After reading horrible reviews and having just ordered 3 items i decided to cancel my order since they also said the customer service is terrible. After requesting to cancel my order and giving my reason of not hearing the nicest reviews they avoided cancelling and told me i could return my items if they weren't to my liking. Taking so long to get back to me and having to pay to return my clothes, I'm not happy with my decision to shop on their website. I paid for crappy quality clothes and customer service. I have yet to hear back with a resolution.
Easy to buy clothes at great price & quality. The customer service is also helpful! Shipping is as fast as it can.
I found this website from Instagram and looked through some of their clothing and prices & thought okay, I'll get some things from here. We ordered on May 31st with express shipping and it's now June 12th. I ordered these clothes for a vacation & we leave on the 25th. So I'm a bit worried if they're going to be here before then. When I check 'My orders' it has been saying processing ever since. After reading some of these reviews, I'm even more worried. We spent $129 so I'm just wanting to receive my clothes. If I could please get a response back as to where my clothes are and when they'll get to me would be lovely.
The sizes aren't even accurate. Bought few t-shirts for my wife as she found them on your website, after its arrived it hardly fits my little sister (that's how inaccurate the sizes are) so disssspointed and not buying again.

1) They will deliver your order but it can take quite a while to reach you. It may also come as multiple deliveries.
2) I'm from the UK and their sizes are approximately 2 too small. I ordered size 12 items and I'd honestly say they were more like size 6. Could barely fit a leg into my shorts, oops (diet time!). But no, they're way off. Order two sizes two big if you're going to buy stuff.
3) Should you want to return items (which you will because they make clothes to fit a race of imaginary super skinny size 0 people), IT COSTS A FORTUNE ... and they don't cover the cost. ALSO, should your order come in multiple deliveries, you may end up having to return one order as multiple returns (hope that makes sense) .. expensive. Cost me £40 to return my order.
4) They don't do a real exchange. You have to return your goods, wait for your refund, and then re-order the size you want. But by this stage you'll most likely be sick of waiting around and not bother.
5) For all of this they have the most complicated returns/ticket system ever. It's just too much faff, for clothes that generally won't fit and that aren't the best quality (but they're cheap so I can let them off with this one ....... if they sizes were correct and I didn't have to send half my order back).

They blatantly lie to you about measurements. No way do you get the size you ordered. The top I received would probably fit a pre-teen, but nowhere near what I was told I would be getting.
I've read other reviews about refund nightmares, so I just sent it to my 13 year old niece.

Like any online purchase, be sure to read return polices BEFORE considering making a purchase. If I listened to my own advice, I wouldn't be taking the time to write this review. ROMWE's return policy will make you want to squirm out of your seat and regret wasting the time spent browsing their site.
Cheap prices for cheap clothes. They make you believe you are getting a good deal by displaying their items one 'SALE' from $25 to $7, but after waiting an eternity to receive them you anxiously open your package only to find out the item you think you got such a good deal on looks like its actually worth half the price you paid, if that. I purchased couple shirts for like $10 each on sale form $25 and the overall quality was like $2. I even felt bad giving them away. I would have much rather given that money to a homeless person.
And to you ROMWE, how could you sleep at night?

I have ordered over 10+ pieces clothings and bags for my summer holidays. I do have to say i have received the most problems with my products with my first shopping experience with them. 1. jumpsuit came without buttons. (refunded) 2. Sling bag hook was broken. (refunded) 3. Skinny leggings not true to size and pocket sewing were ripped, had to take the whole pocket out myself so it'll be wearable (refunded but amount not as what i bought, they explained but i still couldnt understand and by that time i was too annoyed with all the issues).
The problem is im ok with them refunding my money but they do not include my postage fee. In the end i still have to get my items replaced and pay extra for postage cause i did not reach their free shipping policy.
They do have quite a decent amount of products and new updates everyday but service can definitely improve. Not sure if i will ever shop with them again?

I do think that Romwe is a hit or miss kind of thing, for some people its a really bad experience, for others everything works out completely fine. They are kind of sketchy im not going to lie, I've seen an exact cardigan from forever 21 --which I bought from forever 21 myself-- so I am sure that it was that cardigan. Ive also seen a dress from Free People on the website. So I mean they are definitely buying and reselling and whatever they cannot find it seems they try to make. In that way its a hit or miss. The first time I ordered I bought a blush pink maxi skirt for an event and it took long to come in but the skirt was exactly as It was advertized on the website. I received several complements on it. The next time I ordered, I got the grey version of the maxi skirt, a red maxi dress, and a green maxi dress. The skirt was perfect, the dress also perfect--it was fully lined, great material (although it was longer than I thought). However, the green maxi dress did not turn out like the picture... it was wayyy too short and not enough material. So that was a miss. I recently ordered a few more maxi dresses from them. So I like that they have good prices and the things I have ordered came out fine but I do agree that some of the stuff is super sketchy and I would just be careful when you order. Mostly things with only one picture is probably not gonna come like you think it is... always order at your own risk. I will say it takes a while to get here... probably two or three weeks.

I ordered about 10 pieces of clothing on romwe, received them about 3 weeks later only to discover that most of them were terrible quality and looked nothing like their pictures on the website. Out of the 10 things i bought I only wanted to keep 3 but when i went to the post office to return the other items, they told me it would be 106$ to send the package back to that address.
Never ordering there again, terrible quality and not worth the price. (including 30$ fee if you aren't in the states)

I give this site two stars because I think it's hit or miss, depending on the product you order. I ordered this romper and another dress. Dress was descent quality, though I did pay a bit more for that one. This one was "60% off," which is a bold claim, because it eludes that the product is worth more than you're paying when, in actuality, it's still a bit of a rip off with the sale price.
The romper pictured below hardly covers my boobs. Proportionally, it makes no sense. I am 5'6,120 lbs, and a small b cup. It's not like I ever have issues with my boobs being covered. The sewn in pads within the lace are way off to the side-- It just doesn't seem like it was measured properly. Also, I noticed a yellow-ish stain on one of the pads in the top.
In summary, there are some good things on this site - just make sure you read reviews or you may get duped, and don't be fooled by the "___% off!" You get what you pay for in this case.

All I can say is DON'T buy anything from this website the clothes are NOT they advertise they are cheaply made and the material used is disgusting badly sewn overall a complete rip off shame shame shame on romwe I have opened a dispute case with paypal hopefully they will resolve the issue of a refund

I have always been sceptical about ordering anything online. Especially clothing. ROMWE has put me off for life. After spending all of my birthday money ($200) on this site there are only 3 items out of the 10 I ordered that I can keep. The quality is terrible, the sizing is disgraceful. I ordered a "coat" when it arrived I was absolutely disgusted, it was a square piece of material with 2 badly cut out holes that weren't evenly cut, the stitching is terrible, the only thing it would be good for is scrap material & I paid $20 for it. My own fault I guess... I should have read the review 1st. "Lesson learnt"
