I ordered from romwe for back to school clothes all the things i ordered said they would be shipped within 24 hours and its been 3 days now and it the tenth of august and my school fifteenth of august and i was wondering if there was anyway of speeding the process up because of some of the reviews i have read said that they dont get to until months later so please if there is anyway i could get it before the fifteenth i would be so greatful

They have the greatest clothing. It's cheap, it's great quality. It's ships quite quickly. I really recommend this site.
I ordered a huge order about 4 or 5 days ago and I just checked on it today and it still says processing. Mind you I selected items that promised to ship within 24 hours and received express shipping. Everything I ordered from the site was for back to school and school starts next week. I don't know what to do if I don't receive the items by then because I also ordered a backpack. I am confused, worried, and a bit angered as of now.
So I got my items from Romwe some things I did like and some I didn't the sizes were a little bit bigger than expected but I just wanted to see if it wasn't a scam which it is not but it is a hit or miss with this site and you get what you paid for

I love romwe so much ah, all their clothes are super cute and the prices are amazing. I'm currently working through issues on my payment for an order i'm trying to make, but other than that the other two items I've ordered in the past arrived and are both what I expected. I highly recommend!
Romwe is great! The prices are so super cheap but from what I have seen from my friends that have ordered, the quality is top notch! The customer service is also really helpful and super quick. The responses are instant and very efficient and helpful. There is so much choice and website is really easy to navigate. There's also lots of different offers on which is awesome too!
All the items are so quirky and different to most places, I know that this is going to become my favourite shopping destination! :D

Finds it absolutely stupid how they don't have a phone number to contact them at, and you have to submit a ticket in order to talk to them about an order, which probably won't even be answered. Totally scam! Out $200 now, cause it's impossible to contact them. Besides probably on here. But they told me that they haven't received any payment from me (even if it shows on my banking that the money did go to romwe) only after they tried to make me send them an additional $25 and I started to question why. I want my money back! Or Atleast the clothes!

My order got sent to the wrong address somewhere in New Jersey. When the billing information had our address in it. We didn't put the NJ address either. I used the tracking option and it said that my order had arrived at the address in NJ. Very annoyed.

As long as this order goes well, I will be happy. However, the whole "summer rhapsody 60% off" special and the "first time user 60%" coupon are a little misleading. I was under the impression that the first time was additional to the summer rhapsody.
I discovered Romwe through YouTube and decided to try it out, I have ordered 3 orders with them and have been satisfied with the service! I love my dress and two piece outfit both are good quality and are so cute and worth the price! I ordered two other dresses but wasn't 100% happy with them because they didn't look as I imagined them but the return was very easy and I got a full refund quickly so I was happy about that. Lastly I ordered a very cute backpack for $10 and it ms perfect! Very well made and just as seen on the website I would buy from here again!

I ordered something on July 28th with standard shipping. Last time I did this it took 9 days to arrive and I had all the tracking information. This time, I received a tracking number only when I emailed customer service to complain. I have checked it every day and it has not changed at all from the original wording where all it says is shipped. In other words, I have no idea when I will receive it or if I even will. I placed an order 2 weeks ago. It says that it is still in the processing. I have never heard of something taking 2 weeks for it to ship. I had to email them multiple times to see what was going on. They keep telling me "don't worry" umm... yes I will start to worry when I have spent over $200 on things. I cancelled my order today because this is ridiculous. I then saw all these reviews and said that to get your money back is another long dragged out process. Its funny how quick they take your money but forever to get it back. I told that to the "customer service" person and once again they kept telling me "don't worry". This place is very unprofessional and I am very happy I cancelled this order.
