So i saw bad reviews AFTER ordering my clothes and starting getting pretty upset. However, when the clothes arrived- i was SO happy. The clothes all fit super well- especially for the tiny girl that I am- the smalls actually FIT me so insanely well. I am very happy with my purchase. I think sweaters are the best bet from this store but even the crop tops are super freaking cute. I am so so happy! Thank you Romwe!

I found Romwe through an add on facebook, and noticed how cute and cheap their clothes were. I was a bit skeptical at first but had a good feeling about it. I spent around 70 dollars on various items such as a few tops a dress and some jewlery. After I bought the items I realised I should have googled Romwe first to see if it was legit, and nearly had a heart attack, so many bad reviews! But then i realised I was already expecting it to take a month or so to arrive and I new it would kind of be a hit and miss with sizing as its from china but because i am small size i thought I would give it a go. And i also know that if I bought a dress for 7 dollars from China its not going to be great quality. I think alot of people had unrealiatic expectations. Also my order only took 2 and a half weeks to come. I also can not fault the communication from the team, they kept me updated when the order was succesful, the fact that it would be coming in two shipments and when they should arrive.
Maybe it is a little hit and miss but I am very happy with my order and will be ordering from them again
So it took about 2 1/2,3 weeks for me to get my stuff but I anticipated that so didn't mind. Of the items I got (kimono, hat, blouse, dress, & tank top) for $50 I would say three outta 5 are big wins -- the kimono, blouse, and tank top whereas the dress was so long I couldn't wear it even with my highest heels and this isn't usually a problem for me as I'm 5"7 (granted I usually don't go above 3 inch heels). If I can find shoes high enough to wear it with, the dress itself fits well. The hat is just kinda blah. It fits just nothing special about it. So overall, I thought it was a good price for fun products and will order again.
The ordering process was easy, and when I ran into problems, the lady who helped me was kind and helpful. When I received the clothes, though, I was beyond disappointed. The fabrics are cheap, the clothes don't look like they did in the pictures, and the fit is bad. I will have to send my order back... :(

I ordered 2 pants and one skirt and got them 13 days (almost 2 weeks) after I first ordered them which seems to be a good time compared to other reviews I have read. One of the pants I ordered (which was jeans with small tears in them) did not fit and was too tight even though I had measured according to the size charts they provided. The other pants and skirt both fit and were good material, especially for the price. I was pretty satisfied with Romwe, except I wish the pants would've fit or had a warning that they run small.

I have yet to make a purchase due to skepticism. I was going to take a leap of faith because the clothes are very cute for great prices, but their 60% OFF coupon doesn't work. I will not purchase with false advertisement. Saving the order until this is fixed.

My first time ordering from this site was a mess. I got my order 2 months later and 2 of the times I had to change bc they were out of stock after the package was sent back for "wrong address" so it wasn't fair. When I finally got my package I was pretty satisfied with the clothes. Size are a bit small and one was medium and fit like a small that I had to give away. But still enjoyed it just tought it wasn't worth the 2 month wait! Second time ordering I'm still waiting for my order and once again it was sent back and I been waiting for it, I would like to keep ordering from here but with this shipping issues I don't know if I would want to.

First of all, I saw an add about this site and thought it looked awesome. Been on a look out for long after clothes like this and finally I found one.
Ordered home a few pants and sweatshirt.
I tried the express delivery since it was free, here is the first mistake. Took over 1 week, still fast but not 2-3 days like it said it was gonna take. When my clothes came I could only fit into 3 of the 7 items I ordered, still very small for it sizes. Took L because I saw reviews about being small but even taking 2 sizes over what I usually wear everything was still tight and uncomfortable. 2 of the clothes didn't even look like the pictures and the material were just weird.

I have recently ordered clother from this site and as I noticed the items didn't fit, I attempted to contact them and exchange items. When I tried to login with my oringinal account, my email address 'couldn't be found'. So I made another account. I wrote the info down and had to sumbit a ticket. When I got an email saying they responded to the ticket, I went to the site and the SAME THING HAPPENED! Couldn't getinto my account, couldn't reset my password again because it was likr I never created an account! I hate this site and will never reccommend it to anyone because I'm stuck with clothes that dont fit

This is the second time I have made a BIG order through the Romwe website, and the second time the package has taken a ridiculously long time to arrive - the first package took about 18 days and the second - I have already been waiting 2 weeks and no sign of it.
When I enquired as to how long it would take, I was told to "just wait some time" - what other company can get away with that kind of vagueness in their answers?
DO NOT GET PULLED IN BY THEIR 60% vouchers and permanent sale - the fact of the matter is that their clothes would be HEINOUSLY OVERPRICED if it wasn't for the 60% off - as they are VERY CHEAP AND TERRIBLE QUALITY. Many things break immediately upon arrival - but after the battle I had waged in order to receive my first package, I was damned if I was going to waste more of my life trying to get a refund.
This is all part of their business model - everything on permanent sale, terrible quality, awful customer service.
Also - do not believe the positive reviews on here, they are obviously fake! All saying the same thing ("Cute clothes, great customer service!") compared to the real reviews which are ALL long and comprehensive and, yes, you guessed it - wholly negative.
Save your money and your stress for things that are worth it!
