviews I decided to cancel my order. However, two items were marked as shipped immediatly so I couldnt get a refund for those 2 items that had shipped. I received great customer service. I got a refund for the other items. The 2 items came with in 2 days and I love the quality and fit of the shirts. I got a chiffon like blouse in pink and an olive t shirt! I really love them. The customer service was good as well and I received a reply asap. I don't know about the negative reviews but with the fast shipping items I have a good review. Idk how long i would have waited for the other items however.
I have bought dresses from here several times. Their collections are very unique and fashionable. The price is also reasonable. Quality is best than any other online shop. I highly recommend.
Bought two jumpers which looked great on the site, said one side so I thought would be fine. The only thing that matched up to the site was the colour of the items. Jumper was HUGE. I think they use blogger photos and make fake items in China. DONT USE

Wow... that's amazing. I really impress to their work. Their printed tops and sweaters are the best because you can't get them anywhere else. I bought a cute black dress from them recently and it didn't take long for it to get here.

I recently ordered from this website and i have to say the items were very different from the pictures. I ordered 2 sweaters, 3 dresses and 2 sets of makeup brushes.
I LOVE the makeup brushes and was very impressed by the quality! The sweaters were ok and were slightly off from the pictures. Out of the 3 dresses only one of them was my absolute favorite. The other two were very different from the pictures. Overall it was an ok experience and would only buy again if i recieve another discount code.
I truthfully have been a member of this site in one years. Easy to use web site, very efficient service and a great experience about ordering with Romwe is the ordering process and shipping. I particularly liked texts to tell me when it would be delivered with date and time. Sometime they offer great prices for great quality clothing. I loved the clothing and the timely service. I got everything i ordered and everything fit according to their sizing guide.It's hard to find good customer service like this nowadays!

Romwe supplies cheap chinese made clothes made out of low quality fabrics and materials. I ordered 4 things on romwe and only liked one of the items. The clothing looks so much different when brought, different colours, fabrics, sizes, patterns and quality. DONT be fooled by their low prices. I would never buy of this site again and are very unhappy with my order and how much money I wasted. I don't think anyone should buy of this site, the good reviews must be by workers at romwe due to no normal customer would be happy with what they receive, they quality is atrocious. I decided to try it out on my own and I do not regret it, as I got a really fancy and sexy short for my girlfriend for a relatively low price. I bought this short for her around one month ago. It was part of my birthday gift for her, and I felt that she really likes it.
Fraudulent express mail advertisement. Bought over $100 worth in clothing. I never received the parcel that was "delivered" to my doorsteps. Found out that the package was never shipped express mail(how I bought it!) or I should have signed for it. Even the delivery service confirmed it wasn't shipped via express, it was shipped ground. The company's response is "Sorry for that, but the address we sent is right, so would do you like to ask the post office to Compensate for your parcel with your email account, as this is not our fault. We can provide any proof you need for you.

So I just got my Romwe delivery :) It's just. Ok. Pro: 1 pair of boots is just gorgeous and fits and I love them, the coat is also lovely, I got 4 products (2x boots, coat and a dress) fot 70 dollars, which is fine. Cons: it just smells horribly, that cheap-china-smell, not a really good quality, waited 3 weeks, second pair of boots doesn't match the size chart and they're too small. You get what you pay for, I guess. Don't think I'll be buying here soon again, but I do love my new boots and coat :)
Clothes made like they got a random off the street and was like "yo! Can you just rip this material in these places? Cheers" and the person just did it, just ripped away. The material is such bad quality, see through with no lining looks great on no one, you can see where the material is folded because you can see through to your skin. The styles are nothing like what they look like, I bought an awesome looking dress with a belt tie, there is no belt tie, instead i got a white potato sack with the rips through it by the person they dragged off the street. They also all really $#*!ing small, I bought a size too big just incase and it's still too small! Not round ways but height ways, would you like a major wedgie in a jumpsuit? If you do, buy this $#*!e! Personally i don't like getting a wedgie in a white see through jumpsuit but hey, each to their own. Best thing for this site is recommend it to someone who is really really mean, tell them to spend loads of money there and they'll look super hot then they wont and you can laugh at the mean person, and now you have become mean, so someone will do it to you, but you already know.

Don't be fooled by the low prices... This online store is the worst place ever to buy clothing. 1). The clothes do not look at all as they appear on online then when it does in person. 2). The clothing material is very cheap and very low quality. 3). They didn't even send me a receipt with my packages so its going to be very difficult for me to return. And lastly they don't even give you price tags on the clothing so its very sketchy. So if you want a store that is very unorganized and delivers your package very late. ROMWE customer service, and ROMWE wesbmaster teams, I was offered an 85% refund on my initial payment today. I have been told this will come through in 5 days to my paypal account, which I will confirm as well. ROMWE stated they would not give me a full refund, because they cannot retrieve the lost package and so they have incurred a loss. However, customers do not select the courier or postal service, ROMWE does. I suggest ROMWE looks into a different delivery postal service to avoid such nightmares and financial losses for their customers.
I ordered about 6 items from this website. They are appalling quality - ripping, buttons coming, unstitched etc. Not to mention, the sizes were completely different, not just from our sizing but the sizes between items.
I contacted customer service and can return the items to China however I have to pay the postage (which was $46.96).
I was asked to provide photos, I did, and still nothing. Appalling customer service, no concern for faulty stock and I would NEVER suggest anyone purchase from them, I certainly won't be.

I saw the add for romwe on Facebook and saw that the first purchase was 60% off. I needed a dress for a wedding coming up and thought it'd be a good deal. I decided to read some of the reviews and some were alright, some were really bad. I thought "It's pretty cheap, even if the dress isn't good, it's worth a try." I ended up ordering a dress and a pair of shorts. When I received my order, the shorts were decent (cheap quality) but the dress was awful. The picture was very cute and classy, but the actual dress looked like something for a 12 year old. I am 20. The material was cheap and nothing like the material in the picture, the hemlines were off and the sizes were terrible. It looked like a witches halloween costume. So I guess just be careful as to I think its a pretty hit or miss site. And like everyone else said, you get what you pay for. As for me, I don't think I'm going to take the risk again. Not worth it.
