I made an order on romwe in December just before Xmas. I ordered for more than 80 euros of clothes. After doing so, I started reading reviews online and I litterally freaked out as there were so many negative reviews, I thought I will have to leave a comment online if I have a good experience with them.
So I have received all my clothes slighty late but they were really good in terms of communication and I was in touch with someone all the time.
Regarding the clothes themselves, I like them all! The quality is not amazing but at the end of the day similar to any shop like peacock, new look, primark.
I really liked the 3 tops. The 2 skirts are also nice but quite small. There was only one size available and I'd say order it only if you are really slim.
All in all, I am very satisfied with my order and would definitely make another order but maybe more for tops than bottoms!

"women in clothes are everything" love this dress too though. Some items are of much better quality. You have to trust your instincts that not every outfit will look good on you too. So, 100% think their customer service took very good care of me and will shop here again.
Their clothes are stylish so you wont see too many people with your outfit on.
Customer service overall is wonderful I havent had any problems with returns or exchanges. I will say that most of their clothes are tailored to fit the very tall & slim model type kinda like the models you see in their catalog.

I usually don't get time to visit shopping malls, so I have to hit the online shops often. I shopped a couple of times from them. Last time, I bought a sweater for my niece on her birthday. She was pretty happy to have it. And the fitting was just perfect (I was a bit of worried about fit). Anyways, I think I should thank them for delivering the package just on time, otherwise it could ruin her day. Keep it up.

I purchased a dress item from ROMWE for my sister's christmas present. When I realized that I bought the wrong size I kinda freaked - but the ROMWE customer service was great - they didn't make me feel like an idiot and helped me resolve the issue pretty quickly.
Their website is beautiful and easy to use. I found a great pair of snow boots that are perfect for the season, and so affordable. The item arrived in excellent condition, and I was impressed by the quality. I love the boots and wear them every chance I get. The whole process from start to finish was painless.

I ordered many things off of Romwe recently and they all came at a reasonable time. The orders that say 24 hour shipping next to the picture come faster and the about section of any product you are about to purchase says that standard shipping is at least 5-28 days so at least I am aware before purchase that it might take a while to arrive. The clothes themselves have been good quality and exactly the way they are shown in the photographs! I have yet to purchase jeans because personally, I like to always purchase bottoms in person but their tops and jewelry are cute, inexpensive and comfortable. Overall a wonderful website for fashion on a budget!
I have never had such bad customer service in my life!
I ordered a jumper dress from them but when it arrived the sleeves were full length where as in the photo it is 3/4 length and the sleeves are turned up.
I emailed Romwe to to inform them of this and explained that it is not what was advertised and therefore I wanted a refund. They got back to me saying "Sorry, but for the sleeves, you just can turn it up. Then it will be same as in the photo. Any questions, feel free to contact us."
I then wrote back saying that it is very different and nothing like the photo and even attached a photo comparison which I have uploaded on here. I then got this reply "Thank you for your photos but sorry for the problem.
But from the picture, we cannot see the problem you refer, and please know that if you want to get the return label, we need to deduct 5usd from your refund.
As the shipping fee might be high back to Belgium, how about you keep it, and we give you a 50% off coupon for your next purchase to make up for you?". I replied saying that I did not want the 50% coupon as I won't be making any more purchases from them and that I was appalled at their customer service and that I would have to pay for it to be refunded. They kept saying they can't refund me and if I didn't like the item to sell it or give it to a friend. It's like they are missing the whole point of that what I received was different but they mentioned that because they are an online shop sometimes items look different. "But please know we are online shop and it's common that the online image is more beautful than the real item. And the shape will be different when roll up in different ways or by different customs."
"We can't directly refund to you. If you do not want to keep this item, maybe you can accept the 5$ returning label and return the item back for refund. Or you can try to sell or give it to your friend."
I will never use their website ever again as I have never encountered such disregard and awful customer service!

SO I thin ROMWE is a very good website, however I think it may be tailored for people more on the skinny side. I got two sweaters one with Mickey mouse on it (it was meant to have ears) and another that said meow with cat ears on it. There is not much wrong with the design or printing, it's pretty much get what you see. BUT the ears on the mickey sweater are a what are those situation. Very strange looking. The sizes are what concerned me. I got sweaters and most people like their sweaters oversized so they are comfy. WITH THAT IN MIND, I got XL in both of my purchases. Neither of them came over sized, in fact the just fit me. The Mickey fits me perfectly but I wanted it to be slightly oversized. My sister also got the Minnie one in large BUT HER LARGE WAS BIGGER THAN MY XL! The meow sweater was very small. It fit me regardless and I love it so I wont return it but they need to specify this is in Asian sizing. Any american who orders an xl is not expecting to get a medium. That's all. Over all the website has good clothing and the material is nice and soft but the sizing is way off. I won't be purchasing from there again.

romwe.com is a great site with cheap and great clothes. I bought a black Cape from ROMWE for my past winter.It had shipped fast and came in great conditions. As long as you read the details before you buy you will have no problems. I would recommend this site and plan to shop again off of it.
I bought a pair of bathers recently (size M) to find the bottoms where too small and the top too big! How that works I don't know. The quality was horrific, so I guess what you pay for is what you get from this company. When I contacted ROMWE they explained the set could not be returned understandably but they would refund me 50%. I was happy with this but when asked if I could spend the money on another sale item they told it was only a voucher which would give me 50% off the regular retail price. I don't know about you but I get sent an e-mail from this group nearly every day with some sort of 60% off code to use the next time I log in. As they are constantly sending out these coupons what they have offered is of no value at all. Just be mindful that when purchasing from ROMWE be ready to lose your money if the item doesn't fit.

Finally received three tops I ordered in their sale. Took ages to come. Impossible to track with the system they supply. I sent numerous emails asking where the parcels were but no response. Now they have finally arrived, the quality of each is cheap and awful. And the smell! I've never encountered sweaters smell so bad, like petrol. Nothing is wearable and total rubbish. NO returns paperwork supplied with the parcel. I can't get anywhere on the website, the links for Customer Service take you round in circles and you get nowhere. Do not waste your money with this company. Caveat emptor for sure with these people.

I love this website I ordered some clothes for my girlfriends birthday it was very high quality for a reasonable price definately will shop here again. She loves it and does not even know that was pretty inexpensive.
Romwe seems to be an affordable website with cute clothes that are high quality, but think again before you purchase from them. The shipping takes a very long time and is not worth the wait. Once my clothes arrived to me the sizes did not fit well at all. The clothes look completely different than the pictures and are a very low quality. The fabric feels cheap and looks cheap. I do not recommend them at all and would advise anyone never to purchase from them.
