I expected that the cloth of Romwe is worse but in reality opposite of my expectation. Last week i bought a dress. I impressed the quality of dress and also very cheap price. Their customer behave is awesome and great behavior. Thanks Romwe.
For days I was skeptical on buying a black lowcut dress I was completely obsessed with. Mainly because of the reviews and how low the dress came down in the front. I got a discount for signing up and the dress was also on sale with 24 hour shipping. I finally caved. Although I got the dress about a week later I just opened it and it looks exactly like the website. I ordered a size bigger because of the reviews saying they were too small and the front did not come down as low as I expected. Im inlove. Idk if its because I only bought 1 item rather than 100$ worth and I am a new customer so they want to keep me coming back but it worked. Id order off this site again
I ordered 4 items from romwe.com --- 1 pair of boots, 1 tshirt, a dress & a sweater. The best item in this purchase was the boots, they are cute and comfy (totally worth 20 bucks). The sweater looks really cute as well but the material feels really cheap.
******** now the bad part -- I ordered a size SMALL in the tshirt and it came in LARGE.
But wait... the dress,,, oh man... I put the dress on and the zipper is so cheap that it wouldn't zip, so I got my boyfriend to help me and he couldn't do it either. I had to take the dress of and then zip it up and put it back on (didn't work, i couldn't fit) so I unzipped it and tried again. As I was trying to pull the zipper of a huge whole ripped right by the zipper, so I decided to take the dress off and I as I was doing so the bottom of the dress ripped as well :( :( REALLY HOW CHEAP CAN THIS BE? So frustrated

I recently was shopping around for a gift for my wife. It was our anniversary so I was nervous about what to get her. I decided to surprise her with a dress she could wear to our anniversary dinner. After a pain staking amount of shopping I finally found the perfect dress on ROMWE. It was shipped extremely fast with no head ache whatsoever. I was hesitant to buy online however ROMWE made it simple. My wife loved the dress and couldn't have been happier! Will definitely order from you again!
The shirt that I got came in with holes in it, and it was made very thin and wasn't even stitched up all the way in some spots. I ordered twelve things off of this website and I've only gotten three so far. This shirt was the only thing I was really excited about because I've been trying to find one like it. It was very upsetting that it came with a huge hole in it. You really get what you pay for. I hope my other stuff I ordered isn't as cheap as this one. I recently ordered two items from Romwe and I paid $13 for express shipping and the guidelines of express shipping are 3-5 business days. My order arrived over 7 business days after I ordered the item. I contacted Romwe several times to try and get the shipping information to track my order and they "assured me" that my order was on the way but provided me with no other information. I continued to contact the company several times before the order came in and each time they failed to resolve the issue. Finally, when the order came in, I contacted Romwe to let them know how late I received my order and they informed me that they thought it arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I have tried several times now to work something out with their customer service, but they are not very accomadating at all! I will no longer be doing business with Romwe.

I expected worse of the clothing based on the reviews. The sizing is a little unusual... Make sure you look at the size chart for each clothing item, seems pretty accurate. The clothing is very cheap, so you're pretty much getting what you pay for. Not spectacular, but not horrible.
I have always been searching for places where I could get a Maxi dress good thing Romwe had it.
I ordered 7 items from this website and all of them said on the item posting that they shipped within 24hours. I was told that 3 shipped but still have no received them and now, 15 days later I'm still waiting for the other 4 to supposedly ship. This has been such a disappointment. And to top it off, I have emailed their customer service twice inquiring about my items and received no response, and then I look at this review website and see that they have someone from the company responding. Didn't plan on writing a negative review but apparently that's the only way to get a response from this company...

I ordered about 5 items from Romwe & checked out before I realized this was another "China" site. (like DHGATE)
On the site, all my items said "ship within 24hrs" - that was not true, it took about a week and me emailing them 2x to get a tracking number. After that, the package was only "created" and took about another 3-4 days to pick up tracking information.
That said, I did get everything I ordered & in the correct size.
A few of my items came as expected, and I was actually pleased with them.
However, my most expensive item, looked the cheapest. (the hoodie with black thick drawcords & a white faux shirt underneath) the drawcords were flimsy & smaller than expected and as for the faux shirt- I will be cutting that out before I am seen in public in it!
Other than that, not terrible, def. Not as bad as DHGATE, but again, you get what you pay for!
I have may this order a long time ago now and still stuck in Belgium and has to come to the UK... SHOCKING I would like to hear from someone from Romwe about this immediately.

I found them some jewelry to make a gift to my wife. Recommend viewing their collection, I think they are quite original models.
I bought about $60 worth of clothing to get the free shipping and expected to keep all the clothes but I ended up keeping only 2 out of 6. Almost everything else was poorly made or was way too big or too small and I ordered all of it in the same size. Along with that I have to be the one to pay for the return shipping which is BS. Seriously do not buy anything on here. It's a complete waste of time and money.

I purchased a vest that stated TWICE on the website that it was made from suede, only to receive something made from low quality synthetic material.
I have contacted the company FOUR times, requesting that at the least, the company cover my return shipping costs, seeing as it was their mistake for falsely advertising their product. They have refused to do so, which means that if I post it back for a refund, I will be out of pocket postage both ways - $25!
They have not apologised or acknowledged their mistake, they are clearly incompetent and have shown that they are not to be trusted!
False advertising, poor quality products, terrible customer service, rubbish company! Save your money and time and shop elsewhere!

I recently bought clothes for fall from romwe. Some of the stuff came pretty fast, about a week or so. But now I'm waiting another 2 weeks just for my stuff to have a label, hasn't even been shipped yet. This is getting rediculous.

Great customer service! Cute store with new women fashion clothes. I will buy any think women fashion clothes for hear.
The items are super cheap, so expect super cheap material, quality, and shipping time.
I ordered over $300 worth of clothing... Of the 16 items I have received I would say I have 4 new things I like. Everything else had to be returned or given away.
The sizing is COMPLETELY off. Half the stuff will come in 3x bigger than you ordered and the other half will be in a child's sizing.
I would order off of here if I was looking for a cheap dress for a club. Nothing else is quite up to standard to be seen in the day lights.
One plus--they refund your order minus bathing suits pretty easily. Shipping back the clothing is about the same price they are worth though.
