The express shipping makes no difference. Express shipping means 2-3 days & it's been a week since I've ordered & I haven't gotten my clothing yet. Curious to see if my clothing is everything I ordered since they taking decades to send it to me! What is their customer service number?

I was, at first, unaware that it could take between 5-7 business days for my order to just be processed. I received an email saying that my order had shipped, but when I hit the "track" button, it gave me a tracking number and no website to track my package on.

Placed a delivery on the 21st of June, delivery estimated ONE WEEK, it's the 1st of July and I wrote asking when to expect delivery, and they said they need a few more days to get everything ready, and still one of the items is not ready, and need couple more days to get it done. Prices are too high for the delivery service. You can get better offers on Bohoo or different other cheap shops, and probably the same quality
They really been very rude to me, hope to get my money back. WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN

My poor Mum who is 84 ordered a dress for my sons wedding, she doesn't go out and ordered it on line. When it eventually arrived it was 2 sizes too small. They are offering a refund of 10%. She only has her pension and cannot afford to waste £100 on a dress. She now cant afford to buy another dress and has a dress which is the wrong size.
Unfortunately I hadn't read the reviews on here but if I had I wouldn't have ordered the dress.
They are a scam and I want to shut their website down so this doesn't happen to anyone else but not sure how to go about it.! I'm not giving up though so will keep trying. They are a disgrace and take money under false pretence.

----SOOOO CHEAP! For starters.
Ok so I bought a couple of t shirts, denim shorts, trackies, and the Camo hoodie dress
POINTS: Out of 10
QUALITY: 9/10- The red tshirt was supposed to have WHITE printing on it but (most likely due to postage handling) the writing is already peeling and red
SIZING: 10/10. Cos I order a size up. Normally a AU 10-12 which is around UK 38/ MEDIUM -I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong. But, I order LARGE and fits a lot better.
DELIVERY: 8/10. Like I said in my last post. Delivery is really FAST but, like I said don't bother tracking it cos the Delivery Service doesn't update status. AGAIN, says it was in transit in CHINA. But, I've received it once again. So yeah...

I ordered three t-shirt dresses, one long sleeve, one sleeveless, one that was a t-shirt. They all fit great and are true to size expect the sleeveless one, it is like a swim suit cover up (extremely short) I also ordered sunglasses and they are durable, not flimsy. I ordered on a Thursday and it was there by the following Saturday, so just a week and two days. I will definitely order from here again!
They usually have amazing sales and pricing, also quick help via the online chat! Just becareful about sizing since it can vary from product to product
I recently just purchased an order from Romwe, and I have to say I'm pretty disappointed.
I was really excited to receive my order that I made from them, considering I have always had great luck ordering online and oversees (Showpo, Peppermayo, Saboskirt etc.)
I made this purchase in hopes to get a nice birthday outfit out of it, so I purchased multiple dresses thinking I would just choose the one I liked best. But when my order came in, everything I received looked absolutely nothing like it did in the photos, and the material for majority of the dresses felt and looked like bathing suit material and was so cheap! The zipper literally broke on one of the dresses as I was unzipping it before I had even gotten the chance to try it on!
The sizes were all over the place as well... I ordered everything a size larger than what I normally wear, just in case considering it was the first time I had ordered from this website, and I'm tall so length can sometimes be an issue. And they all fit differently! Some were much much smaller and shorter than they should have been for that size, and some were much larger and longer.
Plus, the shipping time was so misleading! I chose express shipping which stated 3-7 business days. But it took two weeks before it got here.
Considering how much I ordered, and everything turned out cheaply made and the all looked nothing like what the website advertised is unacceptable.

I love this website. They have the cutest clothes for affordable prices. Caroline helped me in the online chat and she was great.
I thought this site was very cute. I've wanted to order from here and made numerous carts until I finally brought clothing. The website says 3-7 days until shipments are processed and then they will be shipped out. Today, is 20 days since I have order my items and nothing has been shipped. I have written 2-3 customer service tickets all asking the status of my order, the only thing I've been told is that one dress that I ordered would be shipped at a later date because it is on back order. Why does it take 20 days or more to process 3 clothing items? I do not understand and I don't think in the near future after I receive this order, if I ever do, I will be ordering from this website again.

I ordered several items and was hoping to receive them by a certain date but only two items came early. I am very satisfied with the items. I also contacted customer service and asked about delivery and my other package saying it was shipped but no tracking number provided. Within 24 hours I have a tracking number and a link that works. It appears i will receive my other package on time as well. So far I am pleased with purchasing from Romwe.
My daughter directed me to this site (19) because I am a sexy senior (so I am told) and I love the vintage dresses you have. They are not only beautiful to look at but feel wonderful on too. When you are over 60 you want to look your best -- I can do just that with the clothes you offer. I am a young looking 60+ and I dress like a classic women. Romwe vintage has just the style that I love - style with an edge but sophisticated.
I wouldn't trust a company that never responds to their customers or their artists who upload designs. They have no customer service whatsoever from what I have experienced. I have been emailing them and have even left a voicemail to reply to my emails with some very simple questions that would just take a minute to answer. Its been two weeks now of me waiting for a response and I have received NOTHING. I am deleting all of my designs from their website because if this is how they treat their contributors I can't imagine how they treat the people who buy stuff from them that have issues or questions and concerns. Rage-OFF.

Well I ordered a hoodie with Pockets... yes it had a hood and yes it had pockets... but the hood was sewn on back to front so when I wear it the pockets are on the back or if I wear the pockets at the front the hood is then on the front instead of the back. Photos available.
