Outraged!

Not only did I purchase for expedited shipping on my order, which by the way came a week after, in business days, from the date of purchasing, but I was highly disappointed in the quality of the products. If you make a compaint, they say the pixels on the computer screen alters the appearance of the fabric/ material. While that may be true, last time I checked, I don't believe that pixels on the computer screen can also alter the material in which the product was constructed with. The heels I purchased from this company looked absolutely stunning online, however, once I got my shipment in the mail, it looked and it felt as though it was constructed by construction paper and cardboard. The arch of the heel could be bent in half, yes, in half! I am not joking my friends! Not only that, but the back support of the heel was so flimsy that it could fold over like construction paper. The heels were not safe to walk in at all, I did not even dare to try and walk around them for more than five minutes because I feared that I would get seriously hurt by them. My biggest fear was spraining my ankle due to the lack of support the heels had! I urge all of you to no longer purchase anything from this company! The shipments never arrive on time as stated online, the tracking of the shipment is never updated, ever! Please, save yourself some unnecessary stress! This is the last time I will EVER be purchasing anything from Romwe.

I tried this website because it was recommended to me by a friend but I was a bit wary at first because I have never heard of it before but I will definitely be shopping here again. My dress arrived fast and the quality was superb. The website is easy to use and clear on prices so you won't find any other hidden costs in your basket like I have found with other websites. I will definitely be doing more shopping with Romwe from now on and would highly recommend it.

I decided to give ROMWE a try and I must say, it was one of the best decisions I've made so far when it comes to online shopping! The customer service is flawless, the shipping went through very quickly and without any issues and after receiving my package, I was amazed by the quality of the clothing. The first time I used romwe.com I ordered a dress. It was my first time using this website. The ordering on this website is a very easy, general process. On some sites I have used before, it is very slow and detailed. Once I ordered the dress, the shipping date seemed a bit long, but the dress came in a couple days before the shipping date said! I have been using romwe for about 3 months now and this site never seems to fail me. The variety of clothes, jewelry, and accessories to choose from, for the price and for the shipping time, is just unbelievable! This has been my goto website for clothes and I don't see that changing at all anytime

Very simple to order on this site and really user-friendly. Shipping was fantastic, and actually faster than expected. Came well-packaged and everything about the boots were great when I opened it! Dont order from a company that does not have a phone number. I placed an order and i have no way of contacting them to locate it. LEFT an email to an off line account never heard back from them.
They contacted me and advised me that once product is in the U.S. i will then be able to track it. I WISH THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO GIVE A TIME FRAME WHEN IT WILL REACH THE U.S. so i changed my review rating to a more positive star

I first heard about Romwe on social medias, so I decided to order a few items and I was totally satisfied. The items were of great quality, no bad surprise and I only get compliments when I wear them. Also, the sizing was perfect. As far as the shipping is concerned, it was really cheap and very fast. I recently received the black maxi dress I ordered. I needed something new for December, and I was not disappointed. Easy registration, I was updated when it shipped, delivery was right inside the time frame I was provided with, and the dress itself was of good quality. STOP! Dont! Do! IT!

1st: there is no customer service number to call. That already is a big WTF
2nd: They do not cancel orders and they do not give you a refund!
3rd: They charged me double shipping and would not refund the shipping to me, they kept offering me 5$ USD shipping is over 15$.
4th: i dont think real people respond to the emails. I kept getting the same response about my refund, that they would give me 5$ USD back or save 60% off a new item.

NEVER USE THIS SITE!

Not only did I receive my items at least a week LATE, what I got was POOR QUALITY, DAMAGED, BADLY FITTING.

For the damaged item, they first suggested a refund of £5, for an item which costed me £9.55, which was plainly insulting. They then suggested an instant full refund, which was less than instant. In fact, I was still waiting for it over two weeks later. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER COME ACROSS.

I wanted to send four or five items back but their ticket system is a joke. You have to apply for a ticket to send back the items and wait for them to tell you a return address which is in Belgium and YOU HAVE TO PAY RETURN POSTAGE, which costed me £15.81. After nearly a month of waiting, I finally got my refund. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN

Absolute joke.

The quality of clothes is absolutely pitiful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I returned my stuff, paid another 15 for shipping, then they only returned the money I paid for the clothes not the entire amount I paid because they won't refund the shipping fee that I paid the first time… The clothes were way smaller than they said, and looked like they were made by five year olds. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! You will end up wasting money. I promise

After reading majority of the reviews on this site, I went against my better judgement and decided to give romwe a chance mainly because the prices were too good to turn away from. I decided to only pick 1 item because it "SHIPS IN 24 HRS" which was great as many of the reviews mentioned how the product took so long to order. After waiting 24 hrs, I get an email saying my order is "packaged and ready to ship" but does not. A few days later, I get another email saying the item has finally shipped but this was already red flag number 1 (longer than 24 hrs). Although I know the item is coming from China, I did not expect it to come within the week.

After the week went by, I did not get any email about tracking numbers, etc. So I looked on my account and nothing was there!?! So I talked to customer service who gave me my number but the website was not telling me the items location cannot be found. RED FLAG NUMBER 2 (asking for tracking number WTF?). Waited and waited and as I waited, I grew more impatient because I had no idea where my item was, when it was going to be delivered.

After another two weeks of waiting and constantly checking the website (this is week 3) I talked to another customer service rep who told me to "ask my neighbors" if they might have taken my package...? Okay, not helpful at all and did not give any proper suggestions or even tell me where my package was. After communicating with this service rep for a few days, he/she gave me a 50% off coupon which honestly, I didn't even care about as all I wanted was my 1 item that I ordered. However, it was a nice gesture and I accepted. I waited and waited and waited and with my waiting, my excitement for the item grew less and less.

After 6 weeks of waiting, I finally got my product and IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE AT ALL. What I was expecting was a dark tan vest but what I got was a light beige vest. I am utterly disappointed and will definitely not be spending my money here again.

Bottom line: don't let your curiosity get the best of you because I did and boy do I regret it.

Don't waste your money!

I had seen Romwe been advertised on different social media websites and i thought i'd take a look at their content. I had seen so many lovely looking clothes that i just couldn't resist treating myself to a new wardrobe. I spent £31.11 which included £5.00 postage. I was told that it would take 5 days to deliver but from past experiences from buying from Asia, I was expecting it to take a slightly longer time. It's now been 3 weeks since I have ordered my clothes and have been emailed saying there was a problem with delivering. My delivery had spent 2 weeks in Belgium and I was told very little about the delivery and whether there would be any delays. I am very disappointed and will definitely not recommend Romwe to any friends, family or any of you! Please don't waste your money on such poor services.

I spent $95 in purchases on this site and paid for express shipping. I never received my package - the shipping company said they attempted to deliver but I was never contacted or left any notification slip. I have a concierge in my building who receives deliveries for me and they did not receive my order either. The shipping company said they returned the shipment to the seller.

I contacted Romwe to resend the items back to me as I confirmed with the shipping company that they had in fact received (and signed for) the returned shipment. However, Romwe told me I would need to re-pay express shipping charges for it to be sent to me. I said that I would like a refund instead and they responded by saying that they can only refund me 50% for an order I never received because 'the package would be destroyed' once it was returned to them. What does that even mean? They signed for the returned package!

This company is absolute garbage and a complete scam. DO NOT BUY FROM ROMWE.
