I usually shop at House of Frasier, and ordered a dress that had only a size 10 left. I wear a 12 and researched the dress to find that ROMWE had one in my size. On line ordering was no problem and I received my dress within 3 to 7 days. I would order again.
I have ordered 2 dresses and received exactly as time was described. Ordering process was easy. Fit as expected, i will order more for me on the next month. Loved their service overall, they are awesome.

This was my first time ordering and im not very happy i have been waiting 3 weeks for the 2 dresses i ordered for my daughter and they still haven't arrived. Nitemare to get hold of anyone apart from email and then they just tell me to be patient well i think 3 weeks is long enough to be patient. My daughter wanted them for 2 partie's she was invited to. One party was last week the second one is this Friday and still no dresses i will never order from this company again. Angry isn't the word ive asked for a refund but nothing. I will be telling my friend's and family to never order anything from them. DISGUSTING
I bought my sister's birth day present from ROMWE the prices are crazy and the quality was very good and the size was perfect I wasn't sure when I was making this order but I thought I would try and the experience was a way beyond my expectations I would recommend them to any one and defiantly I will be using them again

I decided to order from ROMWE despite having seen some negative reviews about the quality of products because they had a great selection of clothing at VERY low prices and I felt willing to risk it. I have now ordered through their site 3 times and have been pleased with the ordering process, delivery time, and quality of products. My only warning is that the clothing sizes run very small since they are coming from China. I usually wear a small or medium and have to order the largest size of every product I get through ROMWE, one pair of pants was way too small for me, but luckily I had a super skinny friend to pass them along to and she is in love with them. I got a lot of pieces that are Free People vibes for a very small fraction of the price that the items would have cost at Free People.

I am being there customer for like one year. Never found them negative on providing service to me. This is my first review for them and ya they are great in anyway. I will say giving them a try is worth.
They are great in one ward. Heard about them from a friend. It was my first try and found them great in quality no delay on delivery i will suggest them to anyone to use.
My daughter ordered a dress that came 26 days after it was ordered. I went through their terrible customer service and was told to have patience and that the dress would eventually get to us. We had to purchase another dress from a real online store that came several days later. I have filed a claim through PayPal which should be settled soon. Romwe emailed me and asked if I would remove my review because it could hurt their company. They offered me a partial refund. They also gave me the reason why the 24 hour shipping was not honored and why it took 26 days. Apparently, the dress was out of stock and they had to design a new one. I told them that most sites will tell you immediately if something is out of stock so you can order something else! They had no problem taking my money but had no product to ship. I responded that I would not remove the review and that a partial refund was not acceptable. I would gladly return the dress but there was no return information with the order! They do not want to make it easy for ANY returns! I wish I had read the reviews prior to letting my daughter order. Do not order from this company!

So sorry for the waiting time, we sent your order on 11th Feb. The processing time usually takes 2 to 8 business days. It takes longer than usual because we customized the item you ordered from factory because of lack of stock.
According to the tracking information, it was delivered already. We have given you the tracking website in the email and you can track it. So please contact the local post office to ask for delivery proof, thus can we try to search the parcel with the shipping company, maybe your doorkeeper or neighbors have consigned it for you.

I am so annoyed with the products I received and the customer service! I tried to request a refund and the ticket system said error 404 page not found? I received an email a week later saying they were having problems due to spring festival? After reading other reviews it seems they find excuses for bad service! 2 items I bought were very different to the images and one is too big, after spending £50 I thought I had found a great site to shop on, but sadly I have not. I have read horror stories of the sketchy site romwe but decided to order anyways. I ordered 2 t shirts a sweater and shorts. I am amazed at the quality. The package took about 3 weeks to arrive. (Which sucks) but the clothes were so cheap and I love them and they have amazing quality. I will order again! The only thing is my shorts were 'one size fits all' and they were a little small. I recommend to size up on everything bc they do run small
I ordered two sweaters and a jean jacket. One of the sweaters was practically see through and the other had a sleeve that got frayed when I took it out of the bag. The jean jacket was okay, and by that I mean that it looked like the picture. The main point is that the quality is extremely lacking. I've shopped in other bargain sites like Forever21 but their quality wasn't this bad.
As for customer service, this is where I'm very frustrated. I've attempted to contact the company twice already to return the sweaters considering they're not good quality. I have not received any e-mails back.
Takeaway point: Just avoid the mess of buying cheap clothes from here. And actually, they're not even that cheap.
I really regret not having read reviews of this company before I bought from there. Now I'm stuck with two low-quality sweaters that I'll never wear, and the frustration of having never heard back from the company.

UPDATE: I finally received a response from a representative after about a week. I spent $26 on the sweaters that I mentioned previously. Their response was to ask me to accept a credit of $8 to my account and for me to keep the sweaters. The whole point of a return is to not keep what you don't want. I just want a full refund.
UPDATE: This time the response was more timely, but it's unfortunate that you are treated better when you're complaining instead of straight off the bat. I was offered a full refund for the torn sweater and I was told that I could return the see-through sweater but that I would have to pay for shipping. In other words, it's not worth returning.
