My first experience with ordering online with your website was a little confusing, because I am located in the United States. I needed to get the correct sizes for my body and I chose to speak with a representative online name Stephanie through the chat line. Stephanie was very helpful and patient with me. I work for the government and I will be recommending that other colleagues order their Tee Shirts from your website, it is awesome! And the prices are wonderful. I really loved everything I bought. Everthing looks way more expensive than what I actually payed. The shipping was great too. And customer service was very helpful.
I was very happy with my past two orders- I ordered so many beautiful pieces that are "one of a kind" and have all of my friends complimenting me. I will definitely be ordering again soon.
I bought like $230ish worth of clothing and it sucked. The fit was terrible, the stitching looked like it was done by me (im a bad sewer), and nothing looked anything like it did on the website. Although one good thing is that costumer service is good.
Love the quality but wasnt please that an online helper gave me false information on sizes. Non of the shoes really fit so couldn't enjoy wearing them. But, will to give it one more try.

I loved the selection of clothes and other items on this site and had huge hopes for it. I read all the sizing charts, measured myself, and even ordered a size up (because I read reviews to do so), to make 100% sure they would fit. First off, it took me 2 weeks just to get the email saying my items had been shipped. Then, it took about 2 and a half more weeks to receive my package. When I did, all my clothes and makeup brushes that I bought, we're shoved into a tiny little shipping bag. When I pulled them out they were so small. I ordered L and XL's and I couldn't even get them on. The material was extremely thin, and the pair of overalls I bought didn't even have buttons/hooks/ties/anything to connect the straps to the front. I felt like I was sent XS but I wasn't. I thought about sending them back, but since I didn't have the time to wait another month just to hear back from them, I chose not to. I am a teenager who works extremely hard for my money, and frankly this site is a rip off. They misrepresent their sizes and their shipping times. Unfortunately, the prices were great, but too good to be true!

You might think they have the current style for a fraction of the price, however, after purchasing $147 worth of clothes (and on top of that custom) there is not a single piece of my purchase I would comfortably wear. That's $170 down the drain. I can actually put on all of the pieces, but the cutting is very unnatural. They look totally different from the pictures. And they do not even try to match the material of the pieces in the pictures. One of my top is so stiff that it just sticks out from my chest and another tank top has a stretchy shiny material that looks totally different from the pictures. And of course it looks so obviously cheap that I don't want anyone I know catch me wearing them. It is not Forever 21/H&M cheap, it's a whole other level of cheapness. Don't buy from them.

Arrived well on time, very impressed with the quality. Everything fit! There might be duty fees charged at door, but that's normal when you order stuff from another country!
Make sure you measure yourself for every single item! Their sizing charts vary depending on the item, it is NOT all the same!

ROMWE was my first e shop and it didn't disappoint me Everything was excellent. Customer services have great communication skills, clothes quality corresponds to the price. What about size, I just bought a meter and I check centimeter :). Everything was good.
They have really good quality clothing for a very good price and I will definetely be buying more clothes makeup and acessories from there soon.

My order came after a month of waiting, and I expected that from seeing other reviews. What I didn't expect was how off the sizing was. There way to small, so I returned them, ROMWE spontaneously closed my ticket and after not hearing from then in 2 weeks, I contacted them to only find out they didn't receive my package. They asked for my tracking number, and to my understanding they had it because my ticket was closed, and now I'm just frustrated becuase I threw it out and lost my money.
