I placed an order on Monday and received it on Friday morning, not bad considering I live in Australia. All garments fit and as far as quality, considering the low costs, I simply don't care if they only last one season. I certainly will shop at Romwe again.
Not only was i sent the wrong dress, but there was 2 of them the same, I ordered 4 dress in which were absolutely disgusting, if i went to the chinese markets the quality would have been way superior, the original price is so pumped up and the discount is a joke. There should be a legal solution to stop these thieves from steeling our money for false product pricing and poor quality! NEVER EVER AGAIN! DONT GET CAUGHT LIKE I DID!
Ok, so I ordered just a few items. And I have been waiting a whole month! But on there website it should take up to 8 days. Now I shop online quite a bit so I know to track my package and it hasn't even moved?! After a month? Seriously? And from the looks of other reviews they know there is a shipping issue. Please mention that in the website for people who are spending there money.

Generally speaking I have low expectations when it comes to ordering clothes online. I am aware that the majority of online stores deliver the clothes from China, but I wasn't concerned as long as I would get what I payed for.
I placed an order, payed for express shipping (3-5 business days) only to find out after placing the order and contacting them that it takes 3-7 days to process the order.
So in total, even if you pay for express shipping it would never take less than 2 weeks to deliver your order. Additionally, apparently they ran out of stock, and the processing time was 7 business days, even though when I placed the order it was available.
I simply don't understand why when they send you an email of payment confirmation they don't even mention the time required for order processing. When I actually addressed this issue to them they even said "It should be in the confirmation email", well it wasn't.
Needless to say that when I asked for a store credit for my inconvenience and their policy of deceiving customers, I did not get a response.

Everything in my order has fallen apart after one wear. Clothing I bought was not at all the same description of what i received, I purchased a swim suite and it was completely see threw in the picture it is not and does not tell you on the site. With a top i wore once all of the seems came undone after going threw the washer only. A lace dress i had received has wholes all over it and dose not look at all like the picture.
I will never order from this site and I have told my friends the same.

Purchased thorogood boots that simply didn't fit properly. Nothing wrong with boot just bad fit. Talked with Victor about returning boot and RMA. Took two weeks to get straightened around. Followed up with Victor regarding reimbursement for boots two weeks after verification of boot return only to be told that he would "personally get back to me in two days to verify reimbursement." Never followed up. 5 days after that talked to Ann who assured me that I would be reimbursed in full for my troubles only to find that they charged me a 10% restocking fee regardless that Ann had assured me the full reimbursement. Victor stated all returns have a 10% restocking fee regardless of their own website stating returns are "subject" to fee. Meaning the fee is at their discretion. This whole process took 5 weeks without resolving their promise for a full reimbursement. Victor will say what he has to, to get you off the phone and Ann shouldn't be making promises she can't keep. I haven't received my clothes yet so can't comment on quality but judging from the reviews on here I'm not expecting much! The website says ships within 24 hours but my order has been saying 'processing' all week. When I enquired about how long it would be I got the rudest customer service ever asking 'is this the first time you've ever shopped online' and maybe 'I should learn so, e things before ordering' whilst sending me links to their terms and conditions pages! No wonder they have to delete all their comments from social media!

Everything on Romwe is so cute and so cheap, I'm absolutely in love with this site. There's a wide range of variety in their clothing, so there's definitely something for everyone :)

However, for me, it was perfect size
I usually wear S-M, i ordered M for my pants and S and M for my shirts. Everything fits perfect on me
