I ordered $110 worth of clothes from Romwe and that got stuck at Customs in India. I contacted Romwe to send me an updated invoice with a new address on my invoice (that matches my address proof documents) so that I can present it to customs and get my parcel released. But, they will not co-operate and now my $110 money order will be destroyed. Very unhelpful customer care department. I will not recommend this site to anyone who wants to have a peaceful way of getting their clothes ordered online. I want my money refund since I never got the clothes!

I ordered two skirts and one dress, the items came within a week which is nice since they have their distribution center in New Jersey. The clothing is small as previous stated in other reviews the XL skirts that I ordered I had to give to my daughter but the overall quality of what I ordered was really great.
The dress that I ordered was a little small in the bust and arm area but I was still able to wear it, the material unfortunately is see through but a slip fixed that problem.
Since the clothing runs small if you wear a 14 are probably out of luck unless the clothes are free flowing.
There are are thousands of online stores and very few deliver ordered product in time but the ROMWE is extra ordinary in case of delivery and Price. I am really happy with their real time delivery system. Also the quality of product is awesome.

I ordered 3 items from romwe about a week ago, 2 cardigans and a shirt. The deal that was offered me was that I had spent enough money i could get regular shipping for free, fair enough. I was suprised today to receive the items at my door but not happy when I was told by the delivery person that I had to pay a 25$ customs fee (that is more than some of the items I ordered) that upon closer inspection, included the "free shipping" that I was given. I am not sure if they maybe charged me for faster shipping because it arrived in a week but I would have rather waited a bit longer than had to pay the 25$ that really isnt in my budget right now. The items are pretty much the same as what was shown in the pictures though the measurements are a little bit off (and yes I measured myself before purchasing). The material quality is good, the sewing could be better on some items but the clothing itself is almost what I ordered. Overall I am satisfied with the items I received though i am very angry about the extra unadvertised fees, so unfortunatly I will not be purchasing from romwe again.
I ordered many items and checked the cm sizes they claimed since Asian sizes often run smaller then US. Two shirts the sold as same size- one fit and the other would not even go on- it was so small, like a child's doll shirt. Quality was terrible! See through. Seems barely sewn with threads sticking out all over. Not made with right material. Garbage. I'm so sad as I bought 20 pieces. Waste of money. Most inferior quality I've ever seen!

I bought a dress for my wife and it's fit well on her! She really love it. The quality is great. The dress took 3 weeks to arrive at my door step and can be consider as fast shipping because I'm from Malaysia!

I ordered from romwe on the 16th of February 2016, got my order on the 26th, ten days later.
I ordered 2 tops and a black coat.
One of the tops and the coat were "one size", which I was a bit worried about, given how small asian women are compared to me lol. So I checked my measurments (they said 110cm accross bust, and I'm 90, french size.) and ordered them.
I ordered the other top (the purple one) in size L. It's a bit shorter than in the picture though, but not by much.
They were sent within 24 hours, and I got them in 10 days.
At first I was skeptical when I read all the reviews, but I decided to order anyway cause a friend had done it and had had no problems. Plus, you get 60% off the first order, so how could I resist that? Bargain, bargain!
All articles look like the pictures, and I wear the coat every day. All the pieces are lovely, and the quality is quite good, better than I expected! But, you know, they're cheap for a reason.^^
Coat is quite heavy, lots of fabric in it, which is nice. It's made out of cotton, just like the tops, but their frabric is a bit thin. Nice anyway.
In all I'm satisfied, the clothes are cute and comfortable. You get what you pay for!
Maybe I got lucky, but you have any doubts and want to order, read all reviews and watch the haul videos on YT, and then just make up your mind from that. That's what I did and I don't regret it.

Edited to add: Romwe did contact me to try to fix the issue, but I've decided to just keep the tops and donate the pants to charity. The reason I've decided not to just let them fix this issue is because of the response I received from them, which looks like the response they've posted here, except they also include, "Maybe it is a little offensive, but would you please do the favor for us to remove or revise the comment as well as star ratings into positive one on sitejabber.com? That is really important for our company's development." Romwe: You are correct, this is offensive and unacceptable. If you want to improve your company's development, market the clothes you sell in sizes that your customers are accustomed to. What you are selling would be considered petite size in the US.
I would guess that all the positive comments here are shills or people who they've asked to edit their reviews. Because of this, I have downgraded the review to one star.

These clothes do NOT come as pictured and the sizing is not true to the measurements they list on their own site. It appears they take these designs from other sites and make the clothes to the closest replication that they can get, because they are not what is pictured. They are often not very on the mark. All of the tops I ordered I can technically wear, but they don't fit the same as the pictures. I even ordered larger than I should have and stuff still fits snugly. I'm a size 6 and a small or medium top in the US. These clothes don't fit me. One of the long sleeve tops looks like the sleeves are 3/4 length and it is supposed to be very long. It was supposed to be tunic length and it covers only my waist. And then there are the pants! Don't even bother with the pants. I measured myself carefully since it was in centimetres and I wanted to be sure it was correct and then ordered based on that. I could have ordered the largest size, XL and I think they still would have been too small. I didn't expect that these clothes would be top quality, based on the prices, but I did expect them to match up to their own sizing charts. Even at this price they are unacceptable. I gave two stars since I will probably wear the stuff that fits okay, but I will not order again and do not recommend to anyone. I have submitted a ticket through their customer service, we'll see what happens.

I knew I was getting into "junk fashion" and cheap but this is just the worst experience. I ordered 4 "one Size" sweatshirts with different graphics to test... All came in a size for a 12 years old. Seriously? It took 3 weeks to get to me after I ordered. The fabric, cuts, everything was just terrible... DO NOT buy with ROMWE. You better off getting stuff from your local cheap store or H&M or Primark! This is bad...

All the items are see threw, all are a different material to what was described, all are the wrong size to the measurements shown, one is a different colour to item requested. I've spoken to customer services and they won't tell me how/where to return too. All she said was I have to pay them money. I have been completely ripped off!
