I bought £45 worth of clothes expecting nice looking tumblr clothes and they turn up 10X too big,, one of the pair of shorts were broken,, one completely different to what it looked like on the site,, my two peice I ordered was a complete different material as shown on the picture,, it was squidgy and felt like a sponge. I will not be ordering from here again.
Ordered over $130 worth of items from Romwe a week and a half ago, about 15 items total. Only 2 items have been delivered, a blouse and necklace. The blouse is flea market quality at best, the necklace was already broken when I removed it from the packaging, also had several knots in the chain. The majority of my order was finally shipped out today after waiting over a week for "Processing". One item is STILL in "processing". Hopefully the rest of my order won't be as disappointing... I will writing another review whenever I actually get everything.

The stuff I ordered was advertised to ship in 24hours. I realize that everything is coming from China, but it wasn't even processed for 3 weeks. It's been a month since they took my money and nothing has even been shipped. I can't cancel my order and emails to then have gone unanswered. I never got my money back.

I purchased a Dress, shoes, a Shirt, and belt. I also order a romper but it was on backorder so I canceled that one. I was pretty happy about everything I received, the only thing is everything ran a little bigger than expected, I am usually a small and the shirt was suppose to be a quarter sleeves but is full sleeves on me. Nevertheless, I shrunk that bad boy and it fits perfect. The quality on everything was good for the price and they actually looked like what was pictured. Also shipping was in a timely manner, depending on the stock they had items may ship separate. My shoes and belt cam together in one package and the other items in another packager. Other than that I would say they took maybe less than a week.
Please stay away. I raised cancel order request in less than 30mins after placing the order, and they say after one day that they shipped the item and cannot cancel, the cancel option is just a fake thing. They gave me a tracking number, when i called fedex, they clearly told that these guys just created a label but the product is still not with fedex, they havent shipped the product yet to fedex. They just manipulate things. Item not shipped, faking to be shipped by giving a tracking number. Just to avoid the cancellation. FAKE FAKE FAKE

So awful. Some of the clothes were okay but half of the dresses weren't the right fabric, they were incredibly short. So short that they cant be worn as dresses and the invoice that I'd received as a "packing slip" contained $57 of good when romwe charged me $300... The clothes look nothing like the photos. Some still fit okay but the dresses I'd expected to be better quality because they were more expensive were the worst ones. I had previously ordered longer more formal dresses off this site and it didn't even come close to the same experience. I am so unimpressed I want a refund but absolutely refuse to pay to send it back so here I am at a loss for money regardless of what I want to have happen.

I ordered 3 items. 1 purse and 2 pair of earrings. Along with everyone else, I was concerned about the time it took to ship my item. The site needs to do a better job at explaining this. I placed the order in April 10th and didn't receive it in time for my friend's birthday on the 21st.
When I did receive my order, one pair of earrings came broken and the other earring... well, only one was sent.
After opening a ticket to discuss my order, they said the earring wasn't sold as a pair.
I'm sorry, but who orders only one earring? The description did not state it was only one earring and actually, the description states they were dinosaur earrings (plural).
The broken pair, they offered to reimburse me, but I don't want a reimbursement, I would like them to send me a pair that isn't broken.
The last item was a purse... which I loved! So, thank you for that.
But again, I'm not impressed with the answers they gave me about the earrings. So disappointed and I'm not a happy consumer.

I saw a jacket my friend purchased on romwe it looks like something you would buy from witchery so i thought why not scan through the site.
At first i thought this is definitely a scam or cheap clothing that will break easy, I decided to test the theory.
I ordered 3 items of clothing both tops and a jumper, my items came within 5 days with the basic shipping option. My clothes are exactly the same as pictures on the website and the clothes are surprisingly not cheap thin material my jumper is thick and warm. I am very happy with my purchase and will be shopping with romwe again. Thank you!

