The dress I ordered looks nothing like the picture online. So disappointed. A great waste of money and time.
I got my order in on two different days, although I am missing two articles. On the email and website it says contact customer service by writing a ticket, although there's no direct link or any information about it. I'd like to return a couple of items and contact them about my few that I'm missing. On the bright side the two pairs of shoes I ordered are absolutely stunning and if not even better than pictured!
I didn't do my research prior to ordering. I ordered 5 items and received 2 of them. The 2 that I did receive I was actually happy with and surprised the "one size" fit ok. I waited a few days, assuming the additional items were on their way. After they didn't show up I tried to contact them about it. I first clicked on the link they sent in their order confirmation email that states "click here to learn how to contact customer service". It's an invalid link. I searched the whole site and there is a whole page about returns and how you would basically have a better chance of being struck by lightning than getting a return. However, there is NO contact information except for a return address. I finally found one under "about" but wasn't sure how accurate it was or if it even worked. In my opinion, any company hiding their contact information is a company that has no interest in being contacted or providing service to their customers. Thankfully I used paypal for my order and have contacted them through there, and I feel much better protected having done that. Please, if you have to order from them, use PayPal! I normally wouldn't jump the gun and write a review before I wait for a response, but my experience so far has not left me feeling very confident about a resolution. And as I said, the return process and lack of contact information makes me very skeptical. Also, I used a 60% off code and it did not take 60% off the order. I thought maybe it had to do with the sale prices but the math still didn't work out. It still seemed like a good deal I went ahead and ordered. But be aware that the coupon codes you are using may not actually reflect the discount you think they do. If this issue gets resolved quickly and satisfactory I will come back and post an update.

I ordered four items all for under thirty dollars! I came across this website after seeing a video on YouTube posted by SweaLife. I always admired her clothing and was curious to check out what Romwe offered. I swear I can spend hours on this website! Everything looks exactly like the pictures, I was surprised! There's so many clothes to choose from! I ordered a dress, two tops, and a pair of jeans. I ordered small in all, (5'0,30-23-34,93 lbs) and they all fit perfectly! I was a bit nervous that they would be big on me, but not at all! Be sure to check their size chart as it is extremely helpful! The dress that I ordered said that it's for 26 in waists, but it fit snug on my 23 in waist. So keep that in mind, incase you need to order up!
I loooveee the dress. (Blue Back Criss Cross Print Embroidered Mini Dress) Exaacctlyyy like the model! A bit short, but honestly I don't mind. I can already tell I am going to wear this dress a lot. I also ordered a pair of white jeans (White Slim Ripped Denim Pant) and they fit perfectly! Again, exactly like the picture and is so comfortable. I was shocked! Most super skinny jeans feel uncomfortable on me, and like I just want to rip them off! But these Romwe jeans are the comfiest, most flattering jeans ever. They beat my 80$ Abercrombie Jeans. No joke.

What a headache it has been. I didn't do my research. Order some clothing, a couple of dresses and tops. You think you would get what you pay for and of high quality clothing or of something close to what was advertised from the description and the model photo. Quality was so poor that it is not wearable. Material so thin, colour and print so far from the description, cut + design, workmanship; all of very very very poor quality. Coming from Asia myself i know what some of the homeland clothing can be like and was mindful of this. This was that, a backyard job or work of someone who is just learning to sew. Material is so bad that i can not even explain except it is so thin and i wouldn't even wear it as PJs. Would like a refund and ROMWE to be responsible for their quality control and take ownership of the transaction, paying for the return shipping as it is their fault. This company is so dodgy and since unable to resolve have had to get VISA to follow it up. There were a lot of negative reviews but there were also a few good ones so I told myself, "It's only 16.65 with shipping. I'll try it once and if I have any problems I'll never order from there again." I ordered it on October 1st and received it October 9th. I opened it right away half expecting $#*!ty material or a messed up zipper. It was not any of that. The material I loved and the stitching was perfect and the zipper worked great! I tried it on and it fit me perfectly and looked freggin awesome on! I can't WAIT to wear this for New Years! Yea! I still can't believe what I got for that price! :) ! Thanks to ROMWE!

