I ordered from this sight about a week and a half ago and my order had just been received. Was supposed to come max 5 days. Now the clothes are finally here 1) the jeans I ordered are WAY too small and weird shape (not at all like on the website) 2) one of the tops I ordered was HUGE 3) the other top is not the material as the picture and too big also. However I got one too I am satisfied with. But would NEVER order from ROMWE again... Waste of £35
I ordered clothes and jewellery from this website over a week ago and it's only just been shipped 9 days later which means it won't be here for another week! And there's still one item that is processing. Such a shame because the clothes are good quality but the shipping is rubbish :(

Just ordered a cute dress and backpack from romwe today (I've not gotten them yet, obviously, it's been 3 hours lol) and I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews.
Do people understand that a 12$ dress isn't going to be hand made quality? Or that this store is china wholesale? Obviously you need to order up in sizes...

My name is Aimee I'm from the UK and I ordered from Romwe on the 4/5/2016, my things came on 11/5/2016, The items fit me very well and the material is very nice, I am a size 10 and got 'one size' in both my items, I found that the shipping time is right, but that doesn't include getting to the ship and off the ship to your address, that adds a few more days with shipping in between.
Overall the timing was great, I'd recommend trying a few cheaper items you like to see how long it would take and if it's worth ordering from them again(that's what I did).

The clothes are poorly made. The material is flimsy. There is NO information as to how to return merchandise. The phone number they provide is in China! Customer service does not exist. Please... Think twice before taking a chance. It's not worth it. Pictures don't match merchandise!

I ordered earlier today and have not received a confirmation email, though unsurprisingly the money has been taken from my account. There seems to be no customer service section on the website and from the "returns" section it seems a bit dubious to me.
Not holding my breath i'll be recieveing this product if I can't even get in contact with somebody to discuss the issue.
Planning on giving it the 7-10days for standard delivery and then taking the matter further. So far, not good.

I was lured to ROMWE by Facebook (bugger) a week ago. The clothes looks nice and cute on the right of my screen while I was playing Facebook and I was instantaneously drawn to what appeared to look like a fleece Mickey Mouse sweater. I wasn't sure what size I would be (despite them giving the "measurements") so I decided to get 2 sizes and just to be on the safe side, I deliberately order bigger sizes so at least I know I can still use it as a PJ at home if it was slightly bigger.
Then... I decided to give some other "nice clothes" a try. I purposely chose those that say "Free Size".
Received my clothes today. Man! They were horrible. Very poor quality. Look like they were meant for kiddies (I know they are made in China but sure not everyone look in dwarfs right?
I could hardly fit into any of the 4 T-shirts ordered. They also do not even look like what they looked like on the website!
Most importantly, for the 2 Mickey Mouse "sweaters" which drawn me to this website, they were made of THIN COTTON thinner than my handkerchiefs. How do you suppose I can use them for winter?
This company is a con through and through and should be shut down!

After reading your reviews it seems like you have a mixed record, I don't want to be one of your customer that gets a bad product and has to deal with your customer services. Also you say you'll refund the money to us for and returned items? No offence why not just email us a return slip therefore we wouldn't need to spend our money in the first place, After spending money on your produce we were lead to believe would be fine. It's what Amazon do! I feel like this company has a lot it needs to change. Also on your replies to these messages, you never leave a name and reference number so we we do contact the customer service with your advice it will literally be our word against yours in terms of our company never said that.

I had not even entered my paypal information NOR do I even have an online account with them! I made an account with the email that I received a receipt from and went to "my orders" and it says that I have not placed any orders. Romwe will not respond! Should I take legal action?

I was hesitant to order from this site since i know asian sizes run super small. I had a baby 8 months ago and my body has not jumped back to its original size still. I would tell you, if you are not skinny and would consider yourself to be average built or with a little extra weight, then don't get things that are tight looking... READ the description they let you know if material is stretchy or not, also FOLLOW the size chart, I was worried and decided to order up in size and my dress was a bit big because of my own mistake on not following the size chart.
**everything came in a timely fashion. All the clothes were the same as in pictures. Obviously the material is cheaper (you are only paying about $10-20 per piece) so dont expect it to be high quality, but i got many compliments on my blue off the shoulder dress. Its very nice stuff i got for a good price.

I bought 4 items. 2 of them smell horrendous. So bad that I have a banging headache from it. The bag I ordered is much smaller than advertised in the sizing measurements. And a jacket I ordered is falling apart the material is falling off onto me. I have sent a ticket about a refund, will I have to pay shipping? How much. I ordered three tops all in large. One fit the two I wanted to wear on vacation were luckily, liked by my sister who wears a size 4. I wear a 12 in most tops I couldn't even get one over my head shoulder area. The fabric of the shirts were good and they were as described and as shown online. But I was very disappointed the sizes were so far off.
Who sells a 'sweatshirt' that is made out of the same material as what Australians refer to as 'skivvies' (see the Wiggles' shirts)? Who sells a lace up top where the laces come down to your belly button, while in the image they end far above this? ROMWE do this. Not only did they do this, when I tried on the 5 shirts, only 2 were as I expected. That's a success rate of 40%, and if you got that on a test you would fail. Needless to say, I was not impressed. Furthermore, about five minutes after I had tried on the shirts, I noticed what looked like the beginnings of a hive just to the left of my bellybutton. Within ten minutes, I had hives and a bright red, hot rash that extended across my back and stomach and down to the tops of my inner thighs. I am only allergic to one type of antibiotic, as far as I know, but whatever chemical is in the clothes that caused that sort of reaction is something I want as far away from me as possible. The rash lasted for twelve of some of the worst hours of my life. Imagine an itchiness so strong that it actually causes muscle contractions in your legs as you struggle to remain motionless to avoid aggravating the rash. Imagine, dear reader, your regret as you realise that for $90, you have purchased two okay shirts, three that you will never ever be able to wear and a large, aggravating rash.
Needless to say that the only time I would use this website again would be to ship clothes to my worst enemy. Only positive was that it took less than a week for my order to arrive and I'm in Australia. Will update this depending on how my application for a refund goes.

Trying to deal with Romwe's customer service is a nightmare. No phone, no chat, only a sketchy "ticket" system.
They closed our first ticket with no resolution at all. Would not even accept earrings despite the fact that they were still in original packaging.
