Alright so I placed an order on the 25th of July on the 1st of August it got shipped and I was told my shipment will come in 5 to 20 business days... I just wanted to know will I really Have to wait that long? I was really hoping I would have them before school started. And if it takes up to 20 business days it will be to late.
I ordered some things from this site just 2 days ago, Aug 2 worth about 330 dollars and I received a mail this morning saying i have to send a picture of my credit card and my ID. I don't understand why I have to send a photo of my credit card and ID especially when the said amount has already been deducted from my account. I buy stuffs online with my card and I have never had to send a picture of my card before. Please explain this cos I don't get it.

I always like to view situations in a positive way, but I am becoming slowly more and more aware of the time my package is taking to be shipped, I spent a lot of money on my order and feel as though delivery times should not be specified if they cannot be met, since ordering from ROMWE I have been reading reviews and becoming more and more doubtful of the website, I immediately felt let down by the company when I wasn't given my 60% off at checkout in which I was promised for my first time purchasing in total I think I got just over a pound off which did make me slightly concious of proceeding the order but was in the love with my choice of clothes and felt like I deserved some summer clothes for my upcoming holiday for the end of this week (yet did have to remove a lot of items from my basket due to it not being affordable without the 60% off), although it's looking as though I won't be receiving this delivery in time for that which I am incredibly disappointed about, I feel as though the whole website was too good to be true and my order is still being 'processed', I don't like feeling as though I've wasted my money when I could have ordered from a more reliable shop in which I've used before and know I can rely on them to get my delivery here on time, just have my fingers crossed my package arrives soon and the clothes fit.

Please do not trust Romwe and make the same mistake I did. I ordered three tops, a romper, a pair of jean shorts, and a stick-on bra. I measured my size according to what it said to do on the app. I am a relatively small person but these clothes don't fit on me! I am normally a size 2 and can't even get the shorts fully on. The shirts are a terrible, see-through material and skin tight (basically crop-tops, though they were not advertised as such). The romper is see-through as well and truly unfit to wear. The stick-on bra is the only thing that's useable, but even that is a stretch because of the bad material it's made out of. I would like to get a refund for what I paid; what I was delivered is NOT what I was led to believe what I ordered. Please have a Romwe representative contact me about a refund.

I ordered 4 items, which took them over 10 days to process, and just received the clothing today. A friend also ordered several items and just received them a few days ago. I was very excited to finally be getting my clothes. Until I touched them. They feel so cheap. That wouldn't be an issue, because they were cheap, if they fit. Only one item out of 4 fit me even though I ordered the correct size according to their size chart and measured myself several times as well as getting measured by a seamstress. The coat barely fit over my shoulders and doesn't come close to buttoning even though it should have been roomy acording to their size chart. It also felt very cheap. The pull over sweater wasn't even long enough for my torso despite it being the largest size, which is normally too long for me, and had a weird foamy texture. The white slouchy off the shoulder shirt was very tight and not off the shoulder at all. The item that does fit is cute, feels worse and heavier than expected but it fits.
My friend had the same experience as me and we both plan on returning items.
If you're very thin with a small bust it might work but I'm average, plus sized clothing is way big on me, with a medium to large bust and it didnt work. Don't trust their size chart too much.
Their customer service was decent, got back to me in about a day, they're busy I understand that, and were polite.

I ordered a decent amount of clothing - all that were supposed to be shipped in " 24 hours " except for 1 article. I contacted romwe and the customer service told me that yes, my shipment would go faster if I canceled that article. She told me it would we 12-24 hours. I then spoke with someone yesterday and they told me 3 days. I po led express shipping to have it here for a particular date and the customer service basically told me to cancel my order because I would not get it on time. The clothing is super cute but extremely disappointed in how long it is taking to " process ". The 24 hour option does not work - do not depend on it.

Order wasn't even dispatched after 12 days. Had to cancel it because it wouldn't be here in time for my holiday. Then had to pay to get replacement items from another retailer. Their response time of 1 day is too slow. Have now been told that my refund will be with me within a month! I ordered 7 items from Romwe, expecting to get them in 2 weeks, but 10 days later they responded that one of the item in my order is sold out. Which is passed their packing and shipping policy.
Then I tried to track my ordering realizing it's product is being shipped from China, which I was really surprised. If I knew I wouldn't have order from this site. Anything ordered online from China are cheap, bad and small material.
Until today I still haven't received my order, and it has been over a month.

Had a question about discount and an online operator answered right away
I ordered clothes during a sale and attempted to put the first time customer discount on it. However, Romwe says you have the discount without telling you it doesn't apply to sale items! I IMMEDIATELY cancelled my order after my total came out to three times what I was expecting. It's been a full 24 hours and some and they hadn't responded to my ticket. It seems funny that it takes them only a second to TAKE your money, but when it comes to returns they're suddenly silent! They instead sent me an email the next day saying that the clothes I had cancelled were being shipped! Why would they be shipped if I cancelled the order right after ordering? It's most likely so that they can ship the clothing and deny me my return when they FINALLY decide to respond to my ticket. I'd hate to get the bank involved, but I will if I do not get a response in the next 24 hours. DISHONEST AND HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
