I am really happy to purchase product from romwe.com. It is really good experience from me. Their client administration was truly noteworthy.
I recently ordered a few items and paid extra for quicker shipping. Most of the items on the list said they ship in 24 hours, but one didn't. I need one of the items quickly, so opened a ticket to see if those could be shipped separately, or if I could remove the one item in order to get the rest in time. Unfortunately, they never responded and it still says I have to wait 7 days. I may just need to cancel the entire order since I really just needed one dress quickly and added on because the stuff is really cute. I'm worried now because of the negative reviews.
At first I was a little worried about ordering off this site because the prices were so cheap. I heard the clothes took forever to ship but I received the clothes I ordered in less than a week. The sizes were the same as what I thought they would be, they all fit me perfectly! The material does not portray the cheap price I bought them for, it portrayed great quality. I highly recommend ordering off of Romwe. You will not regret it!

I ordered 4 shorts and one white blouse. The white blouse does not look like the picture and one pair of shorts has a zipper that is broken. I messaged them about this last week and they still have not replied me. I'm willing to keep the shirt but not a defective pair of shorts. And returning it would probably cost as much as the shorts so what is the point? I believe I should be reimbursed for their mistake. This is my first time ordering from them and I am really disappointed.

I ordered items all with the label "ships in 24 hours," and even paid for express shipping. After 3 days with no word of the items shipping, I began communicating with ROMWE about my options and where my order could be. They said September is a busy season for them so the warehouse is backed up. (Please let me know what holidays requiring an excess of young women's clothing are in September, I'd love to know.) Their communication back to all of my "tickets," were vague and didn't answer my questions regarding refunds. I eventually gave up and have yet to receive my items. Going on 14 days now with no items... 24 hours-HAH!
**UPDATE
ROMWE customer service has emailed me and requested I change my review into a more positive one including requesting that I change my two stars to three. I replied and told them that simply because my order arrived, does not mean any of their mistakes are corrected. The items I chose all had a "ships in 24 hours" logo next to it and the fact is they did not ship until days later. When I began communicating with them via their ticket system after realizing my items had not shipped for at least THREE days, I was not able to get a clear answer for any of my questions after several ticket transactions. In response to their email requesting that I alter my review, I asked them not to respond and that I would not change my review, however, they replied anyways still requesting that I change this review. Since they had to ask me again after I requested they leave me alone entirely, I am dropping the original two stars I left to one star. I have since blocked their email from my account. Good luck to anyone planning to use this company!

If I could ive a negative 100 I would. I received the most Shi**y items of so called clothing i've ever seen in my life. I received stuff looking 100% different than the picture - 100% different than whats stated. Above all that is the fact i've proven to them I got wrong or bad items and they still want me to pay shipping, even though on their stupid website it says we will pay for shipping if we send wrong items. I am seriously pissed, and cannot believe the amount of money hungry untrustworthy a**h***es these people are.

I'm not too sure why everyone is complaining about shipping... my item came just 6 days after I ordered it. Maybe they've had so many complaints that they've improved on that - who knows. The dress I ordered was a bit longer than I expected it to be, but it pretty much looked like the picture. After reading all these reviews post-ordering, I was worried, but I was pleasantly surprised when I received my order. However, t's obvious that this site steals pictures off other sites and tries to remake them and uses the excuse "it's pixels and lighting". Nope. Your buyers are not idiots, romwe. Just beware when buying from this company, but overall I'm happy with my purchase. I probably just got lucky though.
It is now 17 days since my order with express shipping. No sign of any goods. Don't believe the good reviews. They are written by them. I want my payment and shipping refunded immediately and will be reporting them to my credit card issuer.

I just had the worst customer experience today! They sent me the wrong item and wrong size! They told me that I need to ship it back to them on my dime! Also, the pants don't even have a button hole, and they told me to take scissors and cut a button hole! Are you serious? They also suggested that if I don't want to ship back on my own dime then I could sell the pants to a friend! At this point I just feel like they're being sarcastic! Worst customer service ever! I'm done shopping here!
I saw this deal "Halter Backless Lace Insert Maxi Dress" on their Facebook page that was going for 50% discount. I have always been searching for places where I could get a Maxi dress good thing Romwe had it.

Okay so I bought about $90 canadian worth of clothing from romwe.com, I was super excited to get it. The package came decently fast, had to pay taxes so shipping and taxes ended up being too much but I was too excited when I got the package to care about it. Ran inside to open it all up, about 7 pieces of clothing, and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. The ONLY decent thing is a long sleeved shirt dress but it is way different than pictured. The rest of the clothing was so cheap I actually could not believe my eyes. Seems coming undone on the shirt. The label was falling off. I bought, what I thought, was a beautiful burgandy wool sweater and it turned out to look like it was made in a grade 2 sewing class, it was HURTING. I bought a crop, creme coloured wool sweater that had strings coming out everywhere, just absolute $#*! quality. The clothing REAKED and there was white deodorant stains all over the black slit dress I bought, which wouldn't have mattered anyway because it was the CHEAPEST see-through material you could imagine and was stretched out as if someone had owned it for about 7 years prior. SOOO yeah, now I am in the "process" of trying to return this $#*! and they are INCREDIBLY difficult so it will most likely end up costing me more to try and return it. AHHHHHHHH DO NOT BUY FROM ROMWE!
