I tend to buy clothes from Romwe all the time. I usually buy T-shirts, pants, and jackets from here because they are all cheap and are great quality. The only thing I wish romwe can change is their shipping. It takes almost 3 weeks for my clothes to come. Other than that, I love shopping from romwe!
Was very happy with service, when I had a question they were quick to help on the chat. Best of all was the price and quality of my clothing. Thank you Romwe!
I love romwe. Everything is so cute and cheap. After finding this website shopping at stores isn't that great cause I only want the items on Romwe.

I thought I'd write a review as I read a lot of these bad reviews after I ordered for the first time a couple of weeks ago! I ordered on a whim after seeing it advertised on fb, and only after my order did I look at reviews, so before my order arrived I was pretty skeptical - but the delivery was quicker than I thought (arrived within a week!). My order was sent in two packages and arrived on different days, but they told me this by email beforehand anyway. The clothes were also in great condition and fit well. The one negative is they have that kind of 'warehouse' smell when they arrive, but just put them in the wash and that smell goes:)
I just wanted to add my positive account here for anyone who's not sure whether to order! I will definitely order again :)
When you buy something and it comes, its exactly what you think it is.
The quality was absolute $#*!, I bought a skirt with buttons on it and without even leaving the house I had already lost 2 buttons. Sizing completely out of whack, one pair of jeans that I ordered in a size 10 arrived looking like a size 4! I had also bought a dress (which looked gorgeous online) - arrived and looked nothing like the image and quiet frankly so ugly even an op shop wouldn't take it in

I was scared because of the bad reviews rant the site has tbh, but I received my first Oder and everything was nice, the material is not that good, but you got what you pay for, you guys need to be careful with the finish of the products, I think there are details that you could do a better job, but so far so good, I'm still waiting for my others items, that's one of things that I didn't like is that they ship the items separated and also that after you place your order there might be some items that are outstock and that's not a good experience, when you're excited about your clothes, but anyways, I really like the site and will recomend it!
I have stopped shopping in stores for clothes now. I am aboslutely in love with romwe, the style, the cusotmer service is just beyond amazing! My new favorite!
I ordered 4 things from Romwe. A crop top, some skinny jeans, a plaid fall jacket, and some chunky heeled boots. Let's start with the top. The crop top is the only thing that is pretty good quality and looks like the picture. Nice material, showed up looking as expected. The skinny jeans, well you can't even call them jeans. They are more like a stretchy jegging type material, they are short and do not reach my ankles and very small and tight despite the fact that I ordered a large for my medium sized body. When I took them out of the package I doubted they could fit on a five year old child, but they stretched enough to fit over my legs at least. The jacket did not look like the picture. Yes it was plaid but not the design I fell for. There was no lining inside, it was very cheaply made, not good quality at all. What is the point of sewing in pocket flaps if the pockets are going to be sewn up and deemed unusable!? I havent yet recieved my shoes but from the quality of my first few items, i dont have high hopes. I've read enough reviews that I am not going to try to deal with customer service, no way I'm paying more money to ship it back to them. The quality is just good enough i could probably sell them to a local thrift shop for $10 a piece, if I'm even that lucky. Sadly I've already accepted I won't be getting my $130 back for the order. So dissapointed. I'll be deleting the app and sticking to my Forever 21 and electro threads shopping instead. Consider yourself warned.

Nice shirts, material is very soft, very satisfied.
I had a couple of items that did not fit and the Ticket service on their website helped me return my items. There was some confusion to my refund and returned order, but I chatted with Stephanie on the online chat system and she helped clarify everything tremendously! You need patience, but eventually you'll get your issue solved. I love my shoes by the way. The clothes are a bit smaller for me than usual, but now I know to order a larger size!

Clothes are okay, but I didn´t received all of them in my order an never got my money back for the missing clothes. The customer service wasn´t helpful. The prices may seem tempting but the clothes and problems aren´t worth your money. I recommend you to stay away from this shop.
I love all of the options on Romwe and the cheap prices. However, I have received some pretty low quality/wrong size items before and had to send them back. It was actually quite sad because the items were super cute, at least in the pictures. Its sort of hit or miss with sizes because there are normally not charts, nor do they coincide with personal expectations of what S, M, etc. might be. Despite this, they have always fully refunded my money and given me every assistance I have needed.

Answer: I used the size chart and still nothing fit. Not worth it. Also, you aren't getting what's in the pictures. They are recreating these styles based on those pictures.

Answer: Don't know why people still order from this site. Buy at your own risk. Took about 1 mth to get my order and it came damaged. Soooo not worth the discount.
