I was really impressed with how quickly my order came. It arrived at my house within 4 days of ordering it. The shirt I got is such great quality and fits me perfectly!
I order a swimsuit, and 3 shirts from romwe. It took about 2 weeks to get delivered, which I was happy about since that was the estimated time, although I hoped it would be even sooner. The one thing Im disappointed about was the plain black one piece swimsuit I ordered. I knew it was a risk so I bought it for 7$ knowing I may not be satisfied. The material of the swimsuit was very thing and the swimsuit did not have as much coverage on the butt as it appeared in the picture. The description also said it came with a padded bra, which it did not. Other than that swimsuit, Im happy with my shirts. Two of them were one size and the other one was an XL since I wanted it to be baggy. I typically wear a size medium, occasionally a large, and i have a slim/athletic build, and the one size has fit me perfectly so far. I would suggest ordering a size up for ones where you have an option on the size. I just finished ordering 7 more items. I find with these kinds of websites that tshirts and even blouses are usually decent quality and tend to fit well, but any kind of shirt or piece of clothing thats more sophisticated and needs to fit a specific way, do not usually fit the way you want. Thats why for this site I think I will stick to just buying tshirts, blouses and sweatshirts. As many people have said, these clothes are not top quality, which is why they are cheap. However, the clothes are decent from what I have experienced and if youre like me, I like to keep changing my clothes and styles anyways so I dont need them to last for 10 years. I hope this helps!
The clothing and accessories from Romwe are the most affordable I have ever found, along with being exactly what I want! I bought a black leather backpack from here a while back and honestly wasn't sure what to expect of it, but it goes everywhere with me and I love it. Also there are always great deals and coupons available, and the customer service takes good care of their customers. With the wide selection offered here, I very rarely want to shop anywhere else.
My experience with Romwe was great! I got my items in less than two weeks! The quality of the top was like a high end top! I have pictures linked on alismithstyle.com! I would recommend!
I followed the size chart and even order a size bigger (given the reviews) and my rompers came in still too small. The fabric was not how it looked in the photo (I get its cheap, but I paid $18 US - cad over $20) which isn't that cheap to get a fabric thats like paper. The swim suit didn't even look or made out swim suit material (with strings pulled out). Out of 5 items, one swim suit is slightly decent. When I messaged them, they replied we are sorry for the size problem (disregarding all other concerns). Considering I spent over $60 US = almost $80 Cad I am very upset. The delivery took 28 business days, the items were cheap, falling apart, small and unwearable. I am extremely upset with this website and that I wasted so much money and time. Should of went out and got myself something nice for that money.
After two weeks and being a little worried I got my orders in. I am 100% satisfied and have nothing bad to say. I must of saved a few hundred. It definitely pays off to be patient.
I ordered my clothes a week ago and still haven't gotten an email about them being shipped off. I even paid extra to have it shipped faster. They already took my money and it would great to have the clothes already. I am definitely never ordering anything else from this website.

The only reason I'm even writing a review is BC they emailed me trying to bribe me with a coupon to write a positive review. Sorry I don't take bribes, but I'll happily wrote you an honest review.
I took a chance and ordered from Romwe a couple times. Most of their clothes are VERY low quality - but I guess I would not have expected much more - for the price. Quality expectations are relative... I shop at Neimans and Saks and also have found good items at a really low price at places like TJ Maxx and Forever 21... so took a chance here.
I thought that the service was ok. It's all via email and you need to open tickets for assistance. Return credit process is confusing. You open a ticket to initiate a return, and then you send it back and you get NO notification the return was received, or credit was issued. I had to proactively ask them about my return and credit, at which time, they issued a credit and confirmed receipt. Had I not contacted them, who knows if I ever would have been credited. Also, they close-out tickets that to me, were not really "resolved" (i. E. my return-related tickets). Finally, i agree 100% with others on here. Shipping was very slow. I even paid an extra $10+ for expedited shipping to get an item before a vacation, and even calculated fulfillment time, and it still did not arrive in time. I emailed a complaint, but there was no refund for the expedited shipping, which would have been a nice gesture. To be honest, it was a hassle for me shopping here, because I returned over half the things I purchased. Also, even if something looks cute online in the photo, just be careful because the fabric is really inexpensive... but like I said, if that does not bother you, you get what you pay for. :)

If you're going to buy from Romwe, stick with the basics. I bought 4 items and only one of them I had a problem with (the burgundy dress is actually red). The material is cheap, that's why the product is cheap. I will shop with Romwe again but I will only buy basics and expect to receive it in a month

If you ordered only one item (a t-shirt) how long would it take to be processed and shipped? Does it depend on where you live or how many items you've bought because of the process and checking? A lot of people have said that it takes a long time, though they said that they have more items than one. I also ordered a 'ships in 24hrs' t-shirt
I order a bunch of stuff I was really excited about... TWO AND A HALF WEEKS AGO and the order is still "processing". Not to mention a shoe that i picked out (and paid for) sold out two days ago so i won't be getting that, even though i should have gotten it, along with my other items, forever ago. And now they're saying my payment for the shoe was refunded and i tried to withdraw it back to my bank account (on their website it says "completed") but my bank account doesn't show that the money is back.
So done with this website. Just give me the stuff i ordered already

Romwe has amazing deals but i always thought there was a catch! The shipping and processing time took WAY too long, and some of the things didn't look the exact same as they did in the photos. But other than that, i was happy with my order
