I bought things without thinking from this website, but when I recieved the confirmation email in Chinese, I realized I probably should have read reviews first. After reading, I decided to go ahead and cancel my order writhin an hour of buying the items. I wake up this morning to a message that says they are already processing the order and cannot cancel. They starting processing just so I couldn't cancel my order. Hopefully this gets resolved, but I am currently not amused; it says on their FAQ that you can cancel the order but they purposefully make it so that you are stuck.
I bought a black jean from Romwe.com, the picture of the jean has 3 bottons and have
Pockets on the back. But what they sent me has only two bottons and no pocket on the
Back. So, I got the one that is not I want.

After reading some horrible reviews after i had paid i was very nervous! Agreed the ticket system is rediculously long. I would suggest they look into other sites systems and update that. I bought 4 items plus express totalling $100. It arrived in 4 days to aus! I almost fell over! I had never bought clothes online convinced i needed to try them on so i was the skeptic. People on here i see are shocked that this site knocks off labels... it says runway to you. I expected none the less. I also lived in china and copying is what they do best! Of the 4 dreses. 2 were awesome. 1 still pretty good. And the last. Lets say i expected thick cotton on the pic and got satin... but if u are buying stuff averaging $20 with few pics what do u expect? The online support is as expected. Depends who u get, their english level and the mood they were in. I got one doozie and one rad. Id definitely shop on romwe again even knowing i will almost definitely encounter the occasional dodgie outfit again.
Really best design and quality of dresses are here. I bought 2 dresses here and each of them is nice and fit perfect for me. The price of dresses are also reasonable. I highly recommended the Romwe!
I have ordered black boots on Monday and received my order on Friday super fast delivery. I have talk to customer support about my order they were very kind, supportive and answered my every question. The quality is very good on affordable price. I'm hoping they will last a few seasons. I do a lot of walking so I wear boots down quickly.
I ordered a half size up to wear thick socks and I have room to spare. So I think they run a bit big.! I plan to order another pair in a different color. The calf is extra wide, which is nice because most boots don't fit my calf. I am happy with this purchase!. Highly recommend to others. Thanks

I was very happy with the quality and the service up until my refund. I got my delivery on time, the quality of the stuff was better than expected. I returned stuff worth almost £150. They processed the refund to my account and into 'My Wallet' in my account. When I withdrew the amount from my wallet it said the refund will take 48 hours to process(which is only if you pay by Paypal). If you paid by card they say it takes 15-20 days. I however received my money back within a week. I like their customer service, they are very quick to respond.

Please be assured that the funds will be returned to your card, there’s no doubt about that. If the order was paid with Paypal, then it would only take 3-5 business days for the whole process to be done.
But if the order was paid with credit card, then it would need reviews and approval at many levels for the funds to finally appear in your account, thus it would take up to 15-20 business days. We would certainly love to speed it up for you, but unfortunately theres not much we could do to help, and we appreciate your understanding.

I recently ordered a couple dresses that I was really excited about. When they arrived, they were nothing like the pictures. They looked and felt cheap, and customer service wouldn't acknowledge that one dress was completely different than the picture on the website. I had a horrible experience, and will not be ordering from them again.

I placed an order about a month ago and when I sent an emailing inquiring about where it is they told me they sent it to the WRONG COUNTRY... and now after spending $100 they are not sending me my clothes or refunding me my money. As the tracking info suggests, the package arrived in Oman on Mar 12th, however the delivery address was insufficient, thats why it’s kept on hold.
As we discussed in the emails, you accidentally choose the wrong country (it’s supposed to be the United States, instead you selected Oman) while ordering, and later you provided a correct address in the response.
We are contacting our courier to see if they could change the delivery address and transport your package to your country.
At the same time, would you please contact their office in USA with the tracking number? This might speed up the entire process, i’m a little worried it would get returned, then it would cost a lot to make the redelivery…

Although I only ordered tops, I was so pleased with what I received. Good quality material, and got my money back straight int my pal pal account when one of the shirts was out of stock. I am just about to place another order after I got an email from them thanking me from being a loyal returning customer and giving me 70% off! I am about to buy 8 tops that i love and are very excited!
Plus relatively fast shipping without express :) - about 2 weeks!
P. S there is also the option to live chat with the workers there so they took me through all the steps to processing and tracking my order haha. Talked to a lady called Alice who was very nice and helpful.

I bought a dress that was listed as "cotton" and it was a knit/polyester fabric. A large was more like an extra small US. Two other dresses were nothing like the pictures and made of just the thinnest, cheapest looking fabric that I would never wear. A shirt with long sleeves, which was actually cotton, I love but can't even get my arm in the sleeve and I have very tiny arms. I don't know what kind of person that is made for - a stick person I guess. I would absolutely not buy anything from them again. Could have bought one really nice thing from a reputable site. Live and learn.

About the sizes, measurements on the product page are for size reference while purchasing. Overall, hand measurements will have a discrepancy of 2-3 centimeters, and we’re still working on that to make it more accurate because we know clearly that’s not good enough and might cause trouble to our customers, but believe us, we are doing our best, working hard on it, getting better.

I love romwe.com. They have really cute clothing, and everything is really good quality too. Ordering is simple, and I have never had any problems with delivery.
I ordered the white vintage print skirt, and it is so pretty in person. It is cute and really well made. The design reminds me of Moroccan tiles. The fabric is nice. It is comfortable to wear. I love it!

Shopped many online stores but they are different on nature they delivers fast and they are selling dress on lower price then market i brought 3 dress and my sisters was astonished by hearing the price :D.
