I had a really good experience ordering from romwe, com.
There were lots of fashionable items along with great colors and many sizes. The clothing is very trendy and I love the great deals. Shipping was quick and my order arrived in a timely manner. My favorite item was the hooded pink ombre sweatshirt. It is so comfy and pretty too.
I took advantage of the online chat just to make sure I was ordering the right size because I know online sizing can vary from site to site. They were very helpful. Right now I've got my eye on a zippered fitted blazer so will be ordering again soon!

Usually, I'm not one to complain if I'm not happy, I'll just suck it up and move on. However, ordering from this company has just reminded me of my loathing for ordering clothes online. The service was horrible. We placed our orders in the beginning of September and pre-ordered some items as well as bought some that day. The ones that weren't preorder should've been sent out maybe a week within transaction, nope, try about 2-3! I didn't get my package until the first week of October. That wasn't my sole disappointment either, all the pieces of clothing I got were similar but no where near the same as they looked in the photos and made of the cheapest fabric I have ever seen. I also got jewelry which broke before I could even hook it. Also, if you don't like anything you buy from this website, completely intend on paying shipping to return them because that's what they make you do. (I paid $30). I will be sure never to buy from this company again because I refuse to go through this again, THE CLOTHES ARE NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!

I ordered some things on the 20th that all said "ships in 24 hours." This items were for a specific trip that I'd be taking in 6 days so I assumed there was a good chance of the items arriving on time. A couple of days before the trip I sent a message inquiring on the status of my order since it was still in the "processing" phase after more than 24 hours, and was told that items sometimes take 5-7 days to ship, would I like to cancel my order? I responded no, that I would still like to have it shipped and I would just wait. The next day I again received a message asking if I still wanted to keep my order because they were not sure how long it was going to take (isn't it the goal of most businesses to make money, not return it?!) I, again, responded that I still wanted the items. And today, 9 days total since I placed my order, my item is no closer to arriving than it was the day I ordered it. It's simply misadertisment to state that something will ship in 24 hours if they have no intention of even beginning the process of shipment for over a week and a half. I saw many reviews stating this same problem before I made my order, and should have taken them more seriously. Would never use again

Deceitful shop

Terrible delivery time, terrible material and terrible design if different sizes doesn't fit well. This company have probably 2-3 different online name they go by " shein", stylewe, is one of them. Super cheap flee market clothes. DON'T waste your valuable time and their return policy is the worst, guarantee 90% of the time you have to return it and it gets costly.

It only looks good on pictures, the clothes are garbage that I guarantee you will not dare to wear it on the street. That's why they don't dare to offer free return and NO call back number and I've wasted $11.55 to ship it back to them. Lesson well learn and I hope anyone who sees this comment will not take that chance to lose money and give and take losing 2-3 weeks time also. With so many credit card fraud these days DON'T RISK IT with some unknown online shop from nowhere.

Ordered this at the beginning of the month, it came this Monday, to be honest it's not great, the 'denim' is extremely thin, so is the hoodie part, also you would have thought the hoodie and the coat were attached or at least attachable, they have no way of completely attaching to one another so it feels strange, the hoodie has no sleeves either so there's no way of them fitting together to keep it in place, also the button holes on the hoodie are too small for the buttons so you really have to struggle to fasten it up, there's random pieces of thread hanging everywhere and the smallest they go is a medium which is alright because I ordered it knowing it was going to be baggy, but all in all it's cheap, yes people may argue that it reflects the price you pay, but when you put on top of that shipping costs, you could easily buy something of the same price with MUCH higher quality from somewhere else. Probably not going to be ordering anything from here again :/

Very very bad

I will never shop with them again. I have never before been compelled to write an online review but this was such a bad experience on many levels! Sizing was way off! I waited nearly 3 weeks for delivery of items that were very poor quality and not what I had expected. Returns have to go back to america with unreasonable expense to the customer. Customer service was absolutely shocking. They repeatedly offered the same bad advice including that I should sell the items to a friend which was frankly ridiculous.

DON'T $#*!ING DO IT.

At first I thought that this site was awesome was awesome because of how cheap it was but surely I thought wrong. Yes you get what you paid for which is a reasonable excuse but I ordered a dress and pair of boots from there recently and first of all my "dress" wasn't a dress at all... it was supposed to be a plaid dress but it was literally just a shirt and there was absolutely no way that I could wear that $#*! as a dress. And 2! I ordered the boots and yes they fit my feet perfectly but it they would NOT go over my calf's I would not recommend buying any boots from there simply because of the fact that it is not for women with larger calf's I mean i did manage to zip it up but it was such a struggle and the zipper got stuck anyways so all in all just don't take your chances peeps.

