I was pleased to find this website, and did not hesitate to order from them. However, tracking was somewhat problematic the first few days, and I became worried. I read many reviews online, mostly negative, which was a shock to me, especially after I had already placed my order. I was nervously waiting for my order to come through, thinking it wouldn't, when it came in the minimum time it predicted (7-10 days, it came in 7 days). Everything fit, except a pair of shorts which is due to sizing and probably my own fault for not really looking too much into it (these shorts were added to cart so I could get free shipping anyways!) Overall, this website really is a bang for your buck and after my experience, I will be buying from them again!
Absolutely terrible! Clothes do not look like they do in pictures. The Fabrics and colours were totally different. Sizing charts for items are incorrect. All items were way too small despite checking sizing charts. Very cheap - I guess you get what you pay for.
I ordered 4 dresses on romwe and i was insecure about the sizes with all the bad reviews. All i can say is follow the size chart! Im usually a Medium size in canada. I took all my mesures and following the chart i ordered 1 small, 1 medium and 2 dresses in L. Guess what they all fit! All you have to do is follow the chart even if its annoying! About quality you get what you pay for. One of them add some small white spots. I thought it was dust but i cant wash it its like bleach.
So the important thing is: DONT FORGET TO USE TE SIZE CHART!
Ah and yes i paid 24$ extra for clearance process.
Overall its a 3 stars for the unexpected 25$ and the bleach spots
I purchased three rompers from Romwe thinking I just made a great deal spending about 52$ for three (said to be) great pieces of clothing... When these clothes arrived I first felt the material and was not happy. The paper texture felt so cheap and the zippers were all jammed when I tried putting on the clothes. Each romper I tried on fit so horribly! The seams of the dress were in the wrong places. They fit so awkwardly that they are unwearable. I am so disappointed and I feel like I just threw my money down the drain. I want a refund.

It was my first time ordering from Romwe about 3 weeks ago. I was very hesitant after reading the reviews first, but I took my luck and just ordered a bunch of things. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans, a "one size" fitted sweater, a denim button up, a dress, and a grey t-shirt. I'm about a Medium in tops and a 8/9 juniors in US sizes. I ordered things a slight bigger than I normally am just in case. The shipping was pretty quick, about 1 week or so and it all came together. When I opened the bag up, the dress, denim button up, and grey shirt all fit perfectly! But both the pants (which I ordered as a large) were literally a size 00, maybe not even that! And the one-size sweater is sort of tight on my arms but I can live with it. So I went to the web site to see the options to exchange the items and wrote a description followed by sending 3 pics of the jeans as asked. 2 weeks later, nothing! They haven't gotten back to me and it makes me so angry because they display themselves to be so helpful yet they can't even respond to a simple request of exchanging my items. Until I get my money back, I will never order off this site again or tell my friends to.

This was the worst experience of online shopping I have ever had. The clothes look nothing like in the picture. And it had nothing to do with the lighting or anything. The clothes looked high quality in the pictures as soon I touched them I was overwhelmingly disappointed. I could get better quality clothes at the dollar store! I've been emailing and nothing! They won't respond! It was a struggle to find they're customer service email and number since it wasn't even posted on the site. Please, please, PLEASE, do NOT buy from this site it is a scam and they will rip you off.

I got 3 dresses and 2 blouses from romwe.com and I couldn't be happier- All that for only 60$! I got free shipping as the order was above 50$ and everything looked great- just like in the pictures. Great quality, very low prices and a huge variety of clothes to choose from. Ordering was easy and I used the online chat before I ordered to ask more questions about one of the items. I ordered three things from romwe, before reading the reviews, which I am slightly happy for because I probably would not have ordered my clothing items if I had read the terrible reviews. I ordered a lace brallette, which is my favorite! It's very comfortable and pretty and the lace is just like the picture, nothing different. Exquisite dress in the fundamental, glide y and summery. Albeit long I'm 5'8 and need to wear heels with it, dots sown in the fix have expansive join which get on shoes clasps which has destroyed the stitch off the dress. Baffling considering the cost. Shabby wrap up. Not the standard or quality I have generally expected from Next.
I purchased clothes from their website last week and was planning on being able to wear them this next week because most of the items said "one day shipping". So I expected to have them by Wednesday. I check fedex website at least twice a day and notice that my package has not even departed nor do they have an estimate of a delivery date. I bought these for a special occasion which I won't be able to use them for and just want my money back at this point. Very upset with the company.

