I ordered Double Wear Raccon Hair Khaki cape on ROMWE site, i was really surprised when i received order sooner than expected... it is just like a dream when i receive my clothe.The ordering process and shipping was so easy and convenient. They quickly delivered one of my favorite dress. Shipping was really quick and this is the fastest shipping, i ever experience. With such a surprise am coming back to buy more from you.
Just received my order from Romwe. It took just as long to arrive as the reviews had predicted.
I ordered two jumpers and a coat, despite the cheap prices I fully expected to get what I had paid for. However everything is peculiar shapes and the clothing hardly resembles the website pictures - I could have gone high street shopping for the same price and got far better quality.
I've already reviewed but after reading some of these dodgy, fabricated "5 star" reviews I had to comment again.

After reading all of these negative reviews I was lead to think I had ordered a cheap and low-quality coat from Romwe.
The shipping and delivery took a total of 13 days to the UK- at first the communication from the company was poor... until I emailed them asking for an update where they sent me a tracking number for my product.
Today, I have received the coat- and I am estatic that I had bought it! It looks far from cheap, and is well-made. It also looks like the pictures. Fantastic service!
I ordered my dress on the 1st, and it had arrived by the 9th. I was really impressed with the shipping time and how they provided a number so that i could track the package. One thing I will say is that the material is much cheaper than in the photos online, however that is whats to be expected when you only pay $15. The dress is still cute and fits well, I would recommend going a size up from your usual size to ensure that it will fit correctly. Overall, I would say this is a good site to order from, just don't expect the fabric to be very high quality.
I ordered about 10 items from the site - all of which were listed as "one size fits all". I selected 3 day delivery, which to my mind means they will arrive within 3 days of being ordered. No. They will arrive within 3 days after moving from "processing" status to "shipped" - a total of 14 days. Several of the items didn't fit me at all - I'm a size 4, so I'm not sure what the "one size fits all" means. One of the items was shown as a black cardigan, it arrived as a black and silver cardigan, made with glitter wool. To return the items I didn't want I had to raise a ticket in order to receive the postal address. I had to create my own return paper work, create a postage slip and buy my own postage box. Once returned, I received an email from Romwe saying they were confused by what I was returning - despite the fact I'd included a very clear description in the parcel - with photos. The items are cheap, but now I know why. They are poor quality, don't ship quickly, and the return process was awful. I'll never use them again.

I ordered five tops (one sweater like top and four sweatshirts) on October 29 and received my shipment on November 7. I was pretty surprised at this because I didn't use the expedited shipping, I went with the cheapest they had. All of my clothes were good quality for the price (average price of my items was around $10) and came exactly as they were advertised. All sweatshirts were very soft except for one but it is more of a long sleeve tee than a soft sweatshirt so I have no issue with this. I read that others had issues with prints but all of mine were intact and didn't peel off. I had no sizing issues, they were all as Romwe advertised which were around a US small four of them and a US medium for one. I was skeptical of them because of their many bad reviews but I'm so glad I ordered from them and will again!
This people amazingly surprised me far beyond my expectation. I ordered some items for my daughter, and within a few days it has been shipped to me. This is quite more than normal comparing it to other sites that disappoint. As a matter of fact, this people provide high quality products with short delivery time and competitive prices. I strongly recommend them
They got huge collection of dress and brought only 1 but that was great in quality and my girlfriend went to check there collections for more dress after knowing the shop from me thanks to romwe. Will youse them again soon

Please consider this, if you want to return any items or get a refund the process in place is made difficult, if you opt for a 50% voucher etc then you cannot apply that voucher to already discounted items (as most items are already "discounted"), cheap clothes but quality is very poor, i had a missing belt from a dress, skirts hemlines were not sewn and the blouses all had threads from the sewing still attached everywhere. Terrible!

I don't know much about fashion. But romwe give me a good way to make me fashion. I love the dress and T-Shirt.
I bought the brownlong sleeve high low blouse and I must say that my order was prompt and the customer service was excellent. The shirt went great with some pants that I already ordered. It's been a long time that I experienced such great service online as it has been few and far between. I will definitely be ordering from this sight again.

I don't know why people are having a issue with romwe i did my first purchase about a couple of weeks agao i order a hoodie i order it in a 1x because ordering from a different country no matter how little you are i think you should still order about 2 sizes up to get the right size you want on top of things i accidentally give them my wrong address and i still got my package communication was good everytime i sent them a email they contacted me back i can't wait to order more and this is a real review bought my item with my own hard earn money
Oh my lord, have they cut out a tag from my clothes to hide that it is NOT the size I ordered?
I waited 29 days to receive my order on express shipping. This was the 1st ridiculous disappointment.
I emailed them asking about where my package was, and they replied that they couldn't help... Right. 2nd disappointment.
Then, when it arrived in England the only information they had put on the package was 'Flat 2 England'... So I had to spend my time on the phone contacting different parcelforce centres looking for my package. THE 3RD.
Once I actually managed to receive my package, which I was SO excited about opening I ran upstairs and ripped it open to see 3 packets that already made my heart sink. I ordered 3 jumpers and these packets looked about big enough for a mini skirt. Not looking hopeful...
I opened it up to find they were absolutely tiny pieces of fabric that looks to have just had a hole cut into them. Never seen anything look so cheap, and awkwardly fitting...
In total I was pleased with 0/5 items. ZERO. FOURTH.
I feel so stupid for ordering from this site, so please do not get dragged in by their 'SALE' which is all year round. Disappointment in myself for being a fool- 5th and final.

No worries with romewe.com, I ordered the “ink print hollow wrapped dress”, not only did I receive the item in a reasonable amount of time but the fit was spot on and I absolutely loved the dress, perfect for date night!
