I wish I had read the reviews before I bought from this site. Ordered over $170 worth of clothing from Romwe. Paid through paypal and money was taken out of my account. After 24 hours when my order hadnt been shipped I contacted them to ask about the delay, they replied to say they hadnt received the payment. After 3 weeks, I still have no items that i purchased, they havent been shipped, even after i have showed them proof that the items had 100% been paid for. They're trying to say there system doesnt show the payment, well obviously there is something wrong with there system. So annoyed, and i was going to order a further $400 worth of clothes, well safe to say i will taking my business elsewhere where im actually going to get what i paid for.
I would like to thank ROMWE for exceptional service. I ordered swimsuits in april for South Africa's summer season and due to local postal strikes I never received the items. Monday I sent ROMWE an email, asking for a refund and without any trouble I received a friendly and apologetic letter wherein they approved my request (although the mistake was not even theirs). Today I received the payment. Thank you so much, I will definitely order again (after all the strikes). :)
I was Ordered two dresses which unfortunately did not fit. Returned using collect plus... Soooo easy! ROMWE emailed me as soon as they received them and I was credited within a few days... Well done ROMWE... I will order again with CONFIDENCE!
My daughter ordered a sweatshirt and a hoodie from this company. They look nothing like the pictures on their website and were child size. The sizing they provide bears no relation to reality. The hoodie just about fit our 8 year old. Also extremely cheap fabric and very poor quality - what a complete waste of money - you live and learn is all I can say! I really hope others do not waste their money.

I ordered 4 items of clothing round about this time last year and they never showed up. My account says they have been shipped and delivered but I did not receive them and nor did my neighbours. I tried to get in touch with them and they said that they could not help to resolve this problem. Complete joke!

I bought this really amazing dress and a few other things during my impulse order, at Romwe.com, and it came in even better than it looked online, and everything fits me perfectly. The shipping was very fast (and free after spending $50), it came in on a day when I least expected it! I thought for sure it would have taken a few more days at least. Customer service quickly answered the questions I had about their sizes. If you are looking for a great website for great styles with a wide variety of clothing I definitely recommend this online shop.

I was so excited waiting for my order to come. I ordered a jacket with sweatpants and it looks like it will be a nice fabric. I measured myself and everything... but when it got here it is way to small... the pocket has a hole in it and the fabric is thin and cheap. Everything is made out of a cheap fabric. Also when I opened it I realized that the pants weren't even clean. They had spots that looked like dirt on them. This was the first time I have ever ordered anything from this website and the last.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered three pieces of clothing and triple checked all the measurements to make sure I was going to get something that would fit. I even went one size up (an XL) to fit a size 12. What I received were three tiny, poorly made pieces of fabric that did not even fit MY 11 YEAR OLD SISTER WHO COULD NOT EVEN GET HER HEAD THROUGH ONE OF THE SHIRTS. When I tried to contact customer service, the phone line wasn't connected and when I finally put in a dispute through PayPal, they refused to give me a refund and instead offered to exchange the size. THERE IS NO SIZE ABOVE AN XL ON THE SITE. I said that I just wanted my money back and they finally agreed to refund me if I paid for the shipping back to China which I refuse to spend anymore money on this so called "company". Reading other reviews and I'm seeing similar stories to mine and the company just replies with "our sizes aren't normal UK or US sizes. Well they're not even the measurements that you advertise so why lie and cheat people out of their money? I wasn't expecting exceptional quality from this company but maybe at least try with the rest of your customers. I wouldn't shop here again even if someone paid me.

When I first tried to order from ROMWE they said the payment didn't go through so I re-entered my payment information and then it said it was confirmed so I thought I was all good, but now they have charged me twice for the item which I still haven't received. I am so pleased to have ordered my product through ROMWE. I got something I would regard to as the best value for my money.The deliver was so fast, the product is just as described and when I had an issue about picking the product, the customer service agent that responded had deep knowledge about the product, that alone made everything so easy. There were lots of wonderful items to choose from and the website is super easy and clear. The many terms means that you do not use unnecessary time on clothes that may still not available in the size you want.
I do shopping online a lot but mainly the problem about online shop is 95% of online store are late in delivery. But from my list i found romwe are the most fastest delivery online store. I did shopping many time at there store and sometimes they deliver it with in 8 hours which is unbelievably fast.
At first glance, this website seems amazing - stylish clothes at great prices. But, after reading a few negative reviews a few weeks ago, I decided to order just a few of the things I wanted as a test run. And to be honest I'm fairly content with the result. I had a query about my order which was promptly answered by customer services and my order arrived within about 12 days (standard shipping to UK). The sizing is a bit confusing and one of the three shirts I ordered is a little tight around the shoulders, but it's wearable. Also, I have to say, the material does feel a little cheap - but to be honest, at these prices you can't really complain.
So, being happy with this experience, today I sent off for another order - a pair of jeans, two pairs of shorts, a blouse and a t-shirt, all for £36 (about $55)! Even if not all the items are a perfect fit, I'll still feel that I've gotten a good deal. All in all, I'm glad I discovered this website, and I wanted to give a positive review because there are so many negative ones around, and from my experience I don't feel they're entierly representative.
Tried them once but i don't know why some people are talking negative. There customer support is very good and they do response fast. And quality of the product is standard. Price also reasonable sure will use then again
They are fast and they are very supportive to the customer. I used them for like more then 3 times and found nothing negative. Giving them a try is worth and ya they deliver the product right on time so you have to be ready because they wont delay.
After reading the great reviews and seeing the amazing prices, I ordered my u-setting round cut diamond eternity wedding band from King of Jewelry via their website. There was some back and forth via email and I needed to submit the order via PayPal (they sent me an invoice), but after that everything was set. I was updated on the status of the ring throughout the process and once it shipped. Since I've received it, I'm in love! I couldn't be happier with how it turned out - even better than I had hoped! The same style with the same quality of diamonds was almost double the price in jewelry stores and even on other websites like Blue Nile. So glad I found King of Jewelry and I look forward to working with them again in the future!

First of all, first AND last ime I buy here.
Ordered 4 tees, one is saggy af and fabric makes me wanna cry, the boat shoulder black one, the other one that is black and backless with the turtle neck was omg this one has actually a nice fabrics and I was going to use it on a saturday night, what happens? THE NECK is not for a XS is sooo big, and I had to sew it, FINE! No problem, but then what? I was getting ready and the button FALLS. Really?
The stick-on- bra is more like a grab- your-tits-because-it-falls-all-thhe-time bra.
The other two spaghetti blouses were for my big sis, she hasnt answered yet, sooooo.
The only good thing is the bag I got, but it smells bad but its pretty enough to compensate it.
