You guys make my life so much easier. It's online, has cute clothes it has sales and the presentation of the clothes is cute.
So to start off I would like to say that I recieved one great item which was the black mock neck dress, love the material. And on to the bad items... I bought a black one piece swimsuit in a small and typically swimsuits stretch but jokes on me because this swimsuit was was too small to be a small. Second, I got a grey t-shirt dress in a small & this thing fits like a large, like why? Third, I received a white beautiful one piece swimsuit and yet again I am let down because the material in the front is great but the back sucks you can see right through it. I mean it's a bathing suit shouldn't the company know better? But it's okay I'm going to use the white bathing suit as a body suit & throw on some shorts over it. Last I got a blue backless one piece and the straps are way too stretchy so that is an accident waiting to happen. All in all not really happy & won't be shopping there again.
I was trying to order some clothes from their app store which said that you get a 60% off your first app order. When I applied the coupon code the amount was not reduced and when I contacted them their answer was that the 60% was from the retail price and not the price listed on their website. This was not stated anywhere in their advertisment. I am Very disappointing on their deceiving advertisements! Will not be ordering from there

Edit: I finally actually received my items, even though they arrived too late for them to be considered as a birthday present (thanks for the stress by the way). Most of the items I purchased were either too small or had spelling errors (I'm actually not surprised). Luckily my daughter loved the items enough to keep them, and save the hassle of actually attempting to return the items.
Absolutely horse s*! T, wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy.
Also, they still continue to pester me about changing the rating so, there. I changed it :)

So I ordered about 11 items and that was on the second of July. So I was very happy with the prices and how cute the clothes were. But since about 6th i haven't seen it heard anything in the shipping! Nothing. Just like it was off the grid. I know I takes some time but then I submitted a ticket and that was a couple days ago and its still processing and I know its takes time but I would even be happy with any update on anything! Please if someone from the business could update me! Oh but thats not the worst. After they finally sent my package now I know im not a small girl but a xl is great for me, However all the clothing i order had fit on me like a med-large at the most. My shopping experience with Romwe is definitely the worst shopping experience I've ever had. By far, the worst quality products I've ever seen in my life. And I don't tend to exaggerate. I ordered a few swimsuits on their website, it took a long time to arrive (over two weeks), and the swimsuits didn't even look like the pictures online. It's misleading product presentation at best. However, "at best" is not reality... The reality is that their products are tattered crap being displayed online as decent "fast fashion" clothing. I know "fast fashion" products are usually cheap and poor quality, but Romwe has reached a new level by finding a way to legally sell trash.
The stock photos of models wearing the garments look fine, then they come in the mail and they're basically discolored rags. They were not even the same cut/shape as the picture online, I basically got sent swimsuits that look almost nothing like what they did on the website. Without even trying them on, I could hold them up and see that they were a different shape/cut, color, and were all really thin cheap material. I felt like they were going to fall apart in my hands.
I did try them on because I saw they had the protection tape in the crotch, and I left underwear on like everyone's supposed to when you're trying on a bathing suit. Long story short for the quality aspect, their stuff is complete $#*!. Not to mention they didn't even fit even though I was diligent in looking at their sizing chart and it turns out they were wrong.
As for customer service, I sent in one of their ticket requests (an idiotic excuse for customer service) to explain my shopping experience and requested information on how to return the items. Their response was simply that they don't allow returns for swimwear. After checking the website again, and after searching for quite a while, I finally found their return policy on bathing suits. It's just my opinion, but I think policies like that should be a little more accessible and clear. I'm sure they hide that information strategically, to sucker people into buying their $#*!ty products.
Seriously, do me a favor and your wallet a favor. I don't care how "inexpensive" their stuff is, and that they're constantly "claiming" that everything's 65% off. You're paying for rags. I would be genuinely happy if customer reviews such as these cause people to stop shopping on their website, and they eventually go out of business (I've read a lot of the others and it seems like there have been plenty of people who have had the same experience as me). I think businesses should uphold at least a certain amount of integrity, and Romwe does not make the cut.

I bought a Ted Baker dress from selfridges, it was too big but sold out everywhere. Romwe had a picture of the dress, was calling it Ted Baker and everything, I paid for the dress (same price as I paid in Selfridges). I waited and waited no delivery, realised no contact details on the site. Thought I had been scammed. 6 weeks later I received a cheap tatty cream lace dress, absolutely nothing like the ted baker one I ordered! Still not heard back from them.

I ordered two tops from the Romwe site at the start of June and I was really excited. However after constantly tracking the order and only seeing the words 'processing', I had to force myself to lower my expectations. Now, a month after ordering, I have only just got the email to say that my order has been dispatched and is now being shipped. The site itself does not include the necessary shipping information it needs because it doesn't even tell you where your clothes are coming from (I had to research to find out they come from China). Hopefully the quality of the clothes will be worth the wait!

If there could be a star for bad customer service I would rate them to the Worstest and they do come top scammers in my catagory...
DO NOT shop from this place. I ordered three items: High-waisted denim skirt, Scalloped skinnies, and high waisted denim shorts. It took nearly two weeks for their items to get here. When I finally received the items today, I opened the items and there came a very plastic-y chemical smell which was awful. Two out of the three items had buttons but no holes for the buttons! It was the denim skirt and the scalloped skinnies that didnt have the holes. I can't even wear these. Do not make this mistake like I did.

Let me start off by saying customer service, amazing! The people help you out as much as they can. They don't seem dull either which is great. And then the clothes are so cute!
I found the website via pinterest and was all excited because they have super cute items and they are cheap, so i thought i would order 2 items just to see how they fit and the quality of them... I looked at the sizing chart because i do have curves so i wanted to make sure i would order the right size... I got an XL shirt and an XL dress normally i would be between a med/large. WELL when i got the items... i could barley get the shirt on! It was sooo small. Made for a child im sure, if you are 130 lbs and 5 10 then this is the website for you. The items are WAY TO SMALL for an average size girl to wear.
My friend also ordered items from the website and the dresses are soo short, she said they are shirts on her. The shirt she ordered fit her like a crop top (which it was not suppose to be)
I dont think this website is worth it, they make clothes to fit children NOT an average size women... VERY DISAPPOINTING..

This site is awful, yes the clothes are cheap but the sizing sucks!
Ordered size XXL jeans and they don't even fit a size 12 person properly. I ordered a skirt that said a size 68cm waist and it came as was only a size 60cm waist and the zip doesn't even work properly. Only 2 items out of the 9 that were order (over $180) fit properly even after I checked the sizing again and again before ordering to make sure it would fit. Very disappointed and never ordering from them again.
