I love Romwe clothing. Clothes fit great and prices are not expensive with quick shipping. I received my first order of Hooded Pockets Duffle Burgundy Coat and absolutely loved them, now my second order of Grey Long Sleeve Loose Sweater is on the way. Overall, I like ordering from Romwe. I will order from here again.
After reading all the reviews, mostly bad, I still decided to give Romwe a chance. I bought 5 pieces of clothing, 3 of which were fine. But, I received a pair of shorts damaged (a button missing) and a shirt that I ended up wanting to simply exchange for a different color. After creating a ticket and going back and forth with their customer service reps, I just gave up. Awful. They basically bargained with me to find a solution. First response: If you want to return for exchange, the buyer needs to pay for shipping fees.
How about we offer you a 50% off coupon for next purchase while just keeping the items?
Second response: How about we refund to you 5$ directly while keeping both items?
And, after that, I just gave up. No one has time to go back and forth regarding something so simple as this.
Overall, yes, if you like what is in your order, its great because the merchandise is super cheap. But if you have any problems like sizing, color, fit, etc., no proper solution will come of it.
I will be choosing to spend my money elsewhere going forward.

I would like to share with you how awful a company ROMWE is.
I recently made the most of their "Sale" and spent £200 in their online shop. When the clothes arrived I was shocked and appalled by the dreadful quality of each item. Threads were loose, materials were thin and nothing looked at all like the pictures. I could have made better clothes myself! No wonder everything was cheap, although still overpriced for what I received!
Sizes aren't consitant, I am a small, some things felt XS and some felt L.
The most obvious item was a dress which colour was NOTHING at all like the original picture, when I asked them to pay for return shipping they wouldn't, even though their return policy states they return if the colour is wrong. One item looked so completely different from the picture I thought they had sent me a wrong item all together.
They delivered and charged me twice for three items, their mistake, and I have to pay £34 for return delivery. Disgusting.
The pictures look great, but the clothes are absolute garbage, wouldn't waste your money. Go to places like ASOS, may be more expensive but at least you're getting what you pay for and they give you free return delivery!

I got my items all in one package after 6 working days! +++ and the quality was much better than I expected!
One size on my tops and dress would fit someone Size S and the quality was good, nice fabric! The other dress I ordered size M and it was like a S as I expected. Fabric of that dress was not the best but definitely nothing wrong with it, will be wearing it. Fitting was all good! So over all I'm happy with my purchase!
After finally receiving my items after 2 and a half weeks I am fairly disappointed.The sizing is not at all accurate the tank top I ordered was way too small but the shirt and two jumpers I ordered were way too big. Although the clothes are cheap I wont be ordering again.

I never ever write reviews and am generally flexible/understanding but I am hoping to enlighten future customers.
I ordered from Romwe and was very excited about their low prices and seemingly trendy clothing. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans and one sweater.
I recently received these items (after 2 weeks of waiting and not getting any email to track my items).
The sweater was generally nice but had a bad smell.
The jeans (which also spelled of some type of chemical) were what really got my attention. Strings hanging out random places, uneven hemlines, the inside of the pockets were sewn on top where you can see them (on black jeans). It looked as if something I could make after a day in sewing class...
I urge you to please pay attention to the consistent complaints in these reviews AND read Romwes responses... They "kindly" want to side step any responsibility and actually go as for as to blame the customer. SO disappointing and will be telling everyone I encounter to never shop on this site.

2/3 of the items I purchased were not the correct items when I received them. The sweater is size medium but feels more like an XS. The leggings are extremely cheap and were advertised as cloth. But they sent me liquid leggings. The denim jacket with grey hood that I purchased is too small because the sizes run small and it's very cheap. I DO NOT recommend buying from here.

I have YET to receive my order that was placed 14 days ago. Very slow and poor communication from ROMWE. Not very happy that I am still waiting.And yes i have used tracking to find out my order is still in Belgium.

I ordered 7 items from them, it took 2 and a half weeks to arrive which is not that bad considering all the bad reviews but romwe didn't put part of the adress i wrote in the site in the packet so i had to spend hours calling the transport company and the sub-transport company to understand what was happening (i checked multiple times the adress i wrote in the web and it was complete) luckily i checked my tracking number and manage to solve the problem although it look kinda amateur and incompetent of them to forget to put part of the adress.
In terms of the clothes you basically recieve what you're paying for - some pieces look kinda cheap, some others look pretty decent and well made and some can look diferent from the picture in the web (my wine red dress was more like totally red dress).
I measured myself before buying so all the clothes fit me except for this blouse that had the tiniest sleeves for the longest torso ever.
I would say that overall it was a "not that bad" experience because some of the clothes are very cool and were so cheap.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
Half of these reviews are fake saying how excellent their customer quality is. What a load of rubbish. I have never felt the need to review something before now but DO NOT waste your money! Ordered over $100 worth of clothes, paid for express shipping its now week 3 and after tracking my order its not even on it's way. PLUS when I emailed I got an automated response saying I could no longer contact this email and there are no other contact details on the site so will never be able to track them down.