“Ship in 24 hours” means the product would be shipped within 24 hours, but it would still take a fews days for the package to travel on the way, we apologize if there’s any confusion.
We have checked on FedEx that the package is already in transit in your country, and will hopefully be delivered very soon, you can also contact the courier with the tracking number if you need it in a hurry.

It is going to be about a week that I have ordered ONE item and label has BARELY been created. I thought it said it would be shipped 3-5 business days?

Please don't worry, if the tracking info shows “label created”, it means the package was already handed to the courier and is on the way to your address. The courier would normally update the tracking info only after the package arrives in your country.

I ordered Retro ruffled red skirt. The package was delivered in time and the product was just as the advert claimed it to be.
The quality of the fabric was great and the cuts and design were runway standard. My friends still think that I bought my skirt from a high-end designer label when I pinched it off at a great bargain.
Later, I had to call in for a few queries about the new order that I am planning to place and underwent a reasonably good customer support experience. Overall, it was well worth my time as well as money. Highly recommended.
I recently made a purchase with Romwe just to order five items and considering it was quite a distance, it got delivered reasonably quick (a little over a week). However the clothing items weren't to size at all, despite even bothering to get a measuring tape out it didn't fit as comfortably as it looked. I've been trying to get through to customer service for a few days but it's been a nightmare and even with a reply, it wasn't useful/helpful at all.
Overall it was okay, I was very happy with the brush set but will only ever order from them again regarding accessories as clothing options are very minimal with the whole 'one size fits all'. I would love for this site to have a variety of sizes since they have some cool designs but with the way things are it's not worth it. Having to measure yourself for every item is very long and the prices aren't really that fab either.
Just want a more helpful customer service in order to sort out this mess.
I honestly don't understand the good reviews on here. The clothes on the website look beautiful but the reality is the clothes don't look like the pictures. I made the mistake of spending $100 on this site and the clothes were terrible quality, ill-fitting and smelt toxic. When I tried to return the items I was told I had to do it recorded delivery (another $50), to a random address that didn't appear real, including photographs with each item. I just abandoned the whole thing and dumped the clothes. I would implore you not to buy from this company.

Absolute waste of money. Terrible quality and a total waste of time. I ordered XL shirts and they were totally different to the photo online and way too small. Scam!

I bought five items a few months ago. I ordered all items in bigger sizes after seeing that theywere coming from China. Despite doing that they were still absolutely tiny! I ordered a skirt in "Medium" and it was like a size 8 (UK), I couldnt get it on! It was also about as wide as a belt and completely unwearable. I also bought an oversized (well, meant to be) lumberjack shirt. Yes it was long but the sleeves were so short and tight, it didnt make sense! It also smelt awful, like plastic or chemcials and was rough and itchy inside. I bought two jumpers in medium and they were more like extra small and stunk. Finally I ordered a pair earrings, the studs didn't fit together properly and broke as soon I tried to put them in my ears!
I'd also like to add that none of the items looked like the pictures on RomWe either.
I intially thought I would send them all back but after seeing the complicated process in getting a return I just couldn't be bothered (which I suppose is what they want you to do!)
Never buying from them again and I've blocked all emails or adverts coming my way!

I purchased over AUD$200 worth of clothing from Romwe a few weeks ago. My order just came and everything is ill fitting and of absolutely horrible quality, not to mention i will have to wash every item thoroughly because of the chemical smells coming from them. I am a sample size so buying "one size" clothing is not a problem for me, however the one size clothes i have purchased are ridiculous, one you cannot lift your arms up in because the entire shirt moves with it. Nothing looks like the picture and is over priced for what you receive, it's practically a scam. To be honest there isn't one thing that came that i will actually be hanging in my wardrobe to wear. Unfortunately i do not trust this company to return my money if i send this item back so i am now stuck with these awful clothes.