I love the bag which I bought from the website. The quality is really good and the leather is fine. The design of the bag is exactly as I saw in the picture while buying it from the website. I'm Australian size 12 or US Large (B: 96cm/ W: 80cm/ H: 108cm). I am 171cm tall. I've read all the negative Romwe review online but I was tempted by how cute the clothes were so I ordered 3x jackets for Aud$133. All my orders were for the largest sizes available which was XXXL (B: 112cm)! I was thinking that there's no way they would f***k it up, right? WRONG! Delivery was very fast and I was so excited to try the clothes on. Anyway, suffice to say it was either I couldn't button across my chest, or after buttoning I was unable to lift my arms up, or worse I couldn't fit my head through the hoodie! Sleeves were short on all of them. If you're a lady larger than my size look elsewhere for clothes. One of the jackets had horrible stitching and the words were barely English! The pictures on the website are totally AIRBRUSHED and you can probably buy them on the street market of China for 1/5 of the price. Please save yourself the headache and just save up a bit more and get your clothes from H&M. You have been warned! I have requested for a refund.

OMG Nothing Like thé pictures reallyy. It would help if the appearance of the clothing were more like the images represented within the preveiw. Also, the condition in which the clothing is delivered is sometimes horrifying as the shoes I ordered had faded white lines going across them. It would help to come in a more presentable way. Other than that C+.
Not to sound like someone snobby, but the clothes just arrived today. I opened it up, and it stunk. I could just wash it, so I cleared that thought away. Then, I tried the clothes on, and they were way too big, and way too small. I bought these strawberry shorts in a medium, knowing they would be a bit big for me (I'm a small person) but of course, they were very tight. I also bought a shirt that said '1966' and I liked it. But when it arrived, it said something on the back that I didn't like. When I first bought the shirt online, it didn't show the writing on the back.
Anyway, this is off subject, but many of the models were very skinny and unrealistic. They had thigh gaps, and were very skinny. Most websites are like this, but I want to point out that not all women are like this. If you could have different sized models, people could see what it would look like on their body shape.
I'm going to ship the clothes back, but of course, it has a shipping fee.
I advice you not to shop at Romwe. I was disappointed. I need new clothes, but there isn't many places that sell good clothes. I like Hot Topic, but they don't sell jeans and things like that.

Ordered £40 worth of stuff from Romwe. The quality of the fabrics was awful and cheap and we were missing an item.
The packaging was horrendous. Half the stuff didn't fit and that which did was very awkward and sat weirdly. I ordered a hat and it arrived bent and out of shape.
Also the sizing is completely misleading. I ordered a size medium jeans and my friend is a UK size 6 it DIDNT FIT HER. A medium!
It's a con and waste of money. You're better off ordering from eBay it's cheaper and will probably arrive faster

I asked them why my order took a long time to ship and they told they are waiting for the shoes to prepared. Today the made a refund for the shoes and they told me its out of stock. Most of the items were sent out by express shipping at once after being well prepared. Unfortunately the last item in the order was a bit delayed as the factory needed a special batch production. Thus we shipped this item later in a seperate package.
The reason we sent the second parcel by standard shipping is that it tends to avoid customs duties for this single item, which should be more convenient to you. Anyway, we still should have asked for your advice about that before we processed.

I'm so disappointed in this product. I ordered a cute black dress for a bachelorette party and what I got was a frumpy sleeping bag cut into the shape of a dress that could have been worn in the 1900s. I would not purchase anything on this site again. This company steals Instagram pictures of cute clothing and very poorly recreates them with very low quality materials and designs. Ordered 3 jumpers, a crop top, a necklace and a pair of earrings. Jewellery was perfect. Good quality, like you'd get in Topshop/H&M. Crop top was perfect - One Size (I'm a size 8), fit great. All three jumpers I ordered were One Size. I'm a size 8 and 5ft7.5... Only downside is that sleeves on all three were slightly short. So probs best for shorter size 6-8 girls. Definitely would not order if I were any bigger than a size 8. Would never fit. One of the jumpers was supposed to have chunky, baggy sleeves (as the photo suggested), but they were tight and shorter. All jumpers appeared to be baggier. Modelled on taller girls in the photos, so must be remakes. Overall, quality is good. I would say H&M/Forever21 quality. Delivery took exactly 2 weeks to the UK, which was great and very unexpected.
