Recently I spent around $200 ordering stuff from this site. My first time. (also first time leaving a review thats how bad it was). $200 on this site got me around 16 items. Out of those 16 items, i am keeping NONE.
Shoes - one of the shoes came with a broken buckle which fell to my floor upon opening the box... the other came without a buckle.
Shorts - HOW THE FU*K do you send me a pair of shorts with a button yet the hole is stitched up so the button doesnt work since it cant go through?
Dresses - the lining for the dresses i bought were all stitched the outer so not only does it bulge up, but it serves no purpose because you can see completely through it. BTW, its not just one dress, its like 3 dresses. None of the straps on any of the dresses i bought work, nothing holds up.
Top: i ordered this cuteeeeeee peplum top. It was all strappy in the back. So pretty. Until it came and i tried it on. All of the straps are detached. How are they supposed to hold together? No clue. Even on top, because its a halter, theres supposed to be a button or something to hook it. NOTHING. How do you sell products like this?
The material all polyster, and its cheap and not breathable... cant wear it in the summer here in NY, i will sweat to death.
Worst yet, to return all of these items, i have to open a ticket online... then pay for shipping, then wait an estimated 3 weeks for the refund?
THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD SHOPPING ONLINE. Look at the pics. Im going to try on everything again just to show you.
I asked my operator Caroline 2 questions that I was unsure about for after I received my produce and she assured me that I can send it back and get the correct size and only pay for the shipping back fee, she also said that if I was unhappy with the product I can return it just pay the shipping fee.
I ordered 5 pieces and used the 60% as well, when I went to check out and paid I was told only 60% can be applied to the one item. Very misleading when in fact it states all new customers are entitled to 60% off your first order. Omg the clothes, I cant even tell you how annoyed I am. Not to mention it took forever fRWPHK*******or them to arrive. I wear a small and have boobs, unless your starving yourself even a skinny chic will not be able to wear most of the dresses etc. I received a black dress which is too tight due to my bust size and white maxi dress that is tight and a small as well. I finally heard from them an was told I have to pay for my own shipping to exchange. Now i have never heard of that in my life, especially from a clothing website. They are located in China which will be more just to exchange than buy a new dress from somewhere in NY. Also no way to get in touch with them other than the chat room which is helpful but if I am paying money I want to be able to speak with someone especially when the clothes I paid for fit terribly. Now I am left with 2 dresses I will never wear because I refuse to pay to exchange clothes because they don't have correct sizes. Beware because non of the clothes are what they seem. False advertisement.

I bought 4 things (technically 5, I didn't realize I purchased two of the same shirt). You have to realize if you are buying from North America that this is an Asian website. Nothing wrong with that BUT our sizing is different. So if you want to buy from here, know your measurements and also don't be too shocked if half the stuff doesn't fit. The skirt I bought even after having to put it over my head did not fit. I also bought a loose flowy shirt that could have looked nice if I didn't have boobs. They did not send me any return address label so it would be out of my pocket if I wanted to return it. Aka spend $20 on shipping to get $30 back. Also there is duty at the border soooooo its really rolling the dice to get "cheap" clothing. Its unfortunate as there skirts are adorable.

I placed my order on 7/16/16. I just received my tracking number and statement that says my order has been placed (7/22/16). The clothes I ordered, I am actually really looking forward to so hopefully I can put a great review for this website when my order arrives. As of right now, my order shipped within 5 business days and I am happy about that. I do wish that processing, shipping, and arrival times were much quicker because I really enjoyed selecting and then purchasing all of the items in my order.

I am very disappointed in this online clothing website. I went on and ordered 2 pairs and trousers and a bikini. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CITE!
I am a small size 10 and ordered a 12 just in case they didn't fit. These trousers are VERY small in size and made of a horrible material. They had no holes for the button to go through and do not look anything like the pictures they put online to demonstrate how they look.
To return the items it would cost me around £30-£50 (UK). It would not be worth sending them back for my money.
I will never order from this cite again. Once again very angry and disappointed that I will not receive any money back.
I had a little trouble understanding the coupon codes but the operators were very helpful. I haven't received my order but I'm optimistic and looking forward to it. They have great products and great sales!
My little cousin actually placed this order on my account and I tried to cancel IMMEDIATELY, but I have not found any button to do so like most stores give you the option to do so. I emailed support IMMEDIATELY to inform them what happened, I am still awaiting a response, but based on these other reviews I am terrified that the order is going to process and send me things that I didn't even want!
I'm probably going to end up calling my bank tomorrow to void the transaction as it was not meant to be made.

Update: they ignored my customer service orders completely and sent me an email saying that 4 of 18 or 19 items sent and it would take 3-20 business days even though I have express shipping going for me. I checked the measurements on all of the items ordered and they all should work for me, but I am nervous that even if I liked the items, they will be too small. And now that they have ignored my two customer service emails to cancel the order, I will be expected to pay for shipping any items back to China which costs about as much as 3 items which is absolutely horrific. Absolutely the most dreadful, frustrating customer service experience ever. DO NOT SHOP AT ROMWE.

When I ordered from this website, I checked reviews AFTER I ordered(which I should've done BEFORE ordering) because the prices seemed too good to be true. I read a lot of bad reviews and I knew that I would take awhile and I got it about 20 business days later. I tried to email listed above and calling a number but the line didn't work and the email address wasn't valid. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering shorts or any bottoms bc I even ordered a size bigger than my actual size and it was still too small! And I ordered 2 pairs of shorts. They don't fit right like in the picture at all and I also had to cut my own button holes. I will never order from here again-waste of my money.

Bt over all im surprised with my order after all the reviews i read. Also for ever 21 has dissapointed me with a few items before so i. Guessing over all it was a good investemnt

UPDATE: I messaged them on their response below and have yet to hear back... IF I ever do.
So for the skirts, keep in mind THEY WILL NOT HAVE SLITS FOR THE BUTTONS. I ordered the skirt with buttons down the front that SHOWS there are holes for the buttons, but there are not. I literally just got a piece of fabric.
I emailed customer service and they told me to cut my own... If I could add pictures on here I would. It's absolutely ludicrous. In their words, "How about you cut holes?" Do you want me to sew up all of my clothes as well? I didn't pay for a piece of fabric, I paid for a skirt.
I'm giving them 2 stars because the order was actually faster than I was expecting. Everything is cheap, but keep in mind there's a reason for that. I ordered most of the stuff I liked a size bigger based on the comments and most of them worked, except for a skirt and shirt.
Their clothes are very cheap but some things actually worked. It's a gamble here, so good luck!

I ordered three pieces and very satisfied with them. The quality was as it was mentioned in the descriptions. My queries were always answered and i got the delivery within the expected time.
I did express shipping and it has to be here before july 27th they said the one of the items wasn't ready and that i have to either cancel the item and they can ship the rest how ever i choose another item to replace the one i really wanted and told them if they couldn't get that one quick then to just send long will this take?!
