Ordered a beautiful summer maxi dress for my upcoming holiday i was really looking forward to buying it it was lovely, when it eventually turned up i was shocked, the pattern wasnt the same the colours were vile and it generally looked like a tea towel with a couple straps to put your arms through. I also ordered a jumper which i fell in love with when i saw it on the site when it came it was miles too small for the size i ordered and didn't even fit my boyfriend who is a extra-small/small. To top it off it had writing stitched as the design which was all over the place, it had stitching crossing out/over the words and just generally dangling off.
I am so disappointed with this site after really getting my hopes up and hearing positive things however i am glad i did not waste more of my money on this crap, I wouldnt even give it one star and will not be ordering from this site ever again!
I was hesitant to order form the website, but after reading several reviews, the awesome prices seemed worth a shot. I saw many comments about everything running small, so I ordered it a size larger than I normally would, and it fit perfectly. IM FURIOUS! I was just speaking to *, an online helper. I explained to her that many bikinis they sell are copy righting brands like seafolly which is illegal. She was completely in denial even though it was clear she knew what they are doing wrong. Several friends of mine have placed orders on this site and all up, have lost hundreds of dollars. One of my friends has been waiting 5 months for an $11 t-shirt which im sure she could of saved a lot of time and money buying it at a REAL company! Do NOT listen to all the fake reviews because Romwe workers posted them to trick you all! When i was asking for help on their site, Alice even asked me to rate her 5 stars as if it was like i needed to pay her back for her simply helping me, dont they have enough money from scaming all of us? I have been waiting for my refund for 1 month. They sent me an email saying that they have refunded my money to "my wallet" on their website but they hadn't. After seeing that my wallet balance was still £0.00 I messaged the online help, they said that the money had been transferred successfully. After sending them a screenshot of my £0.00 balance (because they some how can get access to my account) they said that they will resolve my issue in a further 24hours. I'm still waiting. This company is a money scamming joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I have returned my items for over a month now, and I still have not gotten my refund yet. I contacted them. They wanted my tracking address just to be sure I wasn't lying about shipping the items back to them. They got back to me and said they'd look at it. Now they're telling me they'll put the money back into "my wallet" so I can spend money next time with them again, but I stated that I will no longer do business with such a business. They the irresponsible. If I never said anything, they would have never given me my money back. But STILL they still insist on wasting my time in trying to put my money into their "wallet" so I can use it again. I didn't have a ton of experience with Romwe, I just know I placed an order and then cancelled it within the same day due to reasons of my own, I placed a ticket and on the dot, they responded within 24 hours, asked if they could remedy the problem and when I said no, they immediately responded again within another 24 hour period and cancelled my order. They issued the refund after three business days and I will be checking for my refund this weekend periodically to see when it arrives. So far I have had no problems with the customer service department, and I hope to receive my refund in full with no other problems.
This clothing site does amazing sales. I compared items and prices across many. This worked out much cheaper... so this was no brainer. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the items too. This is something I really look for in clothes. As I make an investment, I want those to last... After several washes already the items are still in the same shape. Pretty satisfied. I got white blouse, black blouse and black bodycon dress (under 10 dollars). All pretty good for summer, but prob will wear all year around. I like the black blouse in particluar... It looks sooo sexy... Im one happy gal...
Bought a shirt from them and after washing it according to the directions on the label sewn into the garment, not only did it shrink, but the fabric puckered all over. In my notes to them I sent a picture of the puckering no the explanation that it was washed according to label directions, but they said since it was washed it couldn't be accepted for a refund. I didn't know the shirt was defective until I washed it!

Here are things buyers need to know
They say there is a "60% off sale" but it is NOT 60% off of the current price that you see online, but what they value the true designer brand as. So your really don't get that much money off.
IF YOU WANT TO MAKE RETURNS:
1. Go to "my orders" under your account, view your order and then submit a ticket listing the items you want to return. They will email you back TO YOUR ACCOUNT (not your personal email) and tell you what address to send to.
2. Follow their return instructions ( they have you fill out a sheet to send back with information)
3. Must return SOON AFTER RECEIVING SHIPMENT. Within 30 days
4. Send them (in the ticket message) your tracking number once you send the package. The "ticket" closes in 10 days so send it soon!
5. Once you are refunded you will be messaged to your personal account. They will reimburse you to something called MY WALLET on ROMWE and then you have to deposit this amount back to your credit care or paypal.
This is the most confusing return I have ever seen! It is not worth buying on this site almost.
Also one shirt I ordered massively shrunk after I washed it, like from a Large to an XXS.

My wife and I recently celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary and I wanted to get Louise something special. I saw her browsing on romwe.com and so decided to take a look at some of the dresses she was looking at.
I secretly bought her one of the dresses and was surprised to be given a massive discount, 54% to be exact! I then received some great service from the romwe.com team as I told them this was the first time I was buying women's clothing. They helped me out and I got Louise the present she wanted.

This site is not real! They're from China and ready to scam you. You will notice they have absolutely NO contact information for customer services besides a random email that is going to who knows? I have have $89us dollars stolen from me from this website. They will not refund my money. The said they put my money into a "romwe wallet" account that does not exist on their website, they gave me the link and it does not work. I am warning everyone and anyone ahead of time. Do not trust this Chinese website. Here in America this is not how things work. They're lucky because now I have no way of getting my money back. They fooled me. Don't let it be you. I am so upset.

I'm reviewing the lapel bandage blouse - it was really hard to find anything like this, and I was thrilled to find it from Romwe for such a low price! Their site was really easy to navigate, and ordering was a breeze. I got two colors, and they arrived in a nice looking package, exactly as described - 100% accurate. Shipping price was very reasonable, and the blouse was well packed so it arrived in perfect condition - absolutely no damage from the trip at all. Super comfy, very lightweight shirt! Can't wait to wear it this summer. I would definitely recommend Romwe to anyone!