Fantastic selection of clothes, something for everyone I'd say. It was very user-friendly and the ordering process was simple. My dress arrived promptly and is of good quality and fit.
Do not order from this website. Customer service is NON EXISTENT. They took almost 4 weeks to even process my order before it was shipped. I tried to contact their customer service multiple times. The responses came about 5 days after I sent each message and each response was the same automated "Nice Day. Your order will ship within 24 hours!" They had been telling me for 4 weeks that my order would ship within 24 hours.
When the clothes finally arrived, several items were missing from my order and I received duplicate items of items I didn't even order. Some articles were ripped right out of the packaging and most of the clothes are so over/undersized there is no way I can wear them.
I'm not even going to attempt to return these because I have a strong feeling they won't give my money back. I don't want to risk paying return shipping to a company that does not care about their customers.

Don't even waste your money on this website. I bought a legging and I put it "Large" and guess what? It didn't fit me (I'm 5'0,134 ibs) but fit my little sister who is 9 year old, It's more like an XXS actually...
I bought a sweater-like and i out it too large and it didn't fit me at all! Also the quality is not even good at all...
The last order I received took six weeks having many Christmas designed items for resale. I will be sending all back due to sizing as well. I will update with my review and tell you how the return process is. That will be deciding factor if I reorder.
I'v been seeing many of these wholesale/cheap clothes sites pop lately and have been really curious. After doing a bit of research and reading many reviews I decided to give it a shot. I purchased 4 items all with the 'Ships Within 24hrs' logo on each piece as I understood these companies have many warehouses and some items take longer. Well I placed my order on 27th Sep and I received all items on the 7th October. TWO WEEKS! I am impressed especially as I live in Australia and sometimes things take a little longer.
As for the quality, all items look exactly as the pictures and are sewn well. Some of the material is very thin and does feel cheap but you literally get what you pay for. These items look like boutique store clothes at less than half the price so what do you expect. And considering how hot its going to be this summer I'm not complaining about the lightness of material.
Now for sizing. The internet and many reviews had brought my attention to the fact that some items do run small. So I did follow their size charts and made sure to measure myself to get the closest to my size as possible. All 4 things fit well.
I would defiantly shop again. But be aware, it might take a while for things to arrive, if your desperate for new cheap clothes than I suggest you look for the 'Ships within 24hrs' logo. Make sure to measure yourself to avoid getting wrong sizing. The material might be cheap and light, but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. And look carefully at the returns policy so you don't look like an arse when you complain they made you pay for shipping to return it. The policy was there before you shopped there, they didn't make it up on the spot to piss you off
My clothes got to my address in a decent time frame, it was all here within 1.5 weeks after ordering. However, almost all the tags were deliberately cut off of all the clothes. Therefore, I don't even know what size they sent me or how to wash them. In addition, the tags they did leave on show that they sent me an XS when I ordered a medium. Furthermore, the clothes are not very good quality. I understand that they are cheap, therefore they won't be of great quality. However, two of the shirts are already fraying. Lastly, I understand that these items are returnable. But Romwe makes you pay the shipping back, and by the time its all said it done I will barely get any money back.

You have to understand from the get go when ordering from ROMWE that it is going to take longer to ship than you're probably used to. Allow about 2-3 weeks for processing and shipment so you have a realistic expectation of a time frame for receiving your items. Always check the size chart for each individual item, and just like any other store still expect some things not to fit properly, but they do accept returns so it really isn't an issue. Also when puchasing take the price of the items into consideration, you aren't going to be getting super high quality, but the quality is ok to good. Somewhere along the lines of forever21 and h&m. I have made several purchasea from ROMWE and been very happy. If you set your expectations correctly you will have a good experience as well.
