Their website claims that they will respond to your "Tickets" (concerns) within 24 hours. I was told I would receive a refund for my cancelled purchase within 24 hours, that was 5 days ago. No refund, and they have not responded to my last message that was sent 3 days ago. My bank advised me to file a dispute claim to get my 50 bucks back but I am hoping they will respond within the next two days. A week is too far off of a 24 hour promise for me to be anywhere happy with.

These leggings are awesome! Finally a plus-sized legging that comes in colors other than black and gray and actually fits. These are better than normal leggings - the whole leggings are a thicker slightly shiny material and the top has an added fleeceish segment. I am a size 20 and 5'9 and I was worried when I first put them on that they would be too short if I pulled them all the way up to be high-waisted as shown but I was pleasantly surprised that they stretched to fit the first time I wore them. If you were much taller than me, you may find these a little short or find that you have to wear them lower. I do like to wear them up to the belly button to show off my waist as the smallest part of my body. They are the type of leggings that could potentially snag and I was worried that I might have snagged them a couple times but I didn't see any noticeable damage. I am going to wash them inside out if I can remember to avoid zippers or other items snagging on them in the wash or wash them with sheets and delicates. These leggings are tight going on so you're most likely going to have a bit of a hard time with these if you do have long nails or acrylics. But overall I highly recommend these because they look great on, they're thick enough so that you can't see any cellulite through them (which can be a problem with thinner styles of leggings), and they feel nice wearing them too. Nothing too pinchy. Very good quality for the price.

Romwe is awesome. They mainly design and produce fashion clothing for women all over the world. I went there for the first time to buy a jacket and I felt lucky that I went there. They provided excellent customer service to me. I bought a jacket from Romwe. I bought a Dropped Shoulder Seam Denim Trucker Jacket. You can't believe, their price of every product is very cheap and high quality product. The price of my jacket is only $25. As I mentioned first, their customer service was really amazing and they shipped the order within the time limit. Really a huge collection of dresses in Romwe and I am so happy to shopping here. I am definitely recommending Romwe to all people who are searching best quality of dresses!

I was sketched out at first because most sites like Romwe with low low prices for cute trendy clothing are awfully cheap and take months to ship. Not the case with romwe fortunately for me. It probably took 8-10 days for it to get to my house which I was SUPER shocked. So, 5 stars for delivery. I ordered 4 dresses for about $52, so 5 stars for pricing as well. All my dresses arrived looking brand new and clean. They all even FIT well, the only problem I have is that I need to hem a couple of them because I'm short and prefer my dresses mid thigh length. So, not a big deal! 5 stars for clothing design. You do get what you pay for, but I feel like I got a little more. I'm gonna get my whole wardrobe here because of the inexpensive pricing, because obviously I am broke but I love cute clothing.

Buying things online usually makes me a little nervous because you only have a few pictures to rely on and you can't try anything on but I'm very impressed with Romwe. I ordered a white floral print dress in a small and it fit perfectly. When the dress came in It looked new, clean, and exactly as pictured. The material was great quality especially considering the fact that I only paid $16! I would definitely recommend this and will buy from them again.

I just ordered a dress and shows last week. I read a bunch of reviews saying it would take a long time to be sent to me and it would be bad quality. I learned that all of this is false. My dress and shoes came in 7 days and the quality is great. I never had any problem with customer service and they answered me right away. I highly recommend trying it and ignoring all the other reviews.

I must admit, I was extremely cautious to order from this website because of all the negative reviews but I was definitely pleasantly surprised. I ordered a size larger than what I usually am after reading reviews about smallish sizing and everything fits perfectly so I would recommend going up a size. Everything looks like it did in the photos and I can't wait to wear it all! Will definitely shop here again, as a matter of fact I'm placing an order right now! I will definitely recommend this website to everyone I know.

My stuff from romwe haven't gotten here yet but i don"t blame them, i mean jeez people take a chill pill they ship from china. I found the customer service very polite and extremely helpful. Before buying i read a lot of bad reviews about the site, which was like a dark cloud over the excitement that was bubbling up from all the fashion on there. So i would like to put it out there that you shouldn't hate a lot from a few things that slip up. Like they say, nothing or no one is perfect. Lastly all the bad items and wrong size could not have entirely been romwe's fault, like did you even check the measurements? Or people complain about the material being 'too cheap' what else do you expect a 100% cotton sweater encrusted with real diamonds and lined with 24 carot gold? If that's what people want then i suggest going to bed and dreaming themselves up one. Anyways Thank you romwe you have been extremely helpful!

I had ordered 2 times from romwe and I have to say, it's one of the best online stores I have ordered from. I live in San Jose(USA), and I thought that it may take at least 3-5 weeks for my package to arrive. But the longest I had to wait was only a weeks (i placed my last order on 21 january, and I got it today, 29 january)! Everything has good quality and looks like the pictures on the site. I paid for package insurance ($0.99), and I didn't mind. I could track my order with no problem. I even got a gift with my last order :) I can only recommend them!

I ordered from romwe because of their cheap prices and cute clothes. I ordered a striped shirt with eyes on it, a choker with a moon on it, a black button down, black skinny pants, a grey v neck, a black long sleeved shirt with a white collar, and a black mid length skirt.
The shipping was great. I got the standard shipping, everything arrived in a week. The order was sent in two parts, but the second part arrived 1 day after the first part.
I made sure to order my clothes a size up just in case, however I didn't do this for the mid length skirt and I wish I did, it's a little tighter than I wanted it to be. Still wearable and comfortable, but would've been better had I ordered as size up.
Everything is made kind of cheaply, which I expected, as I only paid between 5 and 12 dollars per item. Some of the items, like the collared and b neck shirts, were made with a thicker fabric than I expected and I was very pleased with that.
The pants that I ordered were what I thought were dress pants but were instead made from a $#*!ies type fabric, are very starchy, and resemble jeans. I feel they are different than what I expected based on the picture. They're still cute and wearable so I think I will just keep them. I have heard this company makes you pay for return or exchange shipping so I don't think I will attempt to exhange them.
I will probably order from romwe again, however next time I will make sure to order a size up with each item and pay closer attention to the measurements and fabric details that are listed.
Ultimately I am happy with my experience, and I believe this is because I came into it with low expectations, understanding I paid a cheap price and would get cheap clothes. What I got was very cute and the fabric was better than decent for its price.

This site was advertised on facebook, it was a week before payday and I had a few bob burning a hole in my pocket, I ordered 2 items (a 'denim' jacket with grey gillet inner and a black knitted oversized jumper). Both ordered in 2 sizes too big as I read previous reviews mentioning of the small sizes due to them being made in china. No word of a lie, they both came within 14 days and that was fab! But the issue is that not only are the sizes nothing at all as they are listed but the clothing itself doesn't have a resemblance to the photos on their website. Neither fit regardless of me ordering 2 sizes larger than I needed, the sleeves are very short and considering they should have both been extra large my 13 year old cousin found difficulty in fitting into them also.
As my title says, they are cheap for a reason and I would not recommend these to anyone as it is false advertisement! Their returns system is a farce and I couldn't send them back even if I wanted to. There wasn't even a receipt inside the parcel!