Decided to give ROMWE a try after spotting a few of their ads featured around the internet and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I ordered the grey Lace-up Slim Knit Sweater and the Deep Plunge Neck Backless Bodycon Dress which both look and feel incredible for the price. Shipping was really quick and when I contacted customer service about sizing they were quick to respond. Overall great experience with ROMWE. 10/10 Will be back again!

Got my first order exactly 20 days after placing it. There was an unexpected boarder fee of 24$$ (it was delivered to Canada). Quality is cheap but the price is good. You get what you pay for.
When ordering, make sure you research/google the product and sizing appropriately.
I was able to track my order throughout the whole process. Out of the 6 products 1 went straight to the garbage due to quality of it.

Sure everything looks cute in the photos, but it is all very deceiving. The material of all their clothing is a $#*!ing joke. It's scratchy and very poor quality fabric. I ordered a coat, pants, and a romper. The coat was made from slippery disgusting material and the seams were all unfinished and starting to fray. Not at all like the picture. The pants I believe were made for a Barbie or very tall 5 year old judging by the extremely small waste. The fabric was very cheap and poorly made. I don't know how you consider that to be a large, and the romper was just ugly and way too small, also very poorly made. None of these clothes I would actually put on my body. Still waiting to hear back about a refund. Hoping and praying that this isn't a scam. I want my money back NOW and I am never shopping here again! Neither should you.

I ordered over $100 worth of clothing from ROMWE mostly consisting of sweaters & cardigans. I was very careful to look at the sizing charts since I had read so many reviews about things arriving too small. I wasn't expecting it to be super high quality, but assumed that the clothing would be "Forever21-ish" in terms of materials and attention to detail. I was right! The fabrics were really nice for what I paid for them. I see so many people here complaining about poor quality but when you're paying so little, what did you expect? I was satisfied with my purchases in terms of materials and size, but there were 3 things that really bothered me.
1. The stitching is awful in some places (loose strings and stuff like that). A lot of Forever 21 clothing also have this issue, so I was just glad I didn't over-pay for it; nothing that a little clipping and burning can't fix.
2. The clothes smell REALLY strange. New clothes never smell good, but this smell is something else entirely. At first I was like oh that's fine, I'll just wash them... BUT THEN
3. Three of the five things I ordered don't even have care instruction tags on them! And the two that do are extremely non specific (& not to mention grammatically incorrect).

I'm scared to wash these items now. The closest thing I've gotten to a solution is spraying them with body spray and hanging them outside in hopes that the fresh air will get the stench out. I have done research on the ROMWE website and gone back over my items to see if I could find what materials each item is made of. However, I'm not sure if I believe that the materials listed on the site are accurate. For example, two cardigans I got apparently are made of "tweed." I know what tweed looks and feels like, and this is not it. In the meantime, everything fits well and the quality is not bad, but I have no idea how to wash anything and am afraid that if I try I'll end up shrinking everything (or all the dye will be washed out as well.)

My only hope for ever wearing these items is that the fresh air will work its magic...
Or maybe a few spray bottles of Febreze.

Waste of Money!

As you can see the dress on the model is not see through in any way shape or form, however the dress I got in the mail was completely see through. They used a cheaper material than what's in the picture. I am quite disappointed. I will not buy from them again.

P.s. They wrote to me asking for me to remove my review and in return they will give me 50% on my next purchase. NO ROMWE I WILL NOT HELP YOU LIE TO OTHER PEOPLE JUST SO YOU CAN MAKE MONEY! I DO NOT WANT YOUR DISCOUNTS LIKE HOW YOU WANT MY MONEY. I WILL DONATE WHAT I SPENT ON THAT PIECE OF CRAP FABRIC YOU SENT ME. AND NO DO NOT BLAME IT ON THE PIXELS. Great cardigans!

I am the type to try and then buy but have been so busy lately all i could do is shop online. I took a chance with this website. There are website with the exact same clothing but this site seemed to have the best rating so I took my chances. Before buying the product, review to see what others have said. I reviewed all three of the cardigans I purchased. They are thick, a one size fits all, and very chic looking. I have gotten compliments and asked where I have bought them. I have recommended and recommend anyone reading, that the cardigans are great quality if its a one size, I have not purchased ones that have options for sizing so I can't review on the sizes or other kind of clothing. I understand that this is probably because of the cheap prices, but honestly they are really bad quality and also don't look anything like the photos. I am extremely upset about this and will never recommend them to anyone.

Worst delivery ever

So my items are overdue by around 5 business days, 8 days overall- I paid for express shipping and all items were posted, according to the website, within 24 hours.

The courier service I have contacted directly have no record of ever recieving any items from Romwe. Romwe keep trying to tell me the courier service have this item, or that they are in customs- they constantly change their story.

So in the end, I have been charged for express shipping, Romwe don't know where my items are, the courier service have never recieved them and I am down 50 pounds. Do not use this company unless you want to waste your money.
