I ordered a large in 3 three items and the fit is for someone of a size 2. Do not order anything from this site if you have a normal bust! All the material is very cheap and nothing of what I ordered resembles the photos. One shirt said it was chiffon but it looked like paper!

I ordered from your website two days ago and I cancelled my order straight away. I submitted a cancellation ticket like your FAQ says to do but I still have not received any replies. It has been over 24 hours and your website says that you would respond within 24 hours. I want a full refund of my order before it starts processing.

I'm going on a vacation in a few days and I'm worried that my order won't get to me on time due to the reviews people give saying that takes a month
I ordered just over £80 worth of items as they all looked low price and who doesn't love a good bargain. But wow you certainly get what you pay for. I am not even joking when I say this is THE worst company I have ever ordered from.
First of all the order arrived late, well past the 5-7 working days.
When the parcel FINALLY did arrive I was so so disappointed. All of the items were described as cotton or some other stretchy material, being a woman with large breasts, obviously the type of material I need. Every single item came and it was a satin material, stiff, couldn't even get them over my chest. The only thing that did seem to fit was a pink casual dress, which looked nothing like the image on the website and made me look like I was sporting a bed sheet.
I genuinely do not believe the company will give me my money back when sending the FULL order back, as everything else seems to be dodgy eg. Shipping, none of the items being (or looking) how they are on the website and the fact they have no phone line?
Overall I waited over two weeks for satin rubbish and bed sheets to arrive. Livid and 80 quid down.

After waiting almost a month for my order, I have received my clothing today. Whilst this was very frustrating, I am very happy with the actual clothes and found them to be accurately described. Therefore I would recommend that you order from this site, as long as you are prepared for the lengthy waiting time and allow for this. However a few of the items are not my style (nothing is wrong with them) and wish to return them. I have contacted romwe directly and asked how to go about this, so will update this review on how easy it was to return the clothing (I have had them less than one day and they are all in perfect condition in the original packaging) and how quickly my money was refunded into my account.

Had a order of 5 items one order was the denim jacket I'm keeping that very cute Then ordered two Active Wear Sets There Okay a lil baggy but I'm keeping hopefully they shrink, then I order two high waist denim very dissapointed I'm only a size 3 and they didn't fit plus one Was Damaged. I love the website great lay out but why does it say ships 24hr because it doesn't why don't you just Put "It's not going to get here in that time." It takes ages for them to arrive so if your getting clothes from here make sure to order them 1 month before you want to wear them. They really do take so long.

From my first time looking through Romwe till now, it's always been extremely easy to navigate through and find exactly what you're looking for. There are filters that can help find items in your price range or style. Easy to add to cart, check on your orders, and pay. Over all, this site it just great in general.
Don't do it. I ordered a medium and can't even pull it up over my thighs and it even has an elastic waist band around the back of the skirt. I usually wear a 4/6 and it's probably a size 0/2 and it took 20 days for me to get it. If I could give it 0 stars I would for sure.
